Hôtel assez bien placé pour se diriger vers Shinjuku et Shibuya. Le personnel était très accueillant, chambre et environnement de l'hôtel est très agréable, prix très attractif en vu de l'offre proposée. Très satisfaite du séjour.

Bon hôtel avec un agréable accueil ”

Notre séjour dans cette hôtel c'est bien déroulé. Ne connaissant pas les navettes de cette établissement, nous avons effectué le trajet de la station shinjuku à pieds, en 20 petites minutes. Accueil très agréable et anglophone sachant se faire comprendre des non-anglophones. Petit déjeuner très varié (japonais, européen,....). Notre départ s'est déroulé sans stress avec la possibilité de navette au aéroport ainsi que le service "takkyubin" qui transporte des bagages dans tout le Japon.

Terrific room and view in an incredibly convenient location”

This will be my new home in Tokyo next time I return (which will be very soon!). The location is terrific, the rooms are more spacious than standard Japanese business hotels, incredibly well decorated and appointed, and WOW the view from the 32nd floor I will never forget. I will be back! Hilton is still a luxurious but affordable brand internationally and this is one of their best.

Location is a bit distance from nearest main station - Shinjuku Station. But they have free shuttles. Good spread of breakfast. Good gym facilities. Room is big. Nice clean hotel and very friendly staff.

Helpful staff and clean and spacious room”

This is our second time staying here, first time on executive floor for five nights and this time in Room 2011 a deluxe twin bed room for six nights. We were offered an upgrade to executive floor room at ¥10K a night but we turned it down. The room was clean and spacious. The housekeeping was amazing, always gave us spare towel toilet papers, facial tissues and other vanity items for fear that we might ran out of them. There is a free hotel shuttle plying between hotel and Shinjuku West Station in every 20 minutes until 9. 40 pm. There are two other subway stations five minutes away, namely Nishishinjuku and Tochomae. I will give it 8.6 rating.

Check in was fast and speedy, frequent shuttle bus to the train station. Staff was friendly and enquiries was responded promptly. Housekeeping was great no matter what time You need it. And the hotel food is just awesome

Hilton is located near 2 metros plus a free shuttle service to and from shinjuku station. Concierge and staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, shower is strong / hot and facilities were very decent Overall a very pleasant stay, highly recommended!

Brief taste of Tokyo”

With only 3 nights and on a business trip thanks to a local friend we were able to fit in enough sight seeing to encourage me to "come again". Phenomenal cuisine and bustling crowded streets full of the most polite people I ever bumped into!

There is direct airport bus limousine to and from the hotel to both Narita and Haneda airports. The hotel is a little dated but service was great!

Always stay at Hilton Tokyo when visiting. Great location. Airport Limousine Bus from Narita stops last at Hilton. Cost is 3,200 Yen. You can also take bus to Haneda (cost is 1,230 Yen). Frequent shuttle bus service runs between hotel and Shinjuku Station.
