Staff really good”
The staff helped me so much. I wanted to break a 100 bill to smaller ones and they helped me with their personal cash. When leaving they walked me to a taxi and made sure the taxi uses the meter. Amazing

Nice hotel with helpful host”
The hotel is located conveniently near the train and bus stations. Besides. the host Xiang is very helpful throughout our whole trip, he responded very quickly and provided a lot of information even before we arrived the hotel. He even offered to drive us to and from the Zhangjiajie National Park and a few times to the train station and the other tourist spots around the city center. He provided advices for us to change itinery which has helped us avoided the bad weather, he has also helped us arrange to book tickets for the park and show. We feel very warm-hearted with such friendly and great services which have totally exceeded our expectation and we highly recommend to stay in this hotel if you come to visit Zhangjiajie.

+ 15 mins from airport. 15 mins to cable car station by walking. Host with fair enough English. Helpful host. Very reasonable price compared with facility. Beside the minimarket and surrounded by lot of restaurant. - the bathroom not warm enough when it is winter. The shower drizzle is not too strong.

Convinient Location and a Nice Stay”
The location of this hostel was great. Less than a 10 minute walk from the main station. There are lots of good restaurants in the area and we found it very easy to travel to the national park each day we were there. The staff were friendly and printed out some forms for us for free. The room was nice and the bed was comfy. The only possible negative was that the breakfast was much more expensive than anywhere else we stayed in China (and we travelled around many places) but that was fine as we just went to some of the many restaurants in the area instead for much cheaper. All in all, I would happily return to this place if we ever came back to Zhangjiajie.

This hotel should be called hotel weiwei as she runs the show ! she was on reception all the time and did an amazing job - checking guests in and out, solving any issues...advising on where to go, what to do and even help me with my chinese language. She single handedly deserves the 5 stars ! Beyond her, the location was great and easily accessible to everything. My original plan was to go to Wulianyuan national park and stay around there from day 2 but after such a warm welcome, i decided to stay in the city and commute each day. I am glad i did and hope to return to Zhangjiajie one day. At that time, i hope to return to Hotel California.

Our guests come from all over the world, Due to the inconvenience of language communication outside. So before the guests go out, we'll tell them everything. Incluing how to take the bus, how to take the route of the scenic spot, etc. It's very simple for us. But it's very helpful to the guests. We also enjoy the process. The location of our hotel is also very superior. The bus station is five minutes'walk away. Buses to all scenic spots can be found here. And there are many times a day. Tianmen Mountain Cableway Station is close to our hotel also. By walking about 10 minutes. Here is the longest ropeway in the world. The room was very cozy, the bed was nice. The hotel owners were also very kind. The only bad thing was the room's toilet was a bit small and hard to shower since its beside the pedestal. But overall, it was very nice. The hotel owners can help you arrange a pick up from the airport that only cost 30 RMB! The hotel owner was also so kind to assist us even when we arrived at dawn around 3am! There were also good restaurants nearby

Room is big and clean The hotel is locate on the opposite side of bus station but a bit hard to find For me , the hotel is far from zhangjiajie cable car station if you search on map it about 900m but i think it can be over than 1km. I walk there around 20minutes. Hotel staff can speak english well so no need to worry

Perfect service, location and friendly owner”
We forget our iphone in the room and ask for the owner support to send it back from Zhangjiajie to vietnam. Though it was difficult with many customs formality, the owner support us very wholehearted and we already get the phone. The owner is very hospitable when knowing we arrive, he prepare the heater in advance just to keep the room warm in winter. strongly recommend people to stay here. 5 mins walk to bus station, Mcdonald, Cable Car Tianmenshan station as well. 10 mins to airport. Perfect!

Helpful and friendly staff guide me how to travel around and pick me up at the airport. Room was cozy and clean, near bus station, train station and cable-car to Tianmen Mountain.

The bus and train station is very near. it is very convinient to go around. You can choose any restaurants here. The city center is also accesible. The staffs are so kind that they've made reservations of the cable car ticket for Tian men shan park.
