Unfriendliest staff and cold water!”
Since I did not have hot water in my bathroom I notified the reception. After a very unfriendly response I was offered to change my room which I accepted. There again the water started coming out only lukewarm after having it running for several minutes. I told the staff (after being asked)about that without any further demands from my side to which I received a very rude answer that no one has ever had any problems but me and if I didn't like it I should go to a different hotel. In the evening I came into the room and had to find out that there was no towel in my room. The next morning at checkout I was blamed again by reception as to why I did not come to them to get a towel (impossible since the reception closes at 8pm and there was no one there when I returned). On top of it I got a really bizzare email after leaving in which the staff claimed that all towels were in my room (no true I just had 2, rugs for the floor instead of a bath towel) and even included the colleague I was traveling with in the email.What the F***! Rudest and most defensive staff ever!never again!!!

The staffs at Hotel Elite was very kind. Room was cozy and tidy to stay for a night. The toilet and shower room was also clean. It was very satisfactory for me with the price.

A good option for those on a budget that is somewhere between backpacker and business traveler. Breakfast is basic, but satisfying enough to start your day. If you don't need much space, you'll find the rooms to be cozy. I was attending a conference in St Gallen and didn't spend much time in my room anyway, so this accommodation met what I needed in terms of price and amenities.

for switzerland, this is decently priced and offers a great location in the city center. it is in no way luxorious but it is perfectly clean and safe as per swiss standards. breakfast is simple and does not offer variety but what is on offer is still healthy and good enough. would recommend for budget travellers for a couple of days.

Hier fühlt man sich schon bei einchecken wohl, Freundlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft werden hier groß geschrieben. Alles sauber, tolle Lage direkt in der Stadtmitte. Gratis Kaffee erhalten und viele Empfehlungen erhalten.

Laut und schimmel auf dem brot! ”
Leider war unser aufenthalt in der Elite nicht sehr erfreulich. Zuerst einmal war der Ganze Tag ein enormer lärm von der Bauarbeiten vor dem Hotel. Und am Abend hat ein Mitarbeiter des Hotels neben unserem Zimmer sehr laut Telefoniert bis spät in die Nacht, da wurde das einschlafen zur gedultsprorbe. Und am nächsten morgen beim frühstück hatten ich und meine Partnerin schimmel auf unserem frühstücksbrot das haben wir auch sofort in der mitarbeiterin gemeldet sie war zwar so lieb und fragte ob wir ein neues Brot möchten aber leider ist uns der appetit völlig vergangen. Uns wurde auch nicht etwas gutgeschrieben oder sonstige witter gutmachung angeboten.Daher würde ich dieses Hotel nicht weiterembfehlen.

die bar ubterhalb spielt musik bis 2h morgens. die wände ubd türen sind aus karton und senn man pech hat, plappert der nachbar die gabze nacht hindurch. es wurde nicht gestaubsaugt in meinem zimmer. sehr nettes personal und perfekte lage

Das Hotel ist leicht zu finden, liegt sehr zentral und macht in seiner Kategorie einen sehr guten Gesamteindruck, der Service war sehr bemüht, das Frühstück passend, für einen Kurzaufenthalt war die Zimmergröße ausreichend, die "Shared Toilet" wurde als nicht einschränked empfunden, die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, lediglich die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, alles in allem aber weiter empfehlenswert.
