The hotel is a 3 min walk to the monorail and about a 45 min ride to the heart of Tokyo/Shibuya station. Cheap room and very clean. There are also lots of shopping centers nearby, some within a 15 minute walk. I will definitely come back.

I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times due to it's convenient location and I had a nice experience. The view of Tokyo Bay is lovely! The hotel is clean and modern. The staff are very friendly and there is a convenience store located on the first floor.

Not allowed to store our luggage even for a few hours unless we have another booking. There is a male staff who is very rude insisted we check out with our luggage.

The hotel staff had kindly handled the communication with local shop, of an forgotten alarm in my shopping purchase. Thank you so much for the swift handling and I truly appreciated it. The vending machine, washing machine, microwave and ice machine are super convenient on each guest room main floor. Very handy.

Good price and great location if you plan to visit Toyosu fish market and TeamLab Planet, both destinations are within 5-8mins walking distance! There is also a 24-hr convenience store right next to the hotel main entrance!

Not the most connected location, you will need to take the bus to ginza if you need to go somewhere further and quicker. And the metro pass doesnt cover the bus fare in toyosu. Otherwise great value, booked this fairly last minute. Also the best part is walking distance from toyosu market !

A hotel I have booked again”
Well, I don't want to give out this secret. I am afraid by making a good review, it will attract more visitors thus make it harder to book and higher prices. I am visiting the Toyosu Fish Market and it is in walking distance from the market. I have stayed in other JAL brand hotel in the past and knew its reptation. The hotel is very clean and its service is excellent. It is also close to a light rail with easy access to Tokyo Metro. It is so good so I plan another visit to Tokyo and have booked this hotel again.

A block away from Toyosu Market”
Very clean, and staffs are friendly. I took direct bus from Haneda airport to Toyosu Station, then a walking distance to the hotel. The hotel is just next to the Toyosu market which is perfect if you would like to get up early to see the auction and/or enjoy food. It is also few minutes walk to a relaxing (and can definitely be romantic) waterfront park with magnificent view to the Tokyo skyline.

With that price, compare to others, this hotel was fantastic.. a bit far from city center.. but if you don’t require to go to the city center everyday, then this hotel is the best value for money you can get.. the room was spacious.. the bathroom also spacious.. everything’s new.. would love to stay here again..

Extremely clean and spacious room with amazing facilities. TV also has more options such as YouTube which is a plus. Misaki who helped me during checkout was also very friendly and helpful. It has been a pleasure staying here.

Small rooms - as common in Japan”
Staff were refusing to keep our suitcase for a few days on checkout. I had to threat to send a written complaint before they did so, Some dense staff refused to let us in breakfast because we did not have a ticket and we just wanted to pay, It took a lady from reception to go there to allow us to pay. Initial checkout was marked at 9am :-O. it was changed to normal 11am only after I strongly objected. So a clean hotel which could otherwise be reasonably recommended left too many bad impressions by staff Also when we inquired about limousine bus to haneda, we were told it is better to take a taxi - only 2000 yen. I don't believe it - it is 16 kms. Can it really be so cheap?

Really nice hotel. There's a Natural Lawson right in the lobby area which was great for grabbing a snack or drink. Rooms were top tier, staff was nice, and it's a short walk from the metro station.
