Le personnel est capable de vous attribuer une chambre avec la climatisation en panne au mois de juillet , malgré de nombreuses chambres vides... et de nombreuses réclamations

Nous avons passé une nuit sans fermer l'œil :on nous a attribué une chambre donnant sur la boîte de nuit...l'horreur quoi. Le prix est une arnaque! Attention ne vous fiez pas à la photo du bâtiment .

3 nuits horribles. Impossible de dormir de 23h00 a 04h00 a cause du bruit incroyable de la discotheque auussi bien au 5 qu´au 7 etage.Meme la porte en verre de la salle de bain vibre.Vous ne pouvez pas proposer cet hotel.

Its an old hotel and the photos in web is an old photos looks when the hotel was new. Booked room for two persons but it was ready for one and i have to ask to get second towels...etc. and took 2 hours to get them. The staff are nice

Did not accept credit card, must pay by cash, could not exchange money, no free daily water in room, not much variety for breakfast. All items can be found in other 3-4 star hotels in Tunisia.

Noisy by night due to the night club, very smelly air coming back from the shower drainage, no water in the room or tooth brush. Beds are too high but large. Breakfast is fair.

Arabian Type Hotel Not Understaning Much English”

We found that the hotel is all designed in Arabic environment with carpets on the floor area but the bathroom with insufficient light especially in the show tray area once when you close the curtain and it will all dark inside the room.It is difficult to take the bath in the bathtub with only the hand shower. In the restaurant, it has not much choice and the reception cannot provide us the good information of the way that we want to travel and always mention that it is not know about it. Ridiculousness!!!

Spacious suite ”

It was accepted , the room is spacious, but the carpets are not clean, there was moistur with fall of water drops from the ceiling, the windows are not closed tightly so some rain drops come inside .., the wifi is very week and many times no net at all..., breakfast is ordinary and the same every day no any variations

Nice Stay”

We reserved a junior suite at the Maison Blanche. It was a beautiful room with a sitting area, table, and desk. The bathroom was large with beautiful tile work. The breakfast was good, but not extraordinary. We ordered room service twice. The first time it was a bit slow, but the second was much faster. The food was ok. Nothing special. The receptionists at the front desk were always friendly and treated our children very nicely. We appreciated the free WiFi. We would stay here again if in Tunis.
