Over priced”

It was ok but the room was very over-priced for what was offered. I needed a room near Ueno park/Ueno station and this is all I could find. With a final price of around 13,000 yen. $130 it was sorely over priced. Tiny, stuffy room, almost unusably small toilet bath. The price is based on 2 people. I asked if that had to be the final price, because I was alone, they said yes. Considering what other business hotel have to offer in Tokyo and Japan, it was very over priced. My other option at that place was a just a room, with a shared toilet and shower down the hall. I was ready to leave. A waste.

Terrible service, very rude”

Staff : very rude , totally can not speak English We went to this hotel in early morning of our first day in Tokyo.It was raining and chill outside. We went to this hotel for deposite our baggage before travel but this hotel didn't have this service. So we stayed at lobby for discussed our next plan. Hotel staff force us to get out hotel and close the door. What 's a service ?

TERRIBLE. Worst hotel I ever stayed in Japan. Unfriendly and unable to speak English staffs. Very small room but that's Tokyo. Take additional charge for my kid without providing anything even the bath towel. Room service threw away my good, thought it was a thrash(It's a box cap covered with tissue.) and I could not reclaim it because the staff did not understand anything I said. I always bring this box used to store my dental device to all over Japan without problem but not for this hotel. The only positive is wifi-in-room. I recommend to stay at the close by Hotel new Ueno which charge similar price but greater stay.

pros: as above cons: pricey for its size about 10min walk to jr station, many food and shopping options but pricey i suspect due to the dates we are staying

Non velo consiglio ”

Il ceck in è dopo le 16, il ceck out è prima delle 10 la stanza viene pulita dalle 10 alle 16.l albergo rimane chiuso dall 1 alle 5. Questi orari non sono flessibili. Io ho prenotato un letto per 2 notti. Non ho dormito, non solo perché il letto era duro la camera angusta e maleodorante e le pareti sottilissime che si sentono gli altri russare. Ma perché non mi hanno fatto dormire le due vecchie del personale. Io volevo dormire per il fuso orario e alle 10 suonano in camera per pulirla. Dinuovo alle 12. Alle 13 entrano in camera 5 mq è pretendono di passare l aspirapolvere.il giorno dopo alle 8 chiamano in camera per dirmi che avevo il ceck out. Dinuovo alle 9. Alle 9,45 salgono in camera e mi cacciano Fuori. Va bene che i giapponesi sono precisi ma qua siamo a un livello maniacale. Io sto 3 mesi all anno in albergo è non mi sono mai trovato peggio.

チェックイン時フロントに行ったが誰も居なくて1:00までに帰って来れないのでチェックインすら出来ず最悪でした お金だけ取られました

当日14時30分にホテルに到着したのですが、私の予約情報がホテル側に伝わっていなかったか、ホテル側が確認していなかったために、少々手間取りました。その後、別のスタッフがagodaからのメールに気付いていなかったことが判明し、予約通りの部屋に泊れましたが、夜遅くにチェックインしていたら、部屋がなかった可能性もあります。改善していただきたいです。 門限があるホテルも今時めずらしいのですが、一応、遅くなったら電話すれば入り口を解錠してくれることになったので、ゆっくりお酒をのむことができました。 部屋の作りはレトロですが、掃除は行き届いていて、気持ちよかったです。

우에노역에서 넉넉잡아 걸어서 2분, 접근성은 매우 좋습니다. 직원이 영어를 잘 못하지만 쓰려고는 노력하구요. 가격대비해서 그리 좋진 못합니다. 위생상태는 그런 부분에 제가 민감하지 않아서 대체로 만족하고 부대시설은 거의 없다고 봅니다. 걸어서 시장가기도 가깝고 주변에 음식점, 술집, 우에노공원, 박물관, 미술관, 동물원도 엄청 가깝습니다. 나리타공항, JR야마노테선(신주쿠, 시부야, 하라주쿠,도쿄, 아키하바라등 유명 볼거리가 밀집된 지역이 걸쳐있는 전철라인)과 접근성도 매우 좋습니다.

실망이 가득했습니다.”

방음시설이 좋지않고 싸구려 모텔이라고 생각하시면됩니다. 위치조건은 최고이지만 시설은 꽤 실망하였습니다.
