Nous avons bénéficié d’une offre très intéressante trouvée sur agoda.com. Nous étions trois de la même famille et la chambre avait un lit double et un lit simple. Nous finissions notre visite de Tokyo et de notre voyage au Japon et reprenions l’avion à l’a Haneda international. Proche de la ligne du monorail, l’hôtel est bien placé. Nous avons aisément fini notre séjour dans de bonnes conditions.

Great Hotel & Good Location”
The beds are equivalent to a full size bed in US. For 2 adults & 2 children (age 9&12) they gave us a 3rd full size bed which made the room seem small but we asked them to remove it & just slept on the 2 beds. After that the room was large for Japan. We had 4 large suitcases & were able to open 2 of them on the floor. Shower was large & roomy but limited counter space for toiletries. Room was very clean & location was good with lots of small restaurants nearby, Seven 11 & Lawson. Close to main train stations to get to where you need to throughout Tokyo. Would stay here again.

My 3rd time staying at this hotel. Used to be Art hotel. Room is very spacious and comfortable. Had a king size bed and a Sofa bed just nice for 4 of us. Still have space for me to open my luggages. Breakfast buffet is great, just that everyday is the same! Location is great too... 3-5minutes to JR (Hamamatsucho station) or Diamon station. Busy station in the morning and evening (weekday office hour) weekend night is a very quiet and peaceful place. Nearby a few convenience stall and a small supermarket selling sushi or bento set at discounted price after 8.30pm. Love it. Staffs are great too... very helpful...

Great value, great location, clean and quiet!”
I stayed here for 4 nights. It’s clean and quiet. The neighborhood is safe if you enjoy walking at night. Walking distance to the supermarket, restaurants, and convenience stores. The staff is courteous and polite. The king sized bed was huge and very comfortable. The bathtub is big and the water is nice and hot. Great access to all the fun places in Tokyo. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

My family and our little son 1 years old arrived and the weather was not nice to us at the time, my son was so cold that he only wanted to sleep, it was raining outside. Our initial booking was for 7 days but during our first day we checked the weather forecast and was cold and wet so we decided to skip our trip in Japan and changed out flights, we were expecting to lose the hotel cost which the staff said no that is not fair for you and your family so they word hard to assist us in every way to ensure we were able to change our flights and get a refund for the hotel. Yes the staff here went out of their way to help our family!!!! we will return one day and the next time we will visit your hotel! Once again thank you to all the friendly staff involved... you really ensured that we were able to get new flights and the refund.

Easy access to Daimon station to go around Tokyo. Hotel room is clean and comfortable fty . They have pjamas to use during our stay. Toiletries well stocked. Reception staffs are courteous and helpful and speaks good English.

Room is spacious and clean. Comfortable and suitable for family with young kids too. Hotel staff helpful and check in process fast. There is a supermarket nearby which open until 11pm. The hotel is located near the train station. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay at this hotel, sparkling clean, 5 - 10 min walk to main loop line, close to convenient stores. Not easy to find a reasonably priced hotel that comfortably fits a family of 5, so this was perfect!

Family friendly and amazing facilities ”
We went there as a family of 5. The room had 3 beds (distribution of 2, 2, 1 for the 5 of us). The room was neat and organised, it is also cleaned regularly. We shouldn't have brought our own sleeping attire because it also came along with sleeping wear (matching pajamas changed daily) which we used during our 5 night stay. When we arrived, we used the Kesei Access to Daimon station, from there, we walked ~10 mins to the hotel. We relied on Google maps in this journey. We had a hard time carrying or luggage at the stairs of the subway because we didn't see the elevator at exit A2.... Although during our trips, we found out that there is an elevator at Daimon station exit A1, which we used as we departed to the airport. The room temperature was challenging to decrease, we had to open the window to let some cold air in, hopefully it would be addressed. The hotel breakfast buffet was great with many choices! My family and I will surely miss it :) there was also Pepper, the robot whom you can speak to and ask some questions like "how's the weather today?" but there were days Pepper wasn't around.. The hotel was near several stations which are all walking distance. It was also a quiet residential area since its like a business district that not most tourists really go to. Nevertheless, it was very convenient for us to travel to and from the hotel. On our last day, we left our luggages ay the lobby while we roamed around Odaiba. Thank you, Hotel Mystays!

The place is considered near to the subway and railway. The rooms were large enough for the 4 of us and they have really hard pillows that can support my side sleep position. It would be better if they could have a different variety of food for breakfast in the morning.

Great Hotel in Tokyo ”
First of all, dont mix it with Mystays Hotel (without premier) Very convenient location. 10 mins walking from Hamamatsucho station. Big room for Tokyo standard. Water bottle not provided but you can the tap water is drinkable. Very near food area, supermarket and coin laundry. Great coffee nearby. Tsukiji market only 20 mins by foot and 10 mins by train The train station itself is a JR station. Also link to various subway thru Daimon line. Great area if you arrive or depart through Haneda Airport. For Narita, you can take the subway direct to Narita Very happy and will stay here again

Direct 20 min Monorail to Haneda Airport. Located near Hamamatsucho and Daimon station. Convenience stores and restuarants nearby. Room is spacious, clean and lots of toiletries. Hotel staff is very helpful to help us to keep our big luggage bags for a few days while we travelled to different parts of Japan before coming back to Tokyo to stay.
