All Great, Except...”

The bathroom was OK, but the shower was absolutely filthy! Needs to be cleaned badly! The AC wouldn't work initially and a friend who stayed in another room that I booked helped me with the remote and got the AC working; finally. Other than these 2 issues; it's a really nice place with a nice staff. Only issue at check in was the clerk's curiosity about my name being on 2 rooms; I booked 2 rooms, one for me; one for another friend to stay in separately. A little annoying because it took up too much extra time. I paid for the rooms; just give us the keys already!

stayed 5 nights ..enjoyed it very much ..long way from the city ..but very good place to chill out ..got the cheapest room 650b ..a little small but ok... best English channels.. the fastest INTERNET in Thailand running at 35 mbps could not believe it.... very good restaurants around the lake veiw from top floor is the best

Be aware of this Hotel”

Room had big size but was so dirty behind the door and under the bed. Windows had not been cleaned for a long time. The safe box in room was closed, it took one week to solve the problem even I talked with the staff every day, they were not special helpful. Breakfast is a chock for western people. Only have toast and fried eggs. One day they could not serve breakfast because the staff had take the key to home???? The view to the lake is wonderful and the short walk to Phiman Chon swimmingpool is plus. But over all it was a disapointed stay.

This hotel is in dire need of competent management. The staff are clueless, and the way things are run is ridiculous. The phone rang at odd hours and no one was on the line. We extended our stay from two to four days due to some scheduling issues, and we're told we would have to change rooms. Fair enough, so we did and we were given a key to an equally good room a floor lower. About two hours later the power went off. When we inquired about it we were told we hadn't paid for the two extra days. Not the most diplomatic way of dealing with this. There is a roof deck with two Ikea tables on it, plus a glass walled section which is used for breakfast, but nothing else. It could be a nice place to sit in the evenings if it was furnished. In short, it is a nice new building, but a disappointment as a hotel.

good location near restaurants and park. air condition always on and off so many times so annoying. didn't refill the bottle of water in fridge (I stay 2 nights. hotel gave me only 2 bottles. not 4 bottles) actually it should be 2 bottles per day.

Outside is ok but the toilet in the room quite strong smell . Hot water is ok . ”

Depressing hotel”

Location is great. Rooftop bar nice. The breakfast room is not nice at all. Its an outdated, very depressing room. The atmosphere in the hotel was very downcast and very unwelcoming. Cleaning room guy was nice, rest of the staff not friendly. From the outside the hotel looks fine, but i would never stay there again. Can say we weren't really made to feel welcome. I would not stay there again and would not recommended. There are much better hotels in Khon Kaen

In the fridge were old fruits from old customer :-( The shower curtain was really dirty and broken.... The location was nice... but they couldn't find my booking and have to speak 30 minutes in the lobby, then they try to give me a higher price than i booked on agoda but i didn't accept it...

Room ok but quite small for a couple. The breakfast was very disappointing. Fried eggs were cold and the rest of breakfast was mediocre. Suitable for a person that only room for the night
