Clean room, soft comfortable bed & pillows, luxurious feel good for cold nights, good wifi, & good selection of food for breakfast. Helpful staff. Bring your own data-hotspot device or just roam (buy overseas access) if you need to access FB, tweet or WhatsApp. Convenient access to 2 subway stations at both ends of the road. We enjoyed our stay & would visit again this hotel.

Located at center of the Beijing and convenint to many tourist places via Subway. Food options are good in the hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Massage rates felt little high.

Helpful staffs and great location”
This hotel is located at a good location, not too busy area and walking distance to Wangfujing. Only a few hundred meters away from the Dongdan Station, hence it's convenient for tourists. Staffs are very helpful, they assisted me to purchase the entrance tickets to the Palace Museum, assisted to book day tour to the Great Wall, assisted to call for taxi to the airport, etc. Breakfast is almost the same every morning, but staffs at the restaurant are attentive and helpful. Good value and I would like to thank the hotel staffs for the friendly services! :)

Good location with some friendly staff only”
The location was very good, near 02 subway stations, ie Dongdan and Chongwenmen. All within walking distance. Dongdan is the nearest. I didn't see any elevator at both subway stations. The housekeeping, information and lobby staff were very friendly and helpful. Many times, I asked or make enquiries, they were able to help. Eg our room tv was not functioning properly few times. They were prompt to help. Also, especially the information counter, the staff were resourceful. They showed us how to use Didi app to cancel our booking. Then Dianping app to make appointment for lunch at Dadong. Thumb up. Give them big applause. Except the Reception Counter, they were unable to speak good English, and they were rude. First incident, they didn't give any eye contact upon receiving us. Even after check-in, they failed to give us WiFi password. Second, we thought that Reception Counter able to help us make appointment for Peking duck at Dadong but they brushed us off by pointing at information counter could help. Third, I was going to the office direction where stamps could bought. I wanted to check what time the office open in the morning. Guess what, they shouted at me, and asked where am I going to. I was wondering why the reception staff have to behave in such a manner. Somemore, there were other guest around too. We didn't had their breakfast and didn't eat at their restaurant. Hence, no review. Overall stay was happy. Mainly good location score the most.

Great location and staff”
Location was great - equi distance to 3 major train stations and many nearby malls and eateries. A little expensive (esp if you add the service charges and VAT) but you pay for quality accommodation and being able to walk to the major streets and shopping areas. Hotel was also very kind in helping me receive my packages and sending them to my to my room. Highly recommended.

Great Hotel at good location at reasonable price”
This hotel is great when spending a few days in Beijing for travel or business. The room and bathroom are standard and come with everything you need. The breakfast buffet is very chinese and has a few western dishes, it tastes good. The staff is very friendly (it helps if you speak at least a little chinese). There are not many facilities such as pool etc, but we were busy visiting the city so didn't need it. The location of the hotel is ideal for guests who like to be near touristic spots such as Tiananmen, forbidden city or temple of heaven. These and many more places can be reached by subway easily since the next subway station (Dongdan) is just 3-4 minutes walk away.

A bit far from the metro but hotel is clean and peking duck is great. Big mall across but need a long walk using overpass.

Staff can be improved”
Hotel is very good! Location is very good, close to 2 metro station and 15min walk to main street. Rooms are comfortable, clean, bed and sheet are perfect. Breakfast is very good and rich although number of tables is limited so if it is crowded you have to wait for free table or to seat with someone! Staff at the reception could be little bit nicer and more polite! Changing money is quit difficult. There is a change machine which wasnt working and staff on the reception didnt know that i guess so for 7 days every day i come to reception, than they send me to change machine than i come back...it was a bit unprofessional. Concierge guys charged me for DIDI (Uber) 130 yuan for transfer form hotel to airport although the real cost about 70 yuan.

When I check out on 10 November 2019 at 6am, the lobby was dimly lighted. The front desk lady was sleeping but woke up when I said I want to check out. She was very sulky. I could not read when she gave me the credit card slip to ensure the cancellation of the deposit as it was too dark. I know they want to save electricity but the check in and check out counter should be bright and inviting. I can't imagine when I check in to this hotel at midnight - will it be in total darkness?
