Hôtel très agréable, une petite terrasse devant la chambre qui est assez grande, une belle salle de bain, on ne se douche pas sur les WC. Personnel agréable est disponible, petit déjeuner varié et copieux, l'hôtel se trouve au début de la plage de White Sand Beach, donc pas trop de bruit le soir

Cet hôtel est juste une catastrophe, Draps et serviettes sales, petites bêtes en tout genres, dont moustiques (qui peuvent rentrer facilement par la salle de bain puisqu'on ne peut pas fermer la fenêtre). Internet ne fonctionne pas, et n'importe qui peut aisément prendre les clés de votre chambre à l'accueil où les gens sont assez désagréables dommage pour le pays dit "du sourire"... Bref je le déconseille fortement, même si le prix est attractif, il y a mieux pour le même prix assurément. Ne vous laissez pas berner par les jolies photos, elles ne reflètent vraiment pas la réalité !!!
ce n est pas un hotel ”
j ai reserve pour 7 jours et je ne suis reste qu une nuit ce bouiboui n est pas facile a trouver pas de pancartes .la clim ne marche pas ;pas de refrigerateur;pas de wifi ;ce n est pas 1 hotel ce sont des chambres a louer ;jai paye 1 semaine et ne suis reste qu une nuit :c est un endroit a rayer d agoda vous rendrez service a vos clients.impossible de se faire comprendre personne ne parle anglais;jai toujours ete satisfait par vos hotels mais pas cette fois bonne journee

c est la cinquieme fois que je sejourne en thailande jinda resort correspond au descriptif sur votre site sauf pour la connection internet qui n etait pas disponible dans les chambres et tres mediocre au bar malgres mes demandes il n y as eut aucune modification apportee a l instalation wifi et en plus j ai eu droit a la gueule de la direction pendant tout mon sejour de 15 jours draps troues et douche capricieuse ne sont pas des surprises dans ce beau pays je continue mon voyage en thailande mais je ne retournerai jamais au jinda ressort

We mainly used Jinda for sleeping. We only had our breakfast in jinda and never tried the restaurant day/night time. The people in jinda were very friendly and every day the room was cleaned and fresh water bottles were given. You get very good quality and service for money at jinda. It is the second time I stay with them during this period. I would definitely come back again.
The best way that i can summarise for UK people is think of the cheaper end Blackpool B&B's. The rooms are dilapidated. The shower runs hot and cold and the hose just hung down. The toilet cistern was cracked and trickled water constantly. The bed sheets were torn and the front door handle was falling off. On a good note it was just across the road from the beach and the evening meals were cheap and ok. They would bring the food to your room if you wanted. It is near 2 good bars and several restaurants but on the opposite side of the town to all the bars and seafood restaurants (approx 2km or 25 baht for a shared open back ute taxi)
Great budget stay in Koh Chang”
Have stayed here before and still love this place. Big comfortable bed, fridge, air conditioning and hot shower all good. Room cleaned daily with fresh sheets and towels. Free wi-fi. Lovely little seating area outside each room with table, chairs and washing line! This place is such a great find as it is so close to beach and restaurants. Competitive price too. Will definately try to go again.
Overall good, but... ”
Overall Jinda resort was good for the location and the price. The room was bigger than expected, with king size bed, clean sheets, TV, fridge, complimentary water, but... We were given the last room overlooking the fence and our "view" was construction garbage left to rot in front of the room. I hope that Jinda management will read this review because I want to tell them that this is a BIG NO, when you run a hospitality business. There are people who have dreamt of going to Thailand and saved money for ages and if these people end in this room, this will be the impression you'll leave in them from your otherwise beautiful country. So Jinda, please clean your garbage or least hide it somehow!

Jinda Resort do not respect booking via Agoda”
A Supperior room was booked but we were offered a Standard room due to overbooking without any compensation. The Standard room quality is very below expectation. Supperior room is acceptable. The room was cleaned 1 time during our 6 day stay. Ocasionaly there were hot water. Receptionist not that very serviceminded. Breakfast simple from no clean cutlery. Paid 1.550 Bath and the stay was not value for money. For the Standard room refer to other guest comments. Considder twice before spending valuable holidays on Jinda Resort. We had room 203, superior double. We had a booking for 3 nights, about 700 Baht / night incl. breakfast (low season). When we wanted 2 more days, she wanted to charge us 800 Baht. I told her i could book right now for tomorrow for 700. She finally gave in to 700. Breakfast is only eggs, toast, butter+marmelade. We managed to get a rice soup occasionally instead. Hot water for a shower was very difficult. Still an OK place to go.
It was just okay. Nothing fancy. The room is old and very poorly maintained. Cleanliness is an issue. Very old, ancient bedsheets and towels. There were ants inside the room and in the toilet. The tap water in the sink smells not good. Lighting in the room is also poor and dim, and not well fixed - dangerous. However, the staff at the reception and restaurant are kind and hospitable. Despite not good proficiency in speaking English, they try their best to communicate with us. We didn't have any sort of miscommunication despite language barrier.

I will never stay here again the hotle room was disgusting the bed sheets were filthy had to ask them to change them and all they did was turn them around no night staff on so not great for security only good thing was the beach was 50yds away
Dirty backpacker's place at price of decent resort”
All the resort smell the toilet and, curiously, me, my wife and our neighbors (next bungalow) was sick during staying the Resort : vomit and diarrhea. All their is just dirty : floor, towels, landscape... and I know and I like Koh Chang White Sand, but other places. The water from toilet, shower and sink is up about 90% of the time, cannot take shower before check-out. And, the cherry on the cake, they want charge us 300 baht for the dirty bed linen of our other side neighbor. Too angry to say yes, I didn't pay, get my key deposit and go far. I can't wait to go back to Koh Chang in a bungalow resort, but sure, it will not be at Jinda ! Jinda is also a restaurant, sadly, the Resort is just dirty opposite to the cheap, tasty and cheap restaurant.
2 nights at Jinda”
It was comfortable after a whole day of travelling from Cambodia ... we got to the hotel after dark and it easy as we were the first stop after coming off the ferry. Breakfast was tasty and included in the bill. Hot water is always a pleasure and so is an AC.
A simple room”
This was just a simple room. Not to spend much time in but good enough to sleep in. Unfortunately the air condition was leaking water so we had a pool under our bed. Had to turn it of at night to not flood the room.
This was not good at all. Okey price, but not worthy 3* status. The bed in the bungalow was very hard and not comfy at all. The shower was crap, the internet was not good covering and very unstabil. only one lights in the bedroom area and not a cosy one, big big white light and looks like in a hospital! It was okey cleaned when I'm arrived, but no cleaning the next two days even if I hang out the "please clean my room" sign. The worst part was a big rat that shows up in the roof area and look down to me...oh yes, I'm checked out 1 day earlier! Not recommended this resort to anyone!
We were given one of the new rooms which was very nice, the hotel is one street back from the beach. We didn't find the staff friendly at all, it seemed they didn't want you staying there, everything was done with a grunt!!!, headed to another place on the beach the next day.
When we came into our "hotellroom" which much more looked like a bunker with one small window, there was a leaking in from the toilet and we got to change room. The next room looked the same but with molds in the sealing and the sheets looked like they haven't been washed. When we wanted to change it was complicated and the landlord got angry but changed us to another room, much better than the other, but with no breakfast.
the room didnt have a front door that could lock, and it wasnt possible to close the bathroom door. it smelled like mold and the sheets and towels were dirty. since we thought it was unacceptable they showed us 2 other rooms in just as bad condition. we waited for almost two hours and then they offered us food for the inconvenience but the first two hours they didnt give us any information or our money back. we stayed in the room but it wasnt a nice experience due to the smell and dirt. the staff got angry when we didnt like the room. i am used to low standard but yhis was very low.
