Hotel pratique de part sa promiscuité avec l'aéroport. Propre et calme. Pour une nuit ça va très bien. N'hésitez pas à y aller à pied. Le temps d'attente des taxis est insupportable.

We used this hotel for a 1 night stay and it was perfect for this purpose. It was clean, quiet, nearby to Haneda airport and offered shuttle bus. The lobby and restaurant area is also very large, quiet and we saw a number of people working too! If I want a quiet spacious place to focus (on work or anything really) in Japan for a few days, this seems like a great option. The only negative is that for some reason our interactions with the people in the area (including one staff member) weren’t very friendly. I thought I’d note it but it also might have just been an odd occurrence though and doesn’t detract me from the stay at the end of the day.

This hotel is superb and we will come back often. The level of service is outstanding and the staff attends to your every need. The rooms are spacious, quiet, clean and have extremely comfortable bed, The lobby is inviting and a great place to lounge. The view of the river is excellent. The main floor restaurants are delicious. The convenience of the shuttle, to the airport and the JR station, makes the stay easy. And the buffet breakfast is great.

Hotel was clean and shuttle was amazing picked us up on time from the station to our hotel where we had a great onsen experience (Japanese bath) and a late check out which was needed and then we took the shuttle back to the station. The shuttle could’ve also picked us up from the airport however it was a late flight. We wanted to try their breakfast but we woke up late other than that for its price I was surprised at the quality even though the rooms were quite small

Excellent service and value for money. Great shuttle bus service to airport and train station and Kawasaki mall. Rooms are large and clean. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful to all your needs. Restaurants are delicious, both the breakfast buffet and gourmet dinner restaurant.

We used this location twice. Once when flying into Tokyo and once the way out after spending a month in Japan. The rooms are small but clean and quiet. The staff were very pleasant and the restaurant bar was appealing. We ate there on two occasions and it was more than satisfactory. The shuttle ran efficiently and we had no difficulty getting a ride to and from the airport

I had almost 20 hours layover in Haneda and I decided to look for a hotel near the airport. Came across Kawasaki King and was not disappointed. It’s in an industrial area of sorts surrounded by buildings with not much to do. I arrived late at night and was pleasantly surprised that there was a 7-11 nearby so I can at least get something to eat before turning in for the night. The hotel is incredibly clean and feels so spacious. The views from the 5th floor are astounding. The rooms are well stocked and clean. They even offer little amenities at the front desk and by the elevator. If you’re looking for a hotel to stay at for a long layover, this is bang for your buck. But if you’re searching for a hotel as a base for your entire Tokyo stay, I would rethink it because there’s nothing to do. Overall, great hotel!
The hotel is very close to Hanenda airport. Free airport shuttle bus. It's convenient and comfort bed to sleep if you have an overnight connection at Haneda. The price is affordable. Breakfast is great, room is clean. It will be great if the hotel can provide a free bottle of water.
We chose this hotel for its proximity to Haneda. Although far from the train station, the hotel provides free shuttles that make it very convenient for travelers. It is also accessible by bus. Rooms are more spacious than many hotels in Tokyo and more affordable. Helpful staffs. We will definitely stay here again next time.

Great hotel close to haneda airport, around 10min by taxi for around 2000yen to terminal 3. The lobby has nice areas to hang out, table tennis, working stations… If you like running, they have a great running route right outside the hotel with distances of 5K and 11K. Toilet in room was not cleaned and had stains, other than that everything was great, spacious room. Would been nice to have water bottles in room, they have a common water tank in a separate room for refill though. Nice staff, supportive, helped us calling taxi. Would come back again!
This is a wonderful hotel to stay if you’re flying in and out of Haneda airport. The hotel’s staffs are friendly, the room was clean & comfortable, thoughtful amenities including scented face lotion & cleanser are provided, breakfast is nice, and they also provide free shuttles to/from airport. Pick up from airport is at terminal 1 & 2 only. If you arrive at terminal 3, take free airport shuttle at station 0 to get to terminal 1. The shuttle pick up is at the shuttle lot across from bus stop 9. I’d recommend asking hotel to share the pick up timetable after booking. Otherwise, the info desk at the airport can also help.
Although not in central location, free shuttle bus to Haneda airport and JR Kawasaki station is good for accessing Tokyo city. Besides, the breakfast has different choice of food and delicous. Will come again

Located next to a quiet beautiful business park. Room setting is typical Japanese western. Small but clean. Breakfast buffet is surprisingly delicious; lots of choices, Japanese and western dishes.

The hotel not in city center. It provide free shuttle bus to Haneda airport and JR Kawasaki station make it convenient to visit various area in Tokyo city. Besides, the breakfast provide various food options and is very delicous. Will back to the hotel again for next trip to yokyo

It looks new and with fancy design. The industrial style is strangely welcoming and comfy. The public bath is quite small but with artificial garden decorations. The ocean and airport view from the widow is nice. The location is close to city center by car but the price and size of the room is more attractive.

Very nice hotel. Great shuttle bus drivers. The onsen in the hotel is very nice. No tattoos are allowed in the onsen. If you’re a guest respect that rule unlike the bro that was there with me.

If you are arriving late or have an early morning flight, this hotel is located just across the Haneda Airport and a 5min drive away. You skip the premium of actually being in Haneda while enjoying the serenity of the location. It has everything that you need for a short transit. Would definitely stay again.
Have a very friendly and helpful. You have to eat those better deal to eat the airport. Was there in a weekday so I don't know about the meals they have on the weekend which they include with the room. The show runs on a regular schedule. You should know that it's a lot bus smaller than the other tour buses that come into the same bus loading area. I tell you this because it was difficult for us to figure out where to go or what to look for. It is the name of the hotel chain not the hotel and the real name of the hotel was the warehouse I don't know why it says Kawasaki

We stayed here for 2 nights. Our last leg of our journey in Japan. The view is amazing. quiet room even though it is just a stone throw away from the airport. While outside the center of Tokyo it is only 5 minutes from the airport and close to Yokohama. Accomodations are great and Kawasaki is the type of small city that has a ton of charm without the large crowds. Train station is about 15-20 minutes by foot which can be bit far if you decide to walk but there is a shuttle bus that will drive you to the main Kawasaki station.

Went and checked in at 11 PM, got a card for a room which already had a family inside. Both of us are shocked. Given another card for a room on another floor. The card cannot be used for the elevator. First bad experience in Japan.

Pro: great place for family, the room not too small, full of all facilities, the Onsen is great, it is right next to the ocean and the airport so the view is a plus. there is also a 7-11 near by. Con: *not really a bad thing but for those who didnt rent a car, please keep this in mind*, no train passing by, you have to take the shuttle bus provide by the hotel, please see the schedule in the photo of the hotel.
They do provide airport transfer and also ferry service to and fro Kawasaki Station.
