1ère journée à Tokyo”

Très bon séjour, accueil très chaleureux, un peu difficile à trouver, mais en fait cet hôtel est très bien situé. Le style japonais, avec le couchage à la japonaise, était très agréable. L'ambiance de la chambre est très agréable: on se croirait en "province". Je souhaitais aller au tournoi de sumô, la personne à l'accueil m'a suggéré la station de métro la plus proche et la ligne de métro la plus rapide.

Très bien dans l'ensemble après le côté restrictif de l'établissement m'a légèrement déplu, à savoir le couvre feu a minuit, et le fait de devoir laisser libre la chambre de 10h a 16h sans possibilité d'y accéder pendant ces 6 heures...

Un séjour parfait”

La patronne, Kubo San,est vraiment d'une grande gentillesse et se met en quatre pour vous trouver une adresse, un hôtel à Kyoto ou Hakone, fait les réservations pour vous et vous fournit tous les documents nécessaires pour ne pas vous perdre. Elle est charmante, et fait qu'on se sent vraiment chez soi dans ce petit hôtel calme à 3 minutes de la gare de Shinjuku. Les chambres sont traditionnelles, très simples mais d'une propreté impeccable. Entre 10 h et 16 h, le ménage est fait dans l'hôtel, donc on peut seulement laisser ses bagages. Wifi au RdC. L'hôtel ne fait ni restaurant ni petit déjeuner, mais on est en plein coeur de Shinjuku et tout se trouve à immédiate proximité.

Quaint, great location and unique experience”

We very much enjoyed our night in the tatami rooms, it was one of our highlights of Tokyo. The hotel is in a great location, and it was convenient to catch the early train to the airport from there.

It was in a great location and the price is unbeatable for its location and fact that it is ensuite, even though the toilet was rather small. Room and toilet were clean and well maintained. We met some nice staff as well.

I stay only one night, for me it a little bit over my bidget but it's worth anyway. Clean and good location, it's very convenient.

Nice ryokan in Shinjuku”

I enjoyed my stay at Keiunso Hotel. I spent a night there at one of the Japanese style single rooms. I really love the traditional Japanese tatami bed. I found it comfortable. Good location and convenient. 5 minutes walk to Shinjuku station and Family Mart is just 2 minutes away.

2nights at Keiunso Hotel”

It's easy to find the hotel, located near family mart and lawson. Also, lots of food stall around. All the staff are really nice. They helped me a lot during my first day in Japan & suggested me where to go. Also, they allowed to drop the luggage before check-in time :). Nice stay at this hotel!

Good accomodation”

Pleasant. We could communicate with the lady who can speak english and understand her well. Another plus point to add is the staff helps us to bring down the luggage from our room at 2nd floor.

Very good Location . No good comfort .”

The hotels location is very good . Easy excess to the famous tourist attraction . The metro line is very close . The receptionist are friendly . Now the bad points . You really have to know that the room is very small . Everything takes place on the floor . There is only a little table . The bed is a traditional Japanese futon bed . For me it was not comfortable . The bath is small and not nice . The main issue why I changes the hotel was that they are very unflexible in the usage of the room . Between 12 and 6 am the hotel is locked . Also between 10 and 4 pm it's closed because of cleaning . That's 12 hours closed out of a 24 h day . If you are outside the whole day in Tokyo it's not possible to take a quick rest because of the closing in the afternoon . The felmale receptionist is very nice and will help you to get along in the city . So think for a few nights it's ok . But for longer stay it's too rigid and uncomfortable . You also have to consider that you have to pay double prices in Tokyo to get a more comfortable room ...... So pro and cons .

the place is quite cozy and tidy with all required facilities in both bedroom and bathroom. the hygiene standard is obviously maintained at a high level including the beddings and table/wardrobe etc.

I can find the hotel very easy. there is close to the main street. There are many shop and store near by. the staff is friendly.
