Simple mais parfait pour quelques jours de visite. Accueil, propreté, équipement sont au rendez vous.. Le quartier est sympa avec petits restaurants, parc public, marché et tranquillité . La station de métro de Ueno proche sur la tanote line la circulaire de Tokyo est super pratique.

J'ai passé un bon séjour dans ce Ryokan. Très bon rapport qualité prix si vous êtes en couple. 10min a pied de la station Ueno, au calme. Attention pas de personnel le dimanche !

Le ryokan est très bien situé : près de la station de train de la ligne keisei partant de l’aéroport, près de la ligne de métro et d’un guichet pour le Japan Rail pass. Idéal pour aller visiter les quartiers de Ueno et Yanesen mais aussi Akihabara. Tout en restant au calme.

Emplacement adéquat pour les visites 2 station de métro à 200m. Lieu agréable avec sanitaire récentes. Personnel souriant et agréable. Nous a gardez nos bagages gratuitement après la réservation. Très satisfait.

Mignon et très propre mais...”
Très très propre et personnel sympathique mais le fait qu'il y est une seule douche peut être problématique. A plusieurs reprises nous attendions parfois 1/2 heure voir 3/4 heures pour pouvoir prendre notre douche. Les murs sont peu épais et le fait qu'ils nous fournissent des bouchons pour les oreilles plutôt que d'instaurer un couvre feu pour le bruit en dit long ! Très tôt le matin ou tard dans la nuit les clients vaquaient à leur occupations sans se soucier du bruit qu'ils fesaient.

L'hôtel est très beau et les équipements sont modernes. Il est très propre, le personnel est très sympathique. Petit bémol car il n'y avait qu'une salle de bain pour toutes les chambres.

Perfect for us !”
We had a great stay at the Komatsu Ryokan. We stayed for 8 nights and enjoyed every one of them. The room small but we had everything we needed : towels, a yukata, tea, cups, glasses and futons of course ! There are 4 shared toilets for 5 bedrooms so that is more than enough. And there are also two washbasins : one downstairs and one upstairs. The shower was very convenient : we could shower together as there are two showers in the same room. The kitchen corner is also very convenient for breakfast. The staff was also very nice to us : discreet and efficient. The location is also great : Ueno, Kappabashi, Asakusa, Yanaka, Akihabara and other districts are within a walkable distance from the ryokan... and you can easily reach many metro/JR stations in 5 to 15 minutes. We highly recommend this place... and we would go back tomorrow if we could :) All this at a very reasonable price ! Perfect.

Japan Hospitality at its Finest”
I couldn't find any cons except that there's only 1 shower room but during our stay, we didn't have any problems or queue at all even though all rooms are occupied. I love the rooms but couldn't recommend to those heavy packers as they would have a hard time carrying their luggage up to the narrow stairs/hallways. The owners are very kind to help us out with everything, even when we don't ask, they would proactively offer assistance. As for the location, nearest exit 3 of Inaricho then less than 10mins walk to Ueno station/ Ameyoko shopping street. We loved our stay and considered this as our 2nd home in Tokyo, will definitely go back :)

The Japanese style room is clean and cozy. The staffs are friendly and very helpful. The train & subway stations, the convenient stores, and the famous sightseeing spots are nearby!!

Gościnny ryokan położony w cichym miejscu.”
Gościnna i przyjazna atmosfera, sympatyczny personel. Jest czysto i bardzo przyjemnie. Oferowana kawa, herbata i zawsze jakiś miły dodatek. Ryokan jest położony w spokojnym miejscu, 20 minut spacerem od Asakusa. Jeśli posiadasz JR Pass najlepiej dostać się ze stacji Okachimachi. Gorąco polecam miejsce!!!

The Ryokan hotel is located near Ueno station where new and old culture mix and fun to walk around. The owner is kind, rooms are nice and cozy, provided with towels, complimentary green tea, tooth brush. Try on Yukata(Japanese kimono style pajamas), and can experience traditional Japanese Tatami mat Life style. The bath and wash room is shared but kept clean and neat so no issues with me with the offered room price.

Japanese hospitality in the middle of a bustling Tokyo City”
The ryokan is located in hubs of transport which made it a viable place to stay. The innkeepers are also warm and friendly. They let me stay for a bit of time and kept my luggage safe after check out. The amenities are barebones but that's what's great about it. The essentials like hot showers, magic toilets, and a roomy place to stay are what you get to keep you going. Pros: location, staff, rooms, staff Cons: hallway is quite small for larger people, single shower room

Not far from Ueno station and Ameyoko market. Staff is so nice. The toilet and room are clean and enough for everyone, but there is only one bathroom. I was waiting for other people took a bath longtime.

Small Intimate Ryokan”
This small ryokan is definitely a nice place to stay if you have a small group. The room we had was a tatami mat room with a loft for additional sleeping space. The futons were comfortable and the room was clean. There is a small kitchen with some teas and coffees available for guests. Showers are clean, though there is only one shower room for the three or four rooms which can lead to some longer waits if everyone is trying to shower at the same time. Definitely a nice change of pace from normal capsule hotel, though the easier access to restrooms and showers of the former may be something to consider.
