Emplacement sympa avec plage "déserte" à coté, tout en ayant le quartier animé à proximité. Le personnel n'est pas très accueillant, c'est dommage. Confort sommaire, mais paysage très agréable.

Séjour au Lighthouse”
Le Lighthouse est situé à la pointe de Had Rin, plutôt calme mais pas loin du centre malgré tout. La vue est belle. Cependant le lieu est laissé à l'abandon : trou dans le plancher, insécurité sur le balcon, excréments dans la douche, lavabo sur le point de tomber du mur ... bref il y a du travail pour rendre le lieu salubre (indépendamment du confort du lieu).

Très bon séjour ! A recommander aux familles, couples comme aux fêtards venus pour la fullmoonparty mais voulant tout de même pouvoir passer une nuit au calme. Grand plus : hamac sur le balcon et bruit des vagues pour s endormir

Awesome location ”
The bungalows are located right on top of the cliffs at the southern end of the island. Expect an absolute breathtaking view from your balcony. The interior is rather basic but the beds still comfi, sheets are clean, ac works perfectly, fridge with water and lemonade is included as well. The only downside is that the roads to the place are pretty much trash, so you should drive VERY carefully as an unexpected rider. For me, this place is a must visit!

The place itself is very quiet, peaceful and beautiful. Cottage situated just above the sea, with a vast balcony on the rocks. Good place for those who likes isolation and reading/writing books. Good wi-fi. Fridge. Electric power sometimes low, so sometimes AC works not at full capacity. Hammock in balcony.

Was staying there some days during the Fullmoon Party, the place is beautiful and really quiet, even maybe a little too much if you plan to go out everyday/everynight ^^ It's quite distant from the center, but the team here is really cool and with no stress ! I recommend

Heavenly Hideaway”
A friend and I stayed at these bungalows for two nights while making our way to Haad Yuan. Though we were initially hoping to catch one of the Lighthouse parties, we greatly enjoyed the peaceful two days of lounging in hammocks on the balcony overlooking the ocean. I've stayed at many of the bungalows around Koh Phangan and haven't found any that compare in this price range -- the view you get of the ocean from your balcony at Lighthouse is unbeatable (many times unobstructed and incredibly secluded). The staff is amazing, I felt welcome into their family as soon as we arrived. Though their kitchen wasn't serving food, a short walk down the nearby beach provides you with some really great options (continental, Thai). I highly recommend making the journey and staying at these incredible bungalows.

amazing and awful location ”
I really liked the location however getting there could be impossible for certain guests and driving there in the dark is extremely dangerous however once you make it its probably the best location on the island you can sit in your hammock on your balcony and see samui.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ”
First of all, we arrived to check in at about 7:30 and no one was there. We had to walk around for about 10 min and yell until we finally found somebody. She showed us to our room only found the bed covered in a sand like substance that was coming from the ceiling because it had termites and was falling apart, she brushed it off and said they would clean it tomorrow. There was also a small dead gecko on the bed and a big spider on the toilet. We soon found the rest of the room was covered in cob webs and the sheets were dirty and stained. Later we also found 2 weird worms crawling in the bathroom. To say the least we are scared to sleep tonight. The lady did try to help, but wasn’t very apologetic or accommodating considering the conditions. Never been more disappointed as the view and the location is so beautiful. The photos are VERY deceiving.

Very Nice Stay”
This was the most beautiful room I ever slept in ! Direct view on the see. There is a nice party once a week in the resort, the other nights it’s very quiet

Amazing location but disappointing bungalows”
It's a shame because with a little bit of maintenance the place could be really nice. Pros: Beautiful location right on the beach, room with AC, fridge, balcony with a hammock, fairly clean when we arrived, friendly owner Cons: room was never cleaned/bins not emptied over the 4 night stay, had to ask for more toilet paper. Only very dim lights in the bedroom so had to basically get ready in the dark in the evenings. Reception was not open between 8:30am-10pm as stated, and so was hard to track anybody down of you had a question/needed something. Said there was a restaurant but was always dead or closed so always went elsewhere for food. Overall the stay was fine, and it would have been easily improved with some housekeeping. Lovely location and could really be an amazing place to stay if it was managed properly.

Horrible Experience. Poorly kept bungalows. ”
Watch out for there weekly party that has bass bumping from 10pm till Noon the next day. This of course brings tons of people and drugs to the resort who will be pissing right outside your bungalows. Be warned.

Gorgeous view but nothing else”
We stayed there for only one night. When we arrived we get the key from someone without any further comments. It looks like the owners weren't there and the resort is already closed for this year. The restaurant wasn't open, but you could buy some drinks from a fridge in the lobby. The bungalow was small, but ok, it was cheap. But the dead insects in the bathroom were still a no-go.

Acceptable”
Only good thing I can find is the views and to some people its location might be nice, but not for us since it was relatively far away from everything. The room was in bad condition, very gloomy and dark. There was a huge hole between the point of floor and wall. Our room had one crappy fan there and in the morning we reached the melting point and we just took off nevertheless that we had paid for 2 more overpriced nights without cancellation possibility. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone under its current circumstances. Just skip this one and your holiday will dodge one bullet !

Please don't make the same mistake I did”
Please do not go here!!! -No taxi would take me there but finally found one that would take me the rest of the way. Which still required walking 30 mins down dark alleys, thru other hotels, across a beach and over a creek. -The stairs to the higher rooms are not safe and if you plan on partying aka intoxicated you may fall and hurt yourself -They had a giant rave the night I arrived and was hoping to rest that night before the 2 bigger parties (Jungle & Full Moon) but it blasted music from 10pm to 10am -No hot water for showers -The door handle kept coming off and I was locked in the room for 20 mins. -Paper thin walls, could hear next door puke for an hour. -Few if any restaurants in the area -Were under construction when I was there and started powertools from 8am onward (Horrible if hungover) -I tried to get a refund when I checked out early and the main staff woman was awful. She ran away rather than give it to me. I went to the Suncliff instead and loved it so much.

There are many better places ”
This, I guess once was a beautiful resort but it seems like it hasn't been treated well for the last ten years. The location is still beautiful but the staff seems to lack motivation and the rooms definitely need renovation. Nonetheless even if they were old they could be nice if cleaned and perpetrated well for the guests. (Which was not the case) We stayed in the north of the island for one night afterwards and had a much better experience (for the same price)

Peacefull ”
My stay at lighthouse was perfect. Peaceful away from the main beach, friendly and helpful staff, relaxing sound of the waves, unbelievable view from bungalow. A+ would recommend to friends and family. If your looking for a cheap get away with basic's this is the place to go.:)

Go for the view only ”
Do not stay here. Our room was full of mold, lizards coming in and out because of the large cracks under door and windows, floor, bathroom you know it. Water didn't work in the mornings for us so was I convienent to get ready in the morning, so shower at nights. Wifi only works I. Common room and is only open until 10pm. The bungalows were isolated for the full moon party, but still only 15 minute walk down the beach. So is nice if you want to get sleep after you get back to your room.
