Plutot bien placé, personnel serviable mais ne parle pas anglais. Literie de bonne qualité. Chambre de grande taille. Maintenant ce qui ne va pas: Télévision avec image de mauvaise qualité. La climatisation impossible à régler et donc toujours au maximum. Une seule prise electrique pour toute la chambre de disponible en plus de TV et frigo. Fenêtre d'un autre âge, on entend tout de la rue. Armoire qui sentait fort dedans avec 3 cintres en métal. Pour la Thaïlande l'hôtel vaut 700-800 THB la nuit mais la chambre est facturé 2000 THB. Trop cher vraiment.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was generally satisfied with everything except the WiFi didn’t work during part of my stay (I didn’t inform the staff as I was leaving the next day) and the water in the shower/bathroom did not drain away properly leaving the floor constantly wet.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights recently during the Thai Motogp. Everything booked out in nearby Buri Ram and this was the only hotel in Surin, on Agoda, so not like i had any other choice. Hotel is easy walk to city center and bus terminal 10-15 mins. English very very limited at reception so don't expect to ask for information about things. Overall not bad but cant't recommend as there is better joints in middle of town. Nice little cafe called Sabai 30 secs down the road though. Not one english speaking channel on the cable tv. Surin is not a bad little town.

Same room a week before or the week after half price. With the festival had to walk because no taxis around. Parking was a problem in a little lot across the road I got boxed in and could not get out in the morning. Do not know what it would be on a regular day.. Overall it could have been better but not bad.

The hotel is quite old and dated. However, it was clean and had everything you need for a night in surin. The hotel is about a ten minute walk from the bar / restaurant area. It has a lift to the higher floors. Car park is to the side of the hotel on spare land ( space for 5 cars and 10 motorbikes, otherwise you might struggle ). No food available as far as I could see. Noisy soi dogs barking all night to the rear of the hotel ask for a front facing room.

The Metro is a hidden gem. It is clean and quiet. The staff are friendly and efficient. The prices are good, and its a short walk from town. I never stay anywhere else.

This is the first time in 8 years travelling that I have paid so much for a room Without a fridge, or even a couple of drinking glasses to comsume my warm mineral water from. Most other things satisfactory.

My partner and I headed to Surin for the Elephant Roundup. We found our hotel conveniently nestled within the area close to local food, bus terminals and access to the stadium. Staff were friendly and did all they could to help. It was our first time in Surin so the advice and suggestions from the staff were greatly appreciated. Only downside was that we had trouble accessing wifi within our room. Good value for money overall nonetheless. We will be staying here again the next time we're in Surin.

Overall a good experience, fast service, clean rooms, ok beds, aircon, staff was ok from what we experienced. It was worth the 700thb. Maybe not a hotel to stay at if you're plan is to hang out in the room, but great as a base and place to sleep.
