Great location, good room”
This hotel is very good - great location almost on the Ginza, 5 minute walk from Tokyo Station, close to a number of subway lines getting you around town. If you are travelling solo or for only a day or two - the comfort rooms are tiny but sufficient. Otherwise go with the larger rooms .... we upgraded to a superior double (as we were there for 5 nights and hadn’t realised just how small our originally booked comfort room was - including the bed!) and it was a good size as we could put our bags in the hallway of the room and dress in the space outside the bathroom away from the bed. Great cafe downstairs and not far to many shops and food outlets. Staff very helpful too.

Excellent and very new hotel near Tokyo station”
excellent hotel with contemporary decor , desined with business traveller in mind as there are many charging plug ins both in room and lounge and restaurant areas. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful in providing information and directions. They have even ordered us a taxi on a very rainy day and provided umbrella. Room is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is great with mainly western food items and food with a high quality . location is about 6 to 8 min walk to Tokyo train station but also Kyobashi station 2 min away. Limo airport bus to either Haneda or Narita airport right next to the Tokyo train station

The staff were very nice and helpful with everything, to include calling taxi’s whenever we needed them. The Mitsui Garden Hotel was very clean and spacious. It was worth the price we paid, which was not that much and we look forward to staying here again when we are in Tokyo or any other city that has a Mitsui Garden Hotel.

Great Location”
The Mitsui Garden Hotel Kyobashi is conveniently located on the Yaesu side of Tokyo Station. There’s a nearby staircase that leads to the underground mall and train station which is super convenient on cold rainy days as it was during our stay. Hotel was clean and nice nicely decorated with updated and modern decor. Would absolutely stay again!

Great hotel, always our choice when in Tokyo”
The hotel is near to the Tokyo station, and there is an underground street that lead almost to the hotel. The last exit is very close to the hotel, so we can use the underground during rain or cold weather. The room is comfortable and the staffs are friendly and helpful.

My fiance and I love the Mitsui Garden hotel franchise. We stayed at this particular location because it was convenient to get to the Tokyo Station with all our luggage as well as the Pokemon Center DX/Cafe which we were very fond of. We were also very surprised to find an Excelsior Cafe downstairs which had our favorite Cremia ice cream. Rooms were definitely the most upscale ones we've ever been to, and we'll definitely book here again in the near future visits.

Clean safe hotel with helpful staff”
For the western traveler, keep in mind that Japanese hotel rooms usually very small by our standard of reference. That said, this hotel was selected for a portion of my family vacation due to it’s proximity to Tokyo Station (easy 2 block walk). The hotel is extremely clean, high quality, and staff was very helpful and fluent in English. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was larger than expected. The hotel received my luggage that was shipped early and stored it for me, then delivered to my room upon my arrival. On my checkout day they again allowed me to store luggage for several hours without fee. Front desk staff were universally patient with my family’s questions and helpful with recommendations and directions. The hotel met expectations, and the next time I’m in Tokyo, I’d happily stay here again.

Very helpful staff and nice interior decor”
Very pleasant stay, the staff was very helpful and lent us a weigh before our flight to make sure our luggage was within regulated weight. The interior design of the bed post area is composed of a picture riddle mimicking the old times of Edo. I recommend this hotel to all who wishes to explore Tokyo and get back to rest in convenient location and great service.

Friendly staff, lovely stay!”
Room was expectedly small at Tokyo station area, but nonetheless it had all the amenities necessary and room was spacious enough! Helped that it had art to educate us about Kyobashi too! Hotel even went beyond to surprise us with a bottle of red wine for our honeymoon! Last but not least, thank you for helping us keep our luggages at last minute notice, making our side trip out of Tokyo so much easier!:)

Definitely one of the best hotels that we have stayed at in Tokyo on our last trip, will definitely stay again, the room is a little bit larger than most hotel rooms in Japan. Good location as well as it is walking distance to Tokyo Station, we stayed here when we made a day trip to Hakone since it is very near Tokyo Station.

Small but very clean and comfy room”
The room was quite small but we'll designed. It had everything a business traveler needs, from the trouser press, to an air filter, electric kettle, safe, and instant coffee. The staff provided free bottles of water daily and changed towels frequently. The only problem were the pillows which were a bit too hard for my taste but overall I was happy with this hotel. It's location near Tokyo Station made it a really convenient base from which to explore Tokyo.

In the last three years, we stayed at this hotel four or five times. Each time we traveled in a large family group and we occupied several rooms. First, it appeared to be a business hotel, but it suited our group just fine. We also saw couples and families with children every time we were there. The hotel is situated near Tokyo Station, just a 10 mins walk away. The hotel is modern, new, spotless, and fantastically staffed. The rooms are small (to American standard) but very functional and tastefully decorated. The staff is so polite and efficient. But, as everywhere in Japan, English ability is limited. We would definitely stay there again whenever we are in Tokyo.

Clean, many power sockets n utilized space very well. Very functional. Like many other hotels in tokyo, room size is small but doesnt feel tight. They manage to snug a small sofa area in :)

Very near the train station. It was very convenient for us to go places. There were eating places for breakfast too on the way to the train station.
