Hôtel super bruyant! Il se situé entre la plage où a lieu le Full Moon et l'endroit où se déroule l'after! Donc pendant 36h consécutives il y a de la musique et on l'entend dans les chambres comme si on y était! Ce n'est pas seulement le soir du full Moon qu'il y a du bruit. À tous les 2 soirs il y a des grosses fêtes sur la plage. Donc pas possible de passer une nuit sans bruit. Chambres très standards pour le prix. Sinon le personnel est super gentil. Surtout au restaurant, les gens sont très gentil et amical!

Bungalow wad never cleaned, the bed was the most uncomfortable and uneven thing ive ever slept on”

Bed was awful, you could hear the whistle of the beach soccer tournament and the music so good luck sleeping in, the bathroom was rull of ants and it was dirty and it also had bits of flourescent paint on the floor walls and sink so you know they dont clean it, the area around the place was full of trash, the pictures are extremely misleading, does not look like that at all, I booked a beach bungalow and you could see a small patch of water through the other houses.. The staff was okay, got me a cheap transfer when i left and the food at the restaurant wasnt bad.. But i will never stay in one of their bungalows ever again.. Such a rip off..

Very bad experience, the owner we have been stolen 500 euros”

Somebody entered in our bedroom and stolen us 500 euros. We told to the owner and he told us that he was going to check the security cameras and if nothing was seen, he would call the police and they would take us prisoner to us. How is possible that they threaten us after being stolen? The only explanation is that it was his own staff that stole us and wanted to coerce because the door wasnt forced so the person who entered had the key. We left the hotel in a hurry despite having paid 4 nights and having enjoyed only 3. They never return the 500 bth of the deposit. We went to the police station and se made a report because we called to our embassy and they told us that the owner of the hotel could make something bad to us as accuse us of a robbery, broke something or similar. We have call to agoda and they never helped us.

Full moon party stay”

The room was what was promised in the description although the aircon was not that cold. This place was great location for full moon party as it was in very short walking distance. Good place if you want budget but not so great if you want nicer accomodation. The owner was very lovely and the restuaramt was awesome with good wait staff.

No bugs in my room”

i was afraid of bugs because of other reviews but my room was okay. i think you just have to close your doors quickly when light is on in the room. Everything else was good and restaurant is good too.

The place is nice, the staff at the restaurant is awesome and the food really good and really cheap just for the restaurant it's worth going there. The bungalows are nice but in the add you could see plenty of equipment and as you get there they are inexistant; no mini-bar, the refrigerator work only with the key, which make it useless bc you get to go away with the key everytime your leaving the bungalow as a result the fridge never get to be cold, no coffee machine either etc. Basically go there for the amazing restaurant and staff and the nice bungalows but not for their advertising, the beaches are also just next (down the hill on both side)

Just Wonderful”

Everything about this place is fantastic. The staff is very best, the rooms are clean and the restaurant has the best food and prices on the island. We have stayed twice and always leave extremely happy. 'Haad' will learn your name and always brighten your day. My only complaint is the Beds are hard. The best room we found so far was K-4 for the bed comfort if your interested in a fan room. I can't say enough about this place, we just love it! (I had a waaay longer and more detailed review but the app canceled twice so I give up) long story short... You won't be sorry. If you want a great experience, here is the place.

Stayed here for the Full moon party”

Great location right near Haad Rin beach for the full moon party (obviously was more expensive for what you get at this time period because of that). Bungalow was basic and there was no hot water; not a huge problem when it's really hot outside anyway. Nice restaurant and bar there too. But the full moon party after-party happens right begin this hotel resort area, basically behind our bungalow at the back so be prepared for loud music all day and night the day after.

Attention to details”

My last stay we had to change to 3 different rooms due to the poor quality regarding cleanliness. A full cleaning and new sheets are required for every new paying customer. I am a world traveler and this is a first that I have experienced rooms that were not clean.

Perfect for backpackers who want to party”

The accomodation is pretty basic but clean. For the price I was happy with it. It's not a Hotel to stay in if you want relaxing holidays but of you're traveling on a budget and want to go to the fullmoon party it's perfect. The location is as close as you can get to Haad Rin. That means it's amazingly close but also very loud.

The description of hotel promised pool bar and free wifi. There was no pool and no bar. The wifi was available only at the restaurant (which was the cheapest around, and the food was okay), but not in the rooms. No hot water in the shower, pretty sad room.

What's not to like”

We arrived at Koh Phangan after a horrible boat trip. Immediately on arrival to the pier we where swarmed by taxi people, however look at your map before as it is only a 5 minute walk from the bustling centre full of shops bars places to eat and the beach. The resort was in perfect location, two seconds from haad Rin beach, which is what we wanted as we where there for the full moon party. On arrival we where a day early due to our date confusion, however the reception staff where so good organising us to stay now. They had amazing facilities, having a large pool right infront of the beach and a resturant, serving cheap beer and food, that tasted delicious. We stayed in a bungalow which was clean and tidy with a hammock, but cold shower. Room was let down with no wifi, however we where staying high up and could access it at the bar. Staff always greeted on first name bases and we where able to book tours and tickets with them. Only thing to be warned of, is after leaving the beach at 9am from the full moon, we needed sleep desperately, however there is a after party going for the rest of the day and night, called the back yard bar, right behind the bungalows. If you want to continuing raving it's perfect however if not say goodbye to your chances of sleeping. We would book again.

Decent for the price”

Stayed here during the full moon party location was good but bed was rock hard and if you are not going to the full moon after party and want to sleep do not stay here as the after party is right by the bungalows.
