The staff are lovely, check in was fast & easy. The room is nice and clean, bed is comfy. The guests in the next room a rather noisy and put their washing on all hours of the night resulting the the washing machine beeping constantly when it’s finished ( I got up twice to turn it off) and the the dryer banging with something heavy I it every time it went around, so very little sleep. Not a fault of the hotels though- just inconsiderate guests!

Bed needs updating, you could feel the springs a bit. Just needs a microwave and a couple of mugs for coffee

The room is quite spacious but the facilities are old. The aircon is not powerful enough, the bathroom is old, inadequate water to flush the toilet with and the plumbing is noisy after flushing.

Bed could be improved. No microwave. Shower/bath needs a grab rail for safety. Otherwise location ideal for early city commute. Shall consider another overnight stay in the future.

This was perfect for our short stay. John and his daughter were just so nice to us as we had a funeral to attend and were feeling downhearted.

Really horrible staff that we were greeted with after enduring a very hectic relocation from Melbourne to Brisbane. After explaining our relocation/ move and that my husband was transitioning from the army to a civilian job and we required a hotel until our belongings arrived to our new home. The receptionist was so disgustingly rude. I would never recommend this place based upon how we were treated by this lady. The room was disgusting and stunk of terrible odour, bed was terrible. Honestly the entire room was disgusting. But not as bad as the old bird at reception that was literally the biggest bitch for no reason to us.

Good staff and good price with the room”

We have travelled down in Sinnamon park for our puppy’s Dr appointment and urgently needed an accommodation. It is not far from the Dr surgery so booked it straight away with no issues. Arrived and the staff was very friendly and helpful as we no nothing about this area. Big shopping centre is just across road, you can walk or drive, not far. The room is clean and good enough for both of us, you have your own balcony and your own parking spot. A lot around will have no balcony nor your own parking spot. But we’ve enjoyed our staying and will highly recommended to anyone who wants to stay here.

Deceitful photos, noisy, crap ac, no sleep”

Staff told me I was getting the best quiet room when I arrived. It turned out to be the worst. Aircon 1970s loud no remote and I was freezing or stifling having to get up every hour to switch on and off. Furnishings worn. One of the aircon was so loud it was clearly broken. TV was tiny and crap remote. Photos misleading showed larger TV. No bath despite baths in cheaper rooms. But staff did let me use one in another room when I complained. No view. No soundproofing in windows and freeway noise whole night. No sleep when I was dead tired after working weekend. Worst experience ever for price. Never will come back.

We chose Mt Ommaney Hotel Apartments because it was central to where we needed to be. Although a bit dated, it was suitable for our needs. We were comfortable in the accommodation provided and will stay again.

Bed was very uncomfortable, sunk in the too. Decor bit out dated. Was clean, real down fall was the bed, after long day of traveling was hanging out for a good night sleep.

Being solo traveller I felt safe ! Great to have car undercover and close to unit! Walking distance to great shopping centre.
