Cheap and very clean hotel.the staff was so nice and friendly.its very affordable.we love our stay and we will definitely go back again. You wont regret choosing lodge oka.

Good value for what you pay”

Very close to Naeba ski resort. No restaurants nearby or convenient stores due to covid, so plan ahead. The owner of the store didn't speak English, but we used line and Google translate to communicate to each other. She help me find the bus schedule from yuzawa station to naeba ski resort. Also picked me up from the station due to the snowfall. I advise planning on getting your snacks / food before heading to the hotel

I do not recommend it even though it is very cheap. Most of the customers are Chinese. Host is also Chinese. Shared restroom. Shared shower room & dirty bath. Additional fee for towel. Additional fee for parking. The Staff are unkind. I could not park my car in the parking lot because of heavy snow. I asked how to figure it out. But I cannot get any solution about it. It is hard to communicate with staff. They are not good at English and Japanese. Most of the staff are absent. I rented my skis here. But the equipment is not maintained. It looks damaged. The skis and ski boots are scattered everywhere. Because staff are absent. So I need to find my own skis and boots myself. Host changed her attitude after helping her (we pushed her car. Her car got stuck in heavy snow). She refunded part of the rental fee. Because of the crazy snow, we cannot ski. I think this is a good place for Chinese. Because there are no bad reviews from Chinese people.

The female boss’s attitude was very poor, if u would plan only stay one night at her lodge. I sent email to her for asking the transportation to there, no response for waiting several days, but if u wanna booker one extra room, she would applied u. So this lady is very influential and derogatory. Highly NOT NOT NOT recommended stay at her lodge!

Need to share bathroom with others if starting at japanese style room. Don't recommend the place at all.

Great food, great staff always wanting to help. So close to ski slopes and an awesome authentic Japanese experience in sleeping on futons, lots fun!

滑完雪回到山丘就跟回到家一樣溫暖，老闆娘跟員工們都很親切客氣，盡心盡力為客人服務，冷冷的天氣裡，心卻是暖暖的♥”

雖然第一天傻傻不知道可以請他們協助接送，我還一人拖著28吋行李+雪板袋從王子飯店步行到山丘小屋，未滑先累，但後來裡頭的台灣員工很客氣很有耐心回答我所有問題，以及第二天早上我太早到餐廳，早餐未準備好，正正的餐廳員工還在準備完成後撥號給我說可用餐了，闆娘也很親切跟自己的媽一樣，最後一天還特別載我和行李到王子和朋友會合，總之是個很好的體驗，我很喜歡❤❤❤

性價比高”

以這個價錢來說，算是不錯的了，由旅館到苗場滑雪場只需步行10-15分鐘，傳統和式睡房，但設備比較舊，從越後湯澤乘座巴士只要20分鐘，【但一定要謹記】乘座巴士一定要在總站（苗場滑雪場）之前一個車站下車，不然如果帶著大型行李跟雪板的會累，因為地上積雪太厚拖著行李會很不方便

老闆娘實在是很好，很親切，房間雖有年齡了，不過還是很有味道很舒適，唯一比較可惜的是如果風比較大的話，門因為比較老舊了，容易發出異聲，對於淺眠的人可能會比較不方便。

自助滑雪超棒的選擇”

離苗場雪場超級近，就算不搭Oka的接駁車，走路散步一下就到了。 這次和式的雅房雖然沒有個人衛浴，但是超有日式風味，我超想約死黨一起來玩；晚餐的火鍋超棒，本來我兩晚準備一晚火鍋一晚套餐，但是吃完火鍋之後就決定第二添再吃一次，我甚至看到住王子飯店的團體過來這邊吃鍋呢，有機會去住的一定要吃吃看。 另外民宿老闆娘趙姐待人非常客氣，而且很大方的讓不少年輕人去那邊換宿服務，整體氣氛讓我一個人的滑雪旅程覺得很舒服、愉快。
