HOTEL resort parfait tt le séjour c'est très bien passé Nous étions 2 un couple nous avons eu un bungalow avec un jakousi Le seul hic l'eau été jaune Et le petit déjeuner pas à la hauteur de ce que l'on attend d'un HOTEL de cette classe.

chambres d'un autre temps, il n'y pas de douche si vous prenez la chambre avec jacuzzi, il faudra vous contenter de la douchette avec le tuyau trop court du dis jacuzzi pour vous laver!! Petit déjeuner médiocre, bref sans intérêts.

Best hotel in area for families”

- Good breakfast - Limited lunch and dinner menu. But there is no place in the area that serves anything better. Bring snacks for your kiddos. They have fridges in the rooms. - Cool grounds for kids to scooter around on. - 2 pools, 1 for the spa and 1 with the slide. Life jackets available, even little ones starting at 3 years old. - River is pretty, but fast moving and super smelly. For those with small kids, it is just to look at. no playing area. - Rooms are beautiful. Skip the Jacuzzi. They seem to use river water for the part that sprays out water making it yellow/cloudy and smelly like the river. The regular bath in the Jacuzzi doesn't have smelly yellow water though. Just an opinion, but we received an upgrade and I think the Premium was a better way to go. - Workout room had a little family room on the edge of it with a tv and kids toys for those 5 years and younger. Brilliant idea! You can watch the kiddo while working out. - Nice staff.

Only suitable if you have a car.”

The staff were friendly and helpful and the grounds were Pleasant especially down by the river. The room was a little bit scruffy but otherwise it was quite comfortable. The viewpoint for the dam was about 7 km from the property and as no bicycles or other transportation were provided for guests I had to walk there. It was even further to the National Park. Walking back after the sunset felt slightly dangerous as there were no street lights in the small country lanes leading back to the resort. As there are no restaurants nearby the resort you are obliged to use the food facilities in the resort. The food I ordered from room service was okay, nothing special, but the breakfast in the morning was particularly awful. It was not a buffet so you had no choice but to accept the set meal which comprised of two fried eggs some lettuce and what I would call plastic ham and and very cheap processed sausages. The next day I asked for vegetarian but this was not much better.

Good hotel”

It was a resort. Seperated rooms in small houses in a big area. With 2 swimminh pools, fitness , spa and many relax zones. When you walk around you can see inside tve houses, so far the privacy. The rooms are big with toilet and shower and a big bed (for me too hard). Watercooker anf hairdryer are ok, also the airco. Wifi ok in room and the whole area . Great breakfast in buffet form. The next day after a storm they where cleaning tbe whole area. We will come back.

Lovely place near the dam and National Park”

We had a lovely time here with most of the facilities to ourselves, including the coffee shop and the chance to float down the river by the resort. The staff were really helpful and organised rafting and trekking trips for us. We also had some lovely evening meals watching the sunset at the Rim Kaeng restaurant down on the lake.

Would be better in low season period..”

We are a group of 10, booking for two rooms (each room with 3 double beds) but there was a large group on the day we booked so that we were offered an upgrade to 4 Jacuzzi rooms to solve the noise issue, which sounds nice at first. However, the two rooms had malfunctioning facilities (one with air-condition and another with piping issues). Anyway, the staffs helped fix the problems back to satisfactory level, so we're okay with it. Overall facilities are great with two nice swimming pools, a mini fitness, a lovely dining hall. I recommend you try eating dinner in this hotel. It actually tastes a lot better that those nearby outdoor restaurants with an equal or cheaper price tag! If we had known this earlier we would have just dine at the hotel both day. Staffs at the reception are lovely and can manage our request to book a rafting service for us with ease. Would stay here again but try to avoid the high season period as it might be too crowded.

Good, but uninspiring. Needed TLC”

We booked literally 5 min before arrival but were graciously welcomed and overall service & accommodation was superb. However, it's my belief the room was only great because I took a paid Agoda upgrade, then a freebie was offered, then the resort manager upgraded us again. General condition of the grounds was scruffy - and I could tell the room itself hadn't had a "freshen up" recently. NO complaint about the room, as mentioned they had no time to prepare. In fairness I think it's an inordinately expensive area for accommodation, frequented by the wealthy from Bkk which has pushed the prices way past "high"-priced range, now into the "over"-priced bracket. This isn't Nana resort's fault or problem. The following morning however...we DID find a lovely little place only 300m away, just around the corner - and have booked our group of 19 in there for two nights in January.

Nice, clean and peaceful”

Very nice setting, clean rooms and friendly staff. Lovely view of the mountains. Close to the National park entrance. A few water/adventure activities nearby. Having your own car is better to explore the surroundings as it is quite remote from any big city.

Beautiful resort”

We booked the premier bungalows. These were located below shade spending trees no more than 50 m from the restaurant. The 3 rooms were a comfortable living room with flat TV and different light options, a sleeping room and the bathroom. Everything was really clean, but a little bit aged. But then, the price was really good including buffet breakfast. From the living room we could watch seldom birds at dawn and dusk even a pair of hornbills. Incredible!!! The breakfast was ok with different coffees as Latte , Cappuccino, plain coffee... It contained toast with jam, ham, sausages... as well as cereals, warm food like fried noodles, different vegetables, rice and so on. We enjoyed relaxing at the river as well as playing the slider. Really great for spending some days for recreation and not too far from the dam and national park entrance.

definietly not 4 stars”

Nice hotel but in the middle of nowhere and 2km road leading there is in bad conditions. Rooms are small with big windows instead of walls but you cannot leave them open cause there is no view and rooms are very close to each others. Room facility is definietly not 4 stars, I would give max 2.

Awesome staff”

The hotel was very nice and clean, but the hospitality of the staff was amazing. I highly recommend this resort.

Peace and quiet mid-week at end of November”

Lovely property, big room. Clean and tidy. Nice pool and gym. River frontage too. Did not eat or drink at the property. Fast Free WiFi for those who need it.

Lovely riverside pool ideal for group”

It was new years day when I arrived so very busy, but i imagine would be very nice and peaceful at a quieter time. Loved the room with Jacuzzi, both pools good, breakfast was OK (dining room was rammed busy on account of holiday). Meals at the restaurant tasty and reasonable, staff very responsive and fast to correct issue with Jacuzzi. Need a car. Think this place would be fun in a group and ideal for kids.

Nice resort”

Resort tends to get crowded over the weekend. Nice place with two lovely swimming pools. If you fancy a dip in the river then this resort is right next it. Food is okay and there aren't many choices nearby where you could drive down for dinner etc.,

Hotel review nana resort”

The rooms are tired and in need of refubishment. Bathroom has no counter space or shelf storage. The room had a wardrobe but there wasnt a storage drawer anywhere in the room for clothes. The breakfast was ok but the staff struggle to cope when its busy. We had an evening meal there but the food took an hour to arrive the kitchen staff are very slow.

We had a short stay, longer would have been better, so that we could have explored the National Park more. Took great trip on the dam organized by Nana, well worth the 300Bt each. Coffee shop was good, food was good, free use of bikes was handy for trip into the village.

A welcoming hotel, in touch with nature”

the location is very good, perfect for those looking to see kaeng krachan national reserve without having to 'rough it up'. the hotel is situated on a river bank, with easy access for a refreshing swim or a quick paddle down stream.

Good resort in the Jungle”

Room is so big, but lots of mosquitoes. Also, we did use GPS to go to the resort. However, it leaded us into the jungle where no proper road (Quite scary in the night).
