Terrible service”

Had a warm reception but the service was appalling. Had no functioning aircon only to be moved to another room with another not functioning aircon, only upon throwing a tantrum did we get the due attention. Still awaiting feedback from the so called general manager...

Overnight stay”

I enjoyed my stay there even if only for a night. Would like to stay there again if the opportunity arises

Better than its 2 star rating”

We were greeted by Ephian you was very obliging and helped us settle in. There was a problem with the air con and immediately came to sort it out. As it could not be fixed he put us in another room which was better and he checked everything was working correctly before he bid us good evening. The lodge was very easy to find and was very clean. The room had fresh linen and the decor was good. The kitchen staff were very obliging and as we had an early start they were up and breakfast had been laid. The chocolate brownies had been freshly made by the chef and they were very nice. Overall the service we received was very good, If I had to find a problem it was the metal staircase and the number we had to climb. We would definately consider staying again if we visited Nelspruit, thank you for your hospitality.

Big room, little else”

Firstly, the lodge was full so they moved me to another lodge they owned a further 3km out of town. The security gate was broken so housekeeping had a padlock. The front door didn't lock and the room key was missing, so I had to share with housekeeping. The room itself was superb, with walk-in wardrobes as well as steps leading to a sunken bath. I had twin sinks, though no plugs to keep the water in. Housekeeping said the last guests must have pinched it. She wouldn't replace them. The internet didn't work, nor would they get it fixed. I had a 6km round trip to use the net, and even then I was told to hurry up as they wanted to close reception. The 'free' shuttle to the stadium cost R100, which they told us about just as we were about to board the bus. Bus driver was excellent in fairness to him. As I say, one of the best things about this hotel was leaving.

nice and relaxing ”

Stay was nice, friends all enjoyed it. not too far out from the city. In a nice residenial area.

Personal at reception is exceptionally helpful. Free shuttle in city center of Nelspruit the next day.

A little out of town but friendly staff”

Some maintenance needed (we had a cracked toilet seat) but room was clean and quiet and met our needs. Staff we excellent and on our return stay 5 nights later we were upgraded to a beautiful room at another property as they were concerned about possible noise levels. Really helpful and greatly appreciated.

Lovely Venue”

we initially booked in for one night, but stayed for three. staff are very helpful and friendly, rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated. the location is good. will definately stay again.
