Nice hotel and friendly staff”
Room is very nice and also great toilet First time we have seen a toilet with 3 different compartment, toilet, bath and bathtub, we also like the swimming pool , it is very clean and nice to swim, breakfast is also good..

The room not clean and smelled very bad

We were experiencing some issues with the air conditioning due to the fluctuating humidity levels but have now found a solution to rectify this problem. The carpet needs to be cleaned well or replaced ”
Everything was good. Staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel location is good. 5 min drive max. from the beach. Facilities are also good. The only thing that didn't like is the flooring carpet. It looks very old and dirty. Eveb it was cleaned. Overall I still prefer ibis. Even the room is much smaller.

Although it does not help your stay we have started to replace the carpet in our Novotel rooms. Due to a fault with the anti-stain treatment regardless of how rigorous the carpet has been cleaned we have been unable to remove the stains. Depending on occupancy, we plan for all rooms to be completed before April. We are however delighted that you enjoyed everything else and as you'll know having stayed in ibis that our facilities are shared and whether you choose the ibis or Novotel when next visiting Fujairah we'll be looking forward to welcoming you back. The rooms need more clean and fresh air

Difficult to sleep due to the noise. Think it was construction noise or maybe aircon on roof (I was on floor 23) but went on after midnight and started again at 6.30am.

We have some work being carried out and had an incident when the contractors started at 06:30 a.m. but we stopped them immediately and delayed the work until later in the morning. We apologise for the inconvenience caused. Your comments about work later in the night I will definitely look into. As you will know there is construction work going on around the hotel but to date it has caused very little noise disturbance, this however may have been the cause. Hotel was Very good. However, I had issue with check in. Hotel claimed that agooda's booking was not received in their system and I got delayed few minutes.

Our room was on the top floor fantastic views.The room was spotless and the bed was really comfatable.There was a shower and bath available. We booked breakfast when we booked with Agoda which cost 6 british pounds for both of us extra at the hotel it is 80 dirhams [13.50gbp] per person which is not cheap,90 for lunch and 100 for dinner.They have a ladies night tue and friday where the girls drink free 20.00hrs till 23.00 which is a nice option and there was a Dj on.Swimming pool was nice and temperature controlled. The staff from lifeguard to cleaners are a credit to this hotel. Check in was quick check out even quicker. As a first time customer it was a pleasure for 3 days and will be back.
