Bagi i, okay sgt2 dgn harga yg murah..bilik luas gila dgn ada bathtab lagi..cuma 60 lebih je..selesa pun selesa..cuma channel tv kena pandai2 adjust cari guna remote baru dpt..overall, i puas hati sgt..thank u so much agoda and oyo 472 comfort hotel..will repeat soon..

Pros: staff very nice, room very comfortable, drinks provided Cons: hot water in shower room quite sad, the water hose in the toilet is hard Overall this comfort hotel is the best that I like

Pro: room is large and cheap got it for below than rm40 Cons: Bed is hard, when I checked in the toilet floor is wet, wardrobe is dusty, the next morning the is no water supply so I have to check out without having bath But overall if u wanna stay for a sleep after a long drive it is just fine Can’t expect much since I pay very cheap

I arrive at the hotel from Larkin Johor. When I book in Agoda I stated the time of check in is 0000-0100hr. When I arrive to check in at 2am I'm told to wait for my room in afternoon as my paid booking check in time is 2pm. The hotel staff tried to settle it for me but unable to help me much coz their OYO management refuse to allow me to check in. After 8-9 hours of travelling by bus n too tired to argue over the screw up timing n management refuse to allow me to change the timing.

Bad experience for me. Hotel no lift and my mom need to use stair to go up 4th floor for triple room. Still use key and not access card. Cleanliness is out of services. Only aircond is new so a bit cold.. park at your own risk. hotel staff not friendly. Hotel area very silent during night.

poorly maintained n basic items are worn out due to age and poor up keep. OYO wake up call as it tarnish other better hotels. DO NOT STAY HERE PERIOD.

no receptionist in the hotel to pick up call. book for 2 rooms diffrent date. No refund given. Staying just 1 room another room canceled but no refund given. Not recommended.
