Overpriced, shabby rooms”
Booked in for NYE in Pai as most other hotels were sold out. We paid to stay here (and sure the price will have been inflated for NYE) The room, bathroom, bed, furniture etc was all low quality, old and in need of repair. The bathroom smelled like urine. The location was outside of town so you need a vehicle to get there and back. On the second night I couldn't sleep at all due to dogs barking in the village all night. Pai has some amazing hotels, but this one is past its heyday.
lovely, out of the way resort-like hotel”
If you like to spend the day in a noisy, busy small town
nice resort !”
very very friendly staff with nice big rooms the resort are 10 min away from pai town but hotel provide free taxi to there everyday so night time u can have good sleep and day time u can enjoy ur trip! staff are very friendly and helpful hotel itself also manage the trip the price which is very reasonable breakfast are just normal but room is quite big and view are also very nice defitinatly i will back there to stay again for next visit!
Beatuful place with magnificent crew.”
We stayed for 5 nights in this charming place. It is perfect for couples or people who love to relax and have space around them. Comfortable bungalows with bathtube and own terrace are great. The mountains can be seen from the terraces of the bungalows, and the stuff at the hotel is very friendly and kind, also trying to make every wish possible, if needed. A swimming pool is great plus for the whole area. Bikes are rentable. Though the hotel is very nice, it is a bit far from the village but there is a driver to take and pick you up - for free. There was also no meals , just the breakfast (which was tasty buffet), which we found as a minus, but it was maybe because of the quiet season. We definetly recommend this place! :)
Great secluded resort close to major attractions”
stay at paicome for a relaxing and quiet time in pai. it's very close to wat naam ho, with a very historic buddha statue, mor phaeng waterfall, and the chinese village, which is definitely worth visiting. there is a chinese doctor there, who treats everything, with "chi", tea, and massage. the owner's wife is a gracious host, who makes you feel very welcome. the pool is great and refreshing, with natural huge rocks embedded into the pool bottom. a tuk-tuk provides shuttle service to town and back, which takes about 10 minutes.
Average hotel that lacked service”
Quite a distance out of town but a nice hotel or more like a retreat. The hotel had two big restaurants that were closed for lunch and dinner which was disappointing as we were so far from town. The service was poor and the WiFi signal was weak. Had a nice pool and the free bikes to ride were a positive.
certainly not four star”
Shower was a failure, smell outside the room - disgusting, dishes from lunch left outside for 3 days, safe was not - I actually walked with it down to reception, staff did not seem to have any answers to questions asked, breakfast was ok
Ok view, far from town”
The hotel was nice but it was really far from the town center. The view of the mountain was blocked by the bungalows itself. So there wasn't any clear view of the mountain.
Great Hotel With fantastic Views and Surroundings”
This is the first time i stayed at Paicome Hideaway Resort. The location itself is about 10 mins by car from the town centre. The resort it self is nice and relaxing. The staff is really attentive and also friendly. The water pressure in the resort is about low and during showers, the water is either too hot or too cold. Overall, i enjoyed my stay at Paicome Hideaway Resort and will definitely return to stay there the next time round.
Nice Rooms with good service”
Although located outside of the town, this hotel is in a quiet and pleasant location with great views. A short drive from the hotel is the center of Pai where many restaurants and the night market can be found.
good resort in pai”
very good resort and recommend everybody to visit there. It's very warm welcome for thai prople and room is too big
very hard to find hotel location ”
Very hard to find hotel location, the way to entrance hotel is bad, the room is OK but not have good view, I'm very disappoint at the first time but after I saw swimming pool, I forgive all bad thing. : )
good resort and lovely service”
nice hotel, good service and lovely staffs, location a little narrow road and sign of the hotel quite difficult to find but rooms excellent, clean and reasonable price.
good rooms, good location, poor infrastructure”
we booked 4 rooms with a 3 generation family bc it looked very promising at the agoda site and we were sure it would match our needs -no wifi as promised -no poolside restaurant as promised, so we had to take the kids downtown for diner and return to the rooms early, no possibility to sit for an after diner drink, everything closed -no heating facilities in the rooms, it went below 10degrees -no heating facilities at the open air breakfast terrace, to cold to enjoy a cosy breakfast with the family -no walkways, so we had to walk in muddy, slippery grass, even on the way to the breakfast terrace, bought more shoes for the kids and the dirt was all over in the cars, not so great for a long distance trip, the cars also had to be parked in that slippery grass as there is no carpark THE MOST ANNOYING thing was that a group with 4 or 5 vans came late at night and as there is no carpark they were all around the bungalows, very noisy and....they checked out around 4.30am sunday morning, engines running, doors slamming and loud shouting for around 30 minutes, after that the night was over for all of us as they kids were no way going to sleep again.
Paicome hideaway resort”
A very peaceful place to stay . Excellent gardens and walkaround . The rooms are bungalow style and have good facilities including tv and tea coffee and other beverages as part of mini bar. There is a good size pool and we had great fun on the motor assisted bicycles that are available free of charge. There is a fair size swimming pool and free internet access. The surrounding areas have small traditional Thai stores. The town of Pai is not too far away .
The Paicombe hideaway was just that secluded and quite, a bit of away outsude of Pai. Everything was to a very good standard accomodation and food wise. The one time we did eat in the evenning in the restaurant a lot of the things on the Menu were not available The breakfasts were fantastic. Superb quality and presentation. Nice touch was I came back to our Bungalow on day to discover a couple of glasses of wine and some fresh fruit had been left with a handwritten card congratulating me on my birthday. Would recommend this resort hotel to anyone looking for a quite comfortable welcoming place.
Quiet lovely hotel”
Situated in a quite lovely about 5 min. from the center of Pai, had a really good time here, relaxing far from the crowd. The staff is super!
Perfect place to be”
A beautiful place and location. About 10 minutes from Pai village by car. Hotel shuttlebus brings you for free to the village and back. Great pool. Good restaurant. Breakfast complete and good choice of food. Many nice things to see close by. Tips: try the adventure from Thom's Pai Elephant Camp. We never experienced such animalfriendly mahouts and strolling and bathing with elephants is so much fun. Closeby are the Pai hotsprings. Very relaxing. Very good place to be for bit more demanding people.
