The poolside studios are great! I esp love the main pool and cute hot pool cubes, it’s such a great view and a great vibe when hanging around the pool area. It’s also right across the road from a Play ground and the beach which also gave us a beautiful view of the Sea. The rooms were very clean, it had everything we needed (even a radio sounds system). They went over and beyond with the amenities, along with the basic amenities the Koha brand provided toothpaste, tooth brushes, shaving kits and a shower cap which I don’t see at other hotels and resorts (I’ve been to many). Ps. Our room was NOT outdated (as I see it’s been mentioned in other reviews). We loved our stay there! Thank you So much for having us! We will definitely be back! 😊

Relaxing Clean Awesome Service”
Amazing relaxing overnighter. Great service from on arrival in reception to the lovely staff servicing breakfast in the restaurant. All the small touches made this stay feel amazing from the fluffy robes, clean units to the multiple hot pools which are conveniently located next to the large swimming pool. We will definitely be back!

We booked a superior room with sea view and were really impressed with everything about this hotel. The spa attached was less impressive (poor service and treatment) however everything else during our stay was excellent. The restaurant was lovely and we could not get enough of the stunning views around the pool. We left something in our hotel room and they let us know about it and arranged to send it back to the UK for us.

Getaway treat ”
A fabulous little resort tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the township and only a short 10mins walk to restaurants, shopping and jetty. The luxury accommodation apartment is immaculately kept, the best we’ve encountered in our travels so far! This is got to be top of 5stars!. We’re definitely recommending it to everyone and will be returning next year for sure.

Was so nice to chill, definitely recommend the food from the restaurant. My partner struggles to find gluten free options but they catered for her big time. Am definitely coming back to stay on the top floor!!

Great rooms and great pools. In summer the playground opposite would take away the serenity. OIutdoor decks and umbrellas etc could do with a clean thou expecially for the rack rates

The room was nice not perfectly clean but acceptable. The furniture a bit old, can not connect your music to the old speaker. Friendly staff, ordinary breakfast. Nice pool with a beautiful sea view!

Rooms a little dated but great pools and location”
Room / bath decor was getting a little tired but it was suutably clean. Beds were comfortable and service was also good. Spas and pool were fantastic and the view is stunning. I'll stay again.

Loved our stay at Paihia Beach Resort. We had a Level 3 Suite. Plenty of space with great views. Breakfast was excellent. Staff friendly. Rooms will need freshening / update shortly but nothing that would deter your stay.
