Super accueil, super services, beaucoup de fun, beaucoup de rencontre, un rapport qualité prix imbattable. Tout ça dont vous avez besoin est à l’Arena, l’équipe est vraiment aux petits soins et vraiment gentille. Je recommande a 200%!

Meilleur lieu pour faire la fête! ”
Points positifs : bon emplacement, ambiance de fou 24/7, piscine, billard, babyfoot, salle de sport, bar, restaurant, soirées organisées, personnel super sympa, meilleur endroit où rester pour la fullmoon ! Points négatifs : douches/toilettes extrêmement sales, vols dans les dortoirs, musique trop forte pour dormir et des gens pas respectueux dans les dortoirs (lumière allumée, discussions à voix haute à 3h du matin...) Je conseille cet établissement si vous venez pour faire la fête, et que vous ne comptez pas trop dormir. Et prenez un cadenas à la reception (ils en louent pour 50TBH), ça vous évitera les vols dans les chambres...

L'auberge est super et bien équipée (piscine, billards, tables de ping-pong et de bière-pong,...). Le personnel est sympa et accueillant et le restaurant propose des bons plats ! On recommande à 100%>

Amazing room , facilities and location ”
I went on low season and also without any special party during my stay , it was still amazing , really clean nice rooms , a/c 24/7 which is awesome , good location , you can rent a bike , do laundry, book a ticket etc , everything at the hostel , there was a few people staying at the moment but we still had tons of fun , thanks so much to Thi-ha for treating us like family we felt really happy !

This was my second time at Phangan Arena because one time just isn’t enough! The guests and the staff there are all super lovely and I’ll miss them. Me and my friends are counting down the days til we can go back next year. Thanks guys!! ❤️

Perfect for partying on Koh Phangan ”
Great staff and value for money hostel. If you’re looking to party and hostel lifestyle, this place is great. If not, can be a bit loud late at night. Has bar and restaurant on site, good prices and quality of food. Also has a lot of extra facilities you won’t find at other places like fitness equipment, football field, pool good level of English etc. Defiantly one of the best places to stay on the island if you’re visiting for the Full Moon Party.

Hostel is the finest at this area, swimming pool, gim, football arena. But girl on reception was a bit not hospital. I came about 12-00 becouse checkout at last place was at 11-00, she told me check in only at 14-00, i feel like it wierd becouse usually stuff let you come at this time, but don't discuss about it and just was seat at sofa near swiming pool for waiting 14-00. But after i see other people who came after me going to check in now. I am feel bad of this service, and ask other stuff girl about check in time, she let me in, oh miracle)

Okay if you are wanting a cheap place to stay and party great place. Was offered a drink on arrival and then promptly charged for it when all I wanted to do was check in.. so tricky little bar man. Don’t expect to get any sleep at this place.

Very poor quality(((( Room 20 looks so bad: empty, dark, completely uncomfortable. Such a feeling as u sleep in the garage. Toilets either broken or dirty, impossible to use. U need to buy towels, even it was mentioned as included at the booking.

Absolutely Horrendous!”
Firstly the place is disgusting. The pool is green and had vomit from the previous night floating in it. Alcohol covered the floors and seating areas (we know this is a party hostel but it seems they haven't ever heard of a cleaner) We arrived after booking 3 nights in a double ensuite. We were shown to a twin room with shared bathroom. After telling the manager we were told they had overbooked and that was the only room available. We were offered complimentary breakfast vouchers and told we would have a certain amount refunded to us, but only at the end of the day when they would have the 'cash flow' (this should have been a massive red flag but alas.) We accepted as it was the day before new years and we knew almost everywhere was booked. After exploring phangan for the day we arrived back at 6pm and asked about the refund. This is where everything turned nasty. In short, we were told we wouldn't be getting the refund promised. The guy was rude, unapologetic and down right horrible. We decide to leave. Thankfully before we left he was good enough to give us a refund but on NYE this just isn't acceptable. Luckily a hostel only 5 minutes away had had a cancellation and we were able to get 2 beds in a dorm. We are so glad they did because people were always coming from this hostel to our new one to have a better party.

Very disappointing! ”
We got the most expensive room of the entire hostel and I didn't even got toiletries, towels, the bed was a metrasse with another bellow ,beds without sheets, the bunk bed had no stairs, the ac on the private room was no ac at all, it was impossible to sleep because of the noice, the ac on the common room had no remote, the entrance sofa was completely broken and lastly we couldn't catch any wifi on our room. If you are looking for a party hostel, this is the one but don't stay in this room.
