This was a great disappointment compared to what I had read from other reviews. Also, the staff wasn't available. They were both out most of the day working and nobody could help me with questions/requests. Someone said the owner spoke English but to my surprise, his English was so very limited that we couldn't really understand one another. It didn't feel like I was in a proper resort where a guest will be taken care of and the bungalow wasn't clean. I would not recommend to stay there.

Lovely resort”

The bungalow was in excellent condition and very clean. The aircon and hot water worked perfectly. The bed was very comfortable. The owner is a fine young man and very helpful, with some English. Breakfast was served in a tidy indoor area and was some excellent Thai food with coffee. The location is outside of the old city and having your own transport will be a big help. It is on a quiet lane. There is a sign at the entrance to the lane with an English translation though not the same as is advertised on this site. I had no trouble finding it with google maps. Don't hesitate to book this accommodation. Very pleasant.

Perfect and clean place at reasonable price! ”

The resort is located in a perfect place amidst the forest, but a little bit far from the entrance to historical park, about 4 km away. The birds are singing every morning, the wild park surrounds the place, the territory is very clean and full of flowers, green trees. The ecology of the place is great. There are several villas on the territory. My villa was rather big for one person, but very cozy. The host Mr. Channu is very hospitable. He works for the forest police, wears the uniform. So, I was protected and secured for the whole period of my stay. Every morning he took me to the historical part or to the Wat on his all-terrain vehicle with no special charge. Free ride with an interesting person. He runs the resort with his mother who was attentive to me all the days, although we both didn't speak the common language. Mr. Channu speaks English. On the day of my departure he took me to the bus station in New Sukhotai. Thanks a lot, Mr. Channu! I recommend this resort to the individual tourists and group of tourists, who value the nature and would like to spend two or three days in a tranquility. This place is much better than any guesthouse in a hot city. Especially, if you travel by car, I'm sure you will like this place. There are shadowed sites where one can park his car.

Great little place”

We arrived at 1 am so I was worried we wouldn't be able to find it in the dark, but with the directions and signs it was actually quite easy (did have a car though). It's also a pretty quick drive to the historic city from here. We called the couple who live there/work there that were obv (because of the time) sleeping when we arrived and they were more than happy to let us into our rooms, get us settled, then ask us what we wanted for breakfast even at our late arrival time. Breakfast was a delicious fried rice and cucumber. Very good. Standard thai fare, well made. Place is brand new so very clean (a must for me). Has a/c, a definite plus. We brought our small hypoallergenic dog with us (who is super clean/well mannered) and they let us keep her in the room without a fuss. Would definitely stay there again, and recommend to anyone.

之前看点评时有写到房东全家很热情，到了以后确实如此。虽然房东家，只有个读书的儿子和警察学校的老爸，这2人的英文还行，其他家人虽然英文不好，但他们的笑容足以弥补沟通的不畅。早上会最好早餐，出房门，就会看到婆婆热情出来迎接，带你们去吃早餐，真的是很好很好的一家。

我们四个早晨四点多到的素可泰，老板全家起床，还帮我们做早餐，让我们先休息，早晨八点老板去上班开车送我们去遗址公园，早餐一定给一百个赞。最后离开也是老板送我们去汽车站，老板是警察教员哦。安全有保证！而且还带了警察学生，总之非常满意。
