We booked this hotel based on the excellent ratings and were not disappointed! This is a great little gem! Excellent value for the money. Staff was awesome! Very friendly and helpful. Internet connection was great. Room was very large, clean, and had a wonderful view of the pool which felt like an Oasis. We were in room 201. Ask for this room!! :-) The location is not the best for the beach, its about a 10 minute walk. It is a superb location for the new Bluport mall. Literally half block across the alley to it. Cicada night market is about a 20 minute walk as well. (highly recommend). Breakfast was great too. Small buffet with a short menu of items they prepare for you. Try the pancakes! Different and delicious! Pool area excellent as well. The only negative I had was the bed pillow was very hard for me. They do have softer pillows in the closet. Unfortunately I didn't discover until the next day. Over-all this is a great place. Well kept, clean, and wonderful service. Book it!
Worst experience after 40+ trips”
Been coming to Thailand for 20 yrs. 1st hotel that had absolutely no water pressure so the water heater would cut off and on. Location was good. Breakfast was sparse, smallest after being in 40 + hotels. The main problems was 1. Internet. Signal was there but no connectivity, each morning we would tell the staff who promised to have it fixed and upon our return in the evening not working. But this was nothing compared to booking a taxi thru the hotel to go to the local water park. We discussed it with staff 2xs and my Thai daughter spoke in Thai to them we got in taxi booked for us and set out into the hills after an hour we were worried where we should be so looked on Google maps to find we had made a circle . We stopped the driver, we were in the back of pickup, and he said he was taking us to waterfalls not park. He called the hotel who then spoke with my daughter and was told if we do not like it they would leave us on side of road! We finally agreed to pay part.
A very nice small hotel. The interior was very cozy throughout the hotel. Staff was very pleasant. We took three nigh more. They fullfilled all of our hopes so we want to send best regards to staff. Only one little harm was voice of train. Enviroment (about 150m along main street to HuaHin) of hotel is cheap local restorant with good local food.
Loved our stay!”
We stayed in the 2-bedroom apartment at this lovely hotel. It was a very enjoyable time - the pool was clean, the hotel is in a very convenient location, and the staff members were very friendly and helpful. We'd stay here again! The room was very spacious and didn't smell smoky. Breakfast was delicious - lots of options. Only downside is that there's no elevator.
Far better than expected”
Close to new Bluport shopping mall, abaut 200 meters (300 meters if you count the underground parking you have to pass trough). There is also a new footbridge at Bluport mall over the heavy trafficked main road so beach access is easy. Rooms are big and bright thanks to glass wall to balcony. Food at restaurant is average - We ate at the mall or used the few local food stalls close to hotel.
Strategic location, clean n friendly staff”
Strategic location within 5mins walk to bus station. Quick accessible by local tuk tuk or private air-cond car to tourist spots including the best seafood at Piers n Cicada Night Market. Very friendly n english speaking front desk staffs. OVERALL, the hotel is clean n breakfast is good n cheap only for 150baht
Great hotel ”
This is the best value hotel that we have stayed in, in Hua Hin. It is located within easy walking distance to the bus station and only a short local bus ride (don't use the taxi's use the small green buses) from the town centre and shopping complexes. The hotel has a nice sized swimming pool. I would recommend this hotel. Don't be put by the fact that it is tucked away down an unmade road. Its worth it when you get there.
Good Guest House”
Staff most apologetic when I arrived after booking the last room a short notice as the air con had broken. Instead they took me to their nearby second hotel, small and not much there but brand new with large well equipped rooms. They also gave me a voucher for 500B to spend on food and drink as compensation which I thought very generous. The food is basic but good. The staff are friendly and helpful. The beach is close but you have to cross the busy main road to get to it.
We came back !”
We obviously enjoyed our 2-week stay despite the ever present mosquitoes so we came back for a further 3 days after visiting other parts of Thailand ! Ni who spoke pretty good English was always helpful in making arrangements for golf courses and other local visits and since Hua Hin ticked most of our boxes for a winter escape from Europe we plan to return and stay at Prinz Garden Villa again.
Everyone loved it!”
The location was strategic, near night markets, Thai massage, Bluport mall and a fleet of tuk-tuks and taxis. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel very pampered. Breakfast selection was simple but more than adequate, pancakes are to-die for and left me longing for more. Accomodation was clean and comfortable.
staying here with a special needs little people”
the rooms are amazing for those with special needs and the whole place is wheelchair assessible. We had a great stay. Just a shame about our booking challenges but we were a none typical group of visitors with special requirements. Shame also that the access road is so small that our bus didnt fit. Great time had by the children staff and volunteers. Thankyou again.
Great place to stay”
great food, nice and clean room... and amazing staff.. thank you, and see you soon again
Very clean, great staff, nice pool. Location very close to Mall, a bit of a walk to the Sea. Over-all highly recommended.
A really good place to stay and good value, but location could be better.”
We really enjoyed our stay here and the setting is very comfortable. The rooms are spacious and the balconies are good with views of the pool through the trees. There is a nice pool with plenty of seating. The staff are excellent and made us feel welcome. The location could be better as access to the resort is via a fairly long scruffy road without any shelter so we got quite wet on occasions. The only other downside is that the restaurant was not open in the evenings as there were not very many people staying there. This was a problem for us as we had to go out in the rain to find somewhere else to eat. The breakfast was quite good but was a bit limited with little variation. Whilst the Blu Port Mall is close at hand, and has lots of restaurants, it's not what we had in mind for dining.
complicated special needs group who stayed for 4 days but looked like they were staying for life. ”
The hotel rooms were wonderful, spacious for our specialist needs, wheelchairs and easy bathroom. The dinning area was perfect for our needs and the staff so accommadating and helping us. The sontel trucks taking us places and folding and strapping the wheelchairs on was so helpful. The new mall Blueport was so easy to get to and the supermarket really helpful. Only things i wished was that you had big bottles of water to buy from the restauront and the changes to the pool didnt really suit our needs. The small childrens pool was good but the big part was 1 meter 80 all the way across without any shallow area to stand on. When holding our children the small pool was shallow so keeping them supported while floating was too shallow and sore on the back and the deep pool to deep to keep their heads above. The extra costs we incurred where hard to bear but we understand why it was added. breakfast not included for superior rooms was a surprise extra cost. Great holiday enjoyed by all.
Friendly personalised service”
On arrival we were greeted warmly and helpfully by Bla and her reaction to us remained constant throughout our stay. Brio, daytime staff, also was outstanding and the two women felt like our friends. Our room was huge with good storage. The shower/wet room was also spacious but when the shower was turned on a bit of a smell wafted up from the drainage hole. Breakfasts were plentiful and served either buffet style or a la carte depending on the number of guests. The selection was the same. We appreciated having a DVD player plus choice of dvds. The close proximity to Blue Port mall was good but being closer to Hua Hin centre would be better. The swimming pool and gardens were excellent: very clean and well-tended. We felt that all the staff worked really well as a team. We would recommend this hotel for a peaceful break - we stayed for nine nights - no tour groups constantly passing through but personalised service. The owner and her staff care about guests’ comfort.
