Internet was absolutely horrible! No signal strength in the room or any common are of the hotel. Conference facilities were very very minimal, very congested and not adequate for 16 people we had asked for. Breakfast was okay in terms of spread but egg station was being managed by people who did not understand English. Irish pub & restaurant was good with nice and tasty food but service was very slow

Excellent staff, but an old hotel”
Rooms: large but empty with no decorations. walls between the rooms are made of plywood, you can hear your nighboursnighbours snoring. Breakfast: don't expect buffet, it will be served to you. Cleaning: you need to ask, otherwise no daily cleaning. Staff: excellent, very friendly and welcoming. in addition, there is construction works going on, can wake you up in the morning.

Room at hotel looked tired. Bathroom --- water from tub leaking, hand rail loose-safety hazard, fan on ceiling not working, shower head fitting on wall loose, water draining slowly from wash-basin Room - on/off switch of a table lamp missing Keys - Old fashioned and not user-friendly

Everyone was very kind and helpful - including the in-house travel agent, who helped us sort out a lot of flights. Nice rooms and good breakfast. Central location but not very close to a metro stop. We had two lovely stays there on our trip!

Very bad experience. The only positive point is the kindness of staff... I'm extremely disappointed of this hotel that I will NEVER book again ! * I booked the Hotel limousine service from and to the airport but it is just non existent and had to fix with a taxi. * Arriving from EU at 9:10, I'm military invoiced with an extra room charge of 50% (75U$) * This is the first time in my life where the first course is served after the main course - twice ! * What's happening in the lifts ? The smell is just horrible !!! * No drinks (bar) in the room, just 2 bottles of water ! * Extremely poor sets in the bathroom This hotel is NEVER a 5 star, maximum quote is 3 !
