Great experience and great hotel”
My partner and I stayed at the regent Beijing for two weeks for a holiday and it exceeded our expectations especially when we had never been to China before. The staff were super friendly and helpful and they treat you with respect. Yina at concierge became our best friend helping us everyday with how to get to places and a true asset to the hotel! The room was immaculate everyday after being cleaned. Would highly recommend this hotel if travelling to Beijing

Excellent Stay at Regent Beijing”
Stayed 5 nights from 11 to 16 Oct 2019 at this hotel with the breakfast buffet included. The staffs were very friendly, polite and helpful. It made us feel like home. Rooms are very clean, bathroom's shower pressure good and water temperature sufficiently warm in this cool autumn. The hotel is right above Exit C of the subway Dengshikou (if you want to buy groceries or supper, exit at Exit A). Did not regret taking up the breakfast buffet option. It had a spread of Western and local cuisine, and the chefs were very helpful, in particular, Freeman Wang, who approached me and helped to expedite my order as i was waiting at the soup noodle booth but to no avail. I noticed that the manager on duty at the breakfast buffet took the initiative to interact with guests at their table and was very helpful. As the breakfast was located at the second floor, we could see the grand lobby if seated near to the barrier. Something that made my day was the pianist hired to play soothing melodies.

Very Nice Hotel in a Very Good Location ”
The hotel has very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are large and clean. The buffet breakfast is fairly good . Location is excellent with an subway (line No 5) just downstarirs. The hotel is within walking distant to WangFuJing

Great hotel from concierge, front desk and Housekeeping. Location wise no complaints at all. Dengshikou station 1 min walk away. Very near to 2 good Peking duck places (Dadong and 1949). A 5-10 walks to the busy Wangfujing walking street. Near enough but not caught up in the bustling noise.

had uncle and cousin visiting me in China. Can not come to China without being the Great Wall, so organised a returned ticket to Beijing from Shanghai. First time they stayed in such a beautiful place. Great great great. 2nd stay there, as always.. very nice. include the bf as otherwise, charge is a bit expensive

It is really nice experience to stay here, room, location, facility and hotel’s lobby are excellent. However, I waited to get a room quite long and lobby lounge staff is a bit strict. Otherwise, it is really great stay.

The overall hotel was great, the vicinity was alright. Highly accessible to trains and the famous Wang Fu Jing road. Just walking distant apart. The area was really clean as well. Overall pretty satisfied. Accept for the counter staff when i was checking in. They didnt seem to really understand despite the fact that i spoke Chinese.... and they seem pretty blunt about the overall situation. 3 stars for service 5 stars for accommodation itself

Good hotel but bad experience ”
There was a forum conference held in the hotel during our stay and the security was very tight. Cab were not able to enter the hotel and all hotel guest have alight outside the hotel and walked in. I find it inconvenient for the hotel guest and especially for us because we were carrying a lot of things and had to walk a distance in instead of alighting directly at the entrance of the hotel. I understand that the security guards were doing their work to ensure that security is not compromise but they were rather rude to the hotel guests. We may not be the VIP who is attending the forum but we are guests who paid a lot to stay in this hotel. We should not be treated differently. Everything else were good other then this.

Excellent service”
Excellent service once step into the building, felt like all the attention was given, and all the staff are very prompt to deliver service and passionate about given more information on queries that we had. Had their breakfast buffet on a ala cart option just to try out, considered expensive and, felt that could have been better. Also tired their high tea menus, the looks of the pastry was really pretty and beautiful, but taste wise could have been better too.. 1st day was assigned to a room with a faulty air con that wasn't cooling enough even we left it on for 5 hrs, informed the frontdesk staff, technician came. Eventually, got another room and all works out fine. Overall nice hotel to stay in. Suggested to the hotel to install water hose next to the toilet bowl for better hygiene purpose, since its a upscale hotel, felt that there should be one of those... Walked out from the back door instead of the front to the nearest metro station, which luckily we randomly found out.

The hotel is just next to MTR (Dengshikou) and easily accessible from the Beijing Capital International Airport with the Airport Bus service. The buffet breakfast was good with nice spread of food. Staff were courteous. We did not really use the facilities in the hotel. Famous Peking Duck from Dadong (大董) is just across the street. If you want to do shopping at wangfujing, be prepared to walk about 700m from the hotel.

Overall it is really good but a lot of things are expensive. The place is good it is close to shopping malls and you can walk to the summer palace.
