It was a pleasure staying here again! ”
One of my favorite stays in koh Phangan! The rooms are clean and tidy, the bathroom is clean and has a decent size and the beds are one of the most comfortable I have slept on in Thailand. The host Jack and his family are very kind and friendly. Whenever I needed help with anything Jack was able to help me and he cares a lot about his customers. I stayed here now a few times and everytime I come back I find many improvements. It is a nice extra that there are now tables and chairs in the rooms. Thank you for everything again Jack, see you next time.

We stayed here for a couple of nights but booked for a third because we absolutely loved the place! The owners are incredible and so lovely and helpful…nothing was ever too much for them (even dropping us to the beach) we were very sad to leave! Would recommend this place 100% :)

Room itself was very clean, tidy, smelt nice and was great value for the price! Location is super convenient and close to the heart of the island. Hotel offers many services from motorbike rentals to laundry service. Jack was incredible and was extremely helpful. A terrific stay and I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you!

Perfect location in Haad Rin”
We were here for the nye countdown party and it was the perfect location. Close enough to walk to the beach and pier but far enough away from the party that it wasn’t noisy the whole time. Loads of good food places nearby too. The room was really nice and shower was piping hottt!! Definitely recommend

A good stay for the full moon”
We stayed a couple of nights for the full moon. The private room was clean with an en-suite. The host was always available, at all times! A good stay for the full moon.

Spacious room with comfortable bed directly in the heart of haadrin. Staff really amazingly friendly. A water Boiler and/or small table in the room would be nice. Otherwise the room is not the newest but clean and totally fine for up to 3 days.

Richmond Guesthouse”
Pleasantly surprised with my stay at Richmond Guesthouse. Having booked online I was extremely nervous as to what I had actually booked. I had booked a twin room for 2 nights for myself and a friend during the full moon party. On arrival, check in was quick and we were helped with our bags to our room - as a sign of gratitude we wanted to tip but this was politely refused by the man who had helped us. The room itself was a lot larger than we had thought it would be. The room was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable! The only cons in regards to the room would be that the bathroom is not very good. The sink was missing tiles so the old grout was exposed. Also the water pressure was not great but all in all these are very small things which can be overlooked when paying so little during peak season. This guesthouse is a lot better than we had imagined and good value for a private room during this busy period in Koh Phangan.

I can fully recommend staying here if you come to Koh Phangan. The rooms are big, clean and well decorated. The bathroom was clean and always had warm water. The Bed was spacious and comfy again. The aircon works great and you have enough outlets to charge your elecronic devices. The location is perfect, you have everything around you and the beach is just 5-8 minutes walk away. Good location if you need a quiet place at night. But what makes this a must book for me is Jack and his family, they take good care of you and always lookout for you if you need something. I stayed here when the storm PABUK hit. Jack was always coming to inform us about the ferry, boat and plane situation. He brought us water and flashlights in case of a powercut. He helped me to reach my flight in time to surat thani airport. Thank you again for everything!

Staff is really wonderful, he is so helpful and kind. The place is located on a good location that you can easily walk to Haad rin (its where fullmoon party located). Small room but clean. Dont have a hair-dryer but overall is great. I had a good stay in Phangun❤️

The location is perfect and walking distance from everything you would need. Room was spacious, and one of largest and comfiest beds we’ve had on our 3month travels of Asia! The man who runs the place and owns the travel shop opposite is the nicest and most helpful guy! We had a power cut and he brought us a lantern, fresh towels, helped us book a day trip, got our boat tickets for onward travel and will make sure you’ve got everything you need - best customer service!! One suggestions would be to get thicker curtains as they let a lot of light in, in the morning!

The owner is the nicest man and his wife. They will help you with any planning. Store downstairs sells alcohol after hours. Great location close enough to both beaches, but far enough away to get sleep.
