Je recommande cet hôtel, très confortable avec tout ce qu'il faut autour pour manger et juste en face de la station de métro Koiwa. Il faut compter 30 min pour se rendre à Ueno et pouvoir se rendre dans le centre de Tokyo.

nouss ommes resté environ 6 jours en oct 2018. Nous avons sollicité quelques services, l'équipe été autant que possible prévenante, (les réceptionnistes parlent anglais), j'ai même sollicité l'équipe de nettoyage car je pensais avoir perdu un vêtement, ils ont fait le tour du personnel pour voir si un membre de leur équipe ne l'avait pas vu à l'occasion de l'entretien des chambres... L'hotel est juste à côté d'une station de tram (ce qui génère un peu de bruit, mais cela ne m'a pas empêché de dormir). La salle de bain est petite mais il y a ce qu'il faut.Clim chauffage: je n'en ai pas eu besoin en octobre donc je ne me prononce pas. Il y a une laverie. Je n'ai pas testé le petit dej, qui semble succint mais bon, il y a tout ce qu'il faut autour (pour des petits dej "locaux": je n'ai pas cherché à en faire avec croissant/café...). Donc tout est bien, au moment ou on l'a choisit de toute façon si on voulait plus proche du centre il fallait payer plus cher.

Even the hotel is a little bit outside you still get quite quick into city with the local train station next to the hotel during day time. In the evening it could take a little longer. Hotel is set in a Japanese neighbour hood with only a few hotels, so it is also possible to get in touch with locals easier than within the city center. Hotel staff is really helpful and facilities is very clean. Also hotel room is quite spacious for Tokyo. I can really recommend the hotel if you don ´t mind to travel a little longer into city.

Thank you for your stay. The hotel is located in the east area of Tokyo. Access to the downtown area is easy by using the Keisei Line. With a little distance, accommodation costs are cheaper than hotels in the city center. Please ask the staff how to get to your destination. We try to find out the simplest and cheapest way. We will do our best so that you can enjoy sightseeing.

I travelled with my 9yr old son. He enjoys the mini bathtub. Its very near to the train station. There is a lot of stores and restaurants nearby. Its not a crowded place compared to shinjuku or shibuya. We will definetely come back here. Kudos to the helpful and friendly staff

The staff are very nice and the hotwl near Keisei-Koiwa Station. Nearby have lots of restaurant and there's a 100yen Lawson convenient stores and drug store just around the corner. Will stay here next time when come to Tokyo.

Me and my wife enjoyed stayed at this hotel 180m walk from Keisei-Koiwa Station , restaurants and 7/11 are nearby, the staff are very friendly . We will definitely book again next time we visit Tokyo again in the future.

Myself and my Husband decided to visit Japan for our Honeymoon. We weren’t after anything lavish in terms of a hotel room, the room may be slightly dated but the facilities were in brilliant condition. The addition of the laundry room downstairs is a bonus! The staff are very informative and friendly. Cleaning staff were proactive and always respected your space. My only criticism is that there was a lack of storage space for clothes, we stayed there for 12 nights and had to live out of the suitcase, But that was minimal regarding the stay!

Good value budget hotel away from busy central Tokyo”
It's a budget hotel & not bang up to date, but the double room was big by Japanese standards. Very friendly staff & cheap restaurant right next door. The neighbourhood is relaxed compared to central Tokyo, although Ueno is only 20mins away on the train. You can also get the local trains connection from Narita airport a cheaper option than the Narita express etc.

The place is close to the station(Keisei Koiwa)and there were a lot of places to eat nearby as well as a supermarket, convenience store and a pharmacy. Even if some of the staff has a hard time speaking english, they put in extra effort to understand what you are trying to stay. They have a laundry area which was perfect if you need one. Note that the hotel is on the 2nd floor so you need to go up the stairs.

Hello! I was a solo traveler. I only spoke a few words of Japanese. This was my first experience abroad. Pros: - The train station is right outside of the hotel. (Keisei-Koiwa Station) - Edogawa City (where the hotel is located) is not too dead, but not too busy. - 7-11, grocery store, drug store, and a few places to eat are all within a short walk. - Staff is extremely friendly and speak pretty good English. - There is a washer and dryer you can use. (It costs a little yen, and they also sell laundry soap at the front desk) Cons: - I'm a small guy, and the bathroom felt small for me. - The bed wasn't the comfiest. (But I have slept on beds that weren't as comfy) - Bed only had 1 pillow. (I'm a 2 pillow kinda guy, but I guess that comes down to preference) Overall, I enjoyed my experience at this hotel. Good value for the price. Thank you Skyheart hotel for making me feel safe and welcomed !
