Pourquoi pas ”
Auberge de jeunesse très jolie, avec un personnel super sympa, terrasse en rooftop magnifique. Mais pas mal excentré du reste de la ville, et surtout les matelas sont aussi durs que la pierre... Box absolument pas isolés phoniquement. Le lieu est mignon mais y passer la nuit est moins cool!

AMAZING STAFF”
Hostel très propre, bien conçu et confortable. Mais je tenais à préciser que la femme qui s'occupe de cette hostel est d'une gentillesse incroyable ! Elle est d'une très grande aide, toujours présente pour rendre service et avec le sourire. C'est la chose la plus positif de cette hostel, et tout été niquel, rien de négatif. Encore merci pour tout, c'est un endroit que je garde en tête si je reviens dans le coins ! 😊

The private room was very comfy. By a grand bridge that lights up a night. Close to city central and bus station that serves as a transit hub to other places a traveler may want to go. Close to the city shrine and night market as well.

Clean and nice”
We came to sleep box for only 1 night, our flight was in the morning. The place is really nice and pretty clean. The sheets are clean and the showers are nice. We took the sleepbox with double bed and it was a bit small for us (we are 2 girls). Overall a good experience for few days.

Eh, ok for a budget overnight crash”
Stayed here for a night for a transition from Samui to Bangkok. I stayed in the dorm and the price was super cheap. 7-11 across the street and local place within walking distance. Staff did not speak much English. The dorm capsule room is small and crowded and there is a door to an outside bar/balcony in the room. Some people get drunk and talk loud all night so if you are by this door, as was I, no sleep for you. Sheets and pillow case had small hairs on them. Bathroom was fairly clean but there is one mens and womens bathroom for like 20 people in the capsule dorm. There was a couple there who booked a double private room but upon arrival were told those rooms were full and they had to stay in the dorm.

It's okay but out of the main town.”
It's okay there, it was cheap but it's on the wrong side of the river. I watched them give 2 other traveller the wrong room and then refuse to refund them when they asked to be put in the room they had booked, instead asking for more money. In the end the travellers spent about 3 or 4 hours (I'd have given up) and phone the police who visited, making the hostel refund them. They also turn the aircon off in the dorm at 6am with the doors shut, both mornings I woke up at 7am hot, sweaty and lacking oxygen. This wasn't pleasant. You'll find somewhere better the other side of the river nearer the night market

Not Good As Advertised”
You will regret your booking, I promise you. Choose to pay at the hostel if possible so that you know what you are paying for in advance. This is not a hostel but a dormitory, it is not what it looks like in the photos. The staff did not even have my booking and were confused by my arrival. The dormitory was full with more than 20 teenage kids who made noise throughout the night. I was so confused. The toilets are dirty and sometimes you cannot access them because the kids lock themselves in. The beds are really hard, I mean hard. Avoid if you can and find a better hostel, or go ahead and book but don't say that you did not see my review. I PROMISE THAT YOU WILL REGRET IT.

No staff at the front desk all the time except when they are sleeping, and I a lots of hair on my pillow and pice of cake left just next to the pillow, which means they didn’t clean yet then arrange to me, good job !

Its disgusting,the sheets had stains and holes in them,the toilet flushing didnt work,the sleeping spaces were claustrophobic at best and borderline illegal. I showed up, having paid for a private room,the lady takes me 3 flights of stairs ( im with my 2 backpacks mind you) to show me some little disgusting space i am supposed to sleep in ,in a room with 18 other beds. Mixed room. The lady didnt speak English and tbh she didnt cared much,but she refunded me in Agoda Cash. Its a funny story now,but at the time i had slept like 6 hours total in 2 days and didnt find it funny. There are good hostels for 5 euro a night,this aint one of them

If you can’t provide a decently clean bathroom with toilet paper or soap, then you shouldn’t be a hotel — no matter how budget. Staff was nice but the place left a lot to be desired. Not like the photos.

Gave My Room to Someone Else”
I booked a “standard” room which clearly shows a private bathroom. I arrived at the property and was shown a room with no bathroom. When I showed them that I had booked a room with a bathroom, I was told that there were “other people in that room.” I tried to ask how you can give someone else a room that was booked by someone else, but the person did not speak English. I was not offered any sort of alternative or discount, so I just got my money back and found another place to stay. Not exactly what I wanted to be doing at 7:00pm after a 10-hour bus ride from Bangkok. My advice: pay another $5-10 and stay at a proper hotel in the same area…with private en-suite bathrooms.

The basics are missing ”
We stayed 2 nights and unfortunately our train to go to Hua Hin was full. So we returned to the sleepbox hostel at midday. They gave us the same double bed in the dorms and we noticed the sheets, the blanket and the pillow cases were the same. We noticed it because there were 2 holes in the sheets. We told the receptionist and she answered "sorry, we have a new employee"
