Description doesn't match roomsize”

Booked a so called "Grand Deluxe" with 29 sqm and got a small room of maybe half size. Pics of furniture probably taken 10 years ago when it was new. Staff not really welcoming. All in all not worth the money.

Absolute nightmare ”

I do not like to leave bad reviews, and always try to find redeeming qualities, but experience here is overwhelmingly negative. The owners and staff are extremely incompetent and do not care about customers. I could write an essay on all of my bad experiences with them (despite not actually doing anything wrong or having a bad attitude with them; I always try to remain respectful and courteous). Long story short they are very rude and selfish people who do not go out of their way in the slightest, or even fulfill standard duties that every hotel I’ve ever stayed does. The only one who had a good attitude was one of the cleaning ladies, but even she did not try to help at all when I needed my room cleaned and they told me it’s too late just because I did not leave my key at the desk before 11 am. Unbelievable! This last experience was the draw that broke the camel’s back, as I was trying to hold off on leaving a blisteringly bad review for them, but I’ve simply had too many experiences like this to let it go. As I said - could go on and on about my bad experience here, but I would rather not waste my time dwelling on it. The only reason I stayed here as long as I did was for the location and the Wi-Fi worked decently on my phone, but on my laptop the Wi-Fi would stop working every 10 minutes and require the password to be re-entered. I would recommend avoiding this place and staying at another hotel nearby. The Impress is right next door, and the staff are extremely kind.

Walking distance to the Heart Hospital”

Stayed here when we were visiting a friend in Queen Sirikit Heart Hospital. It was an easy walk from the hospital to the hotel, and the hotel had enough parking for us to leave the vehicle at the hotel. (A bonus since parking at the hospital is near impossible.)

Gold residence”

Actually this place is not a hotel but a residence. I think there will be not a lot of people to stay in Khon Kaen over a month like me. But in this case it is good. Only for $200 you can rent the room for a month. Each time for cleaning or laundry, you have to pay 200 baht. You can walk from here to Khon Kaen University. But to the city center, you should take a tuktuk. Two bad things are there is no restaurant in here and I saw cockroaches several times.

Busy location in academic area”

This hotel locates in the university zone. It is always busy with motorcycle and transportation. I like a restaurant close to a hotel and mini mart is very close to the hotel.

จองผ่านแอปนี้ จ่ายเงินล่วงหน้า ไปถึงห้องไม่มีการต้อนรับบอกห้องเต็มแล้ว ทั้งๆที่บอกจองไว้แล้ว พนักงานถามจองจากไหนชื่ออะไร พอบอกชื่อไม่มีชื่อค่ะ พอไปค้นหามีชื่อค่ะ แต่บอกห้องก็เต็มแล้วเอาไงดี เลยเอาห้องของคนอื่นที่เขาจองแต่ยังไม่มาให้เรา ผนังฝ้าเป็นคราบ แอร์ดังเหมือนสตาร์รถนอน ไม่คุ้มค่ามากๆ

เมื่อเวลา 23:00 น. ของวันเสาร์ที่ 7 กรกฎาคม ผมได้จองห้องพักไว้ และได้รับการยืนยันการจองจ่ายเงิน ณ ที่พักเรียบร้อยแล้ว แต่พอไปถึงเวลา 02:00 น. ผมจะเช็คอินปรากฎว่าไม่มีใครอยู่ ไม่มีพนักงานหน้าเคาท์เตอร์แม้แต่คนเดียว มีเพียง รปภ ที่บอกกับผมว่าที่พักเต็มแล้ว เสียความรู้สึกมากว่าทำไมทางที่พักไม่มีการติดต่อมาหรือข้อความมาทางอโกด้าก็ได้ว่าที่พักที่จองไปเต็ม หรือมีการผิดพลาดบางอย่างทางที่พักควรจะติดต่อมา เพราะก็มีการยืนยันการจองอะไรเรียบร้อยไปแล้ว เวลาตีสองผมต้องขับรถหาโรงแรมใหม่ เสียเวลามาก เมาก็เมา ...ที่พักหัวดอ

ตามนั้นครับ ผมคิดว่าในเรทราคาขนาดนี้ควรจะดีกว่านี้ พนักงานมาบอกทีหลังว่าจองผ่านเว็บไม่รวมอาหารเช้า มัดจำกุญแจก็เพิ่งบอกว่าต้องมัดจำ200ทำไมไม่มีรายละเอียดแจ้งในเว็บ แล้วคนที่เอาเงินติดตัวมาน้อยจะทำยังไง

ที่จอดรถน้อยมาก มินหนำซ้ำนับเฉพาะรถเจ้าของ รร เอามาจอดก็กินที่จอดจถไปแล้ว 4-5 คัน เดินทางเข้าซอยแคบ คนมาพัก หากเดินทางด้วย มอเตอร์ไซน์จะสะดวกกว่า ถือว่าใกล้ มหาลัยขอนแก่น แหล่งของกินสะดวก แต่รถติดทั้งซอย ห้องพักมีกลิ่นอัพ ห้องน้ำไม่สะอาด เตียงนอนสะบาย

ตอนเช็คอินไม่พบปัญหา สตาฟผู้ชายเป็นมิตรดีมาก ได้ห้องชั้น 3 ระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยดี มาถึงห้องพบแมลงสาบ 1 ตัวในห้อง มีแค่ผ้าคลุมเตียง ไม่มีผ้าห่มอีกผืนให้ห่ม น้ำไม่อุ่นมาก พออาบได้ ก่อนนอนพบว่ามีเสียงดังจากบริเวณชั้น 3 ไม่ทราบว่าจากห้องไหน โดยรวมๆแล้วพออยู่ได้ โรงแรมให้คะแนนตัวเอง 4 ดาว คะแนนเฟ้อไปมาก ถ้าให้คะแนนจาก 5 ดาว ผมให้ 1.5-2 ดาวพอ
