station de métro très proche de l'appartement par contre le logement était sale,joint de douche moisie,poussière un peu partout....Et on sentait les ressort d'un des lit le matelas est bon à changer... Sinon le prix est vraiment correct et la situation parfaite pour faire des visites.

We didn’t know what to do with the trash since they follow proper segregation. We just had to place it in a garbage bag, but imagine how many garbage bags were those for 9days. We were advised just to leave it and they’ll pick it up. Our trash from day 1 was there until we leave. That’s just the main concern, other than that we enjoyed our stay. The place is big. It’s near Jujo station. Near convenience stores, restaurant and a market too.

Its cheap and its location is convenient but thats about it. The walls are thin, the bed is creaky, and we even found a cockroach in the kitchen. They need to provide better instructions for checking in and out

wifi exist but password not provided. blanket is a towel for bath with wide size. building is old and humid. Staff/owner is the WORST!!! when i called ask for where's the room located the way he answered is really harsh, he said "LISTEN!!" with high tone & repeat many times although i already said "continue with what you wanna say". prior come to japan i already email ask for detail information with picture about how to get there, but he only said there's picture from agoda which is only map, while the room is in 2nd floor and the stairs to go up is behind the door..how could i know that behind the door there's a stair to go up to the room when the staff/owner didn't give complete and detail information about that ?!

Good value in tokyo”
2 station from ikebukuro and self check in style are the only minor problem but it is really a good value for the price.i got a bedroom with 2 single beds and another bedroom.with 3 tatami beds. A complete kitchen for cook,rice cooker and refrigerator. Bathroom with a hot bath up is super. I Will choose this property again.tq Mr Takahashi

It was very nice to stay at Tae Domus as it is located in a very quiet area and the appartment was very well equipped. The price were very cheap compared to the qualoty we received there so very happy about that and would recommend it! However, the bathroom was a bit dirty when we arrived and hair from previous travellers had blocked the shower hole...

Location near to subway and convenient store”
We are travelling in three, booked the triple room. Having read about some comments on the location of accommodation, let me try to help you guys. The nearest station to the stay is Jujo Station, under Seikyo Line. There is only 2 exits when you reach the station, which is North exit and South exit, take the South exit (you will find an escalator that leads you to the other side of exit if you only found North exit when you arrived). Upon coming out from South exit, walk straight until the junction, look across the street and you will see Family Mart, pedestrain path will take you across the street, take the road on the right, next to Family Mart, go straight and you will start seeing some residential houses, until you reach another junction turn left, you will see a long road with houses both on left and right. Go further and you will see the first 24h parking (yellow), continue to walk and you will see the second 24h parking (blue), Tae Domus Apartment is located on right hand side, quite near to the second 24h parking. Push the gate and walk into the compound, self check in (you will see your name with instructions on the paper written). Second floor is accessible through the small door 12 o clock from where you stand (if Tae Domus Apartment ground floor door is on your left), small staircase leads you to second floor and you will see door numbers on the rooms. Room is quite spacious and clean, with build in toilet, towels, hairdryer, aircond/ heater, body bath and shampoo are all provided. Three plugs on separate locations in the room which is convenient for three guests. Overall we have an enjoyable stay, Jujo Station is easily reachable once you have understand the line. Thank you so much to Mr Takeshi for fixing our toilet door as we have accidentally shut it from the inside, he came to us within half an hour at about 10.15pm. Kindly understand that this is not a hotel so there will be no room keeping services provided. We have stayed for 8 nights and so far

The place is spacious and is complete with everything you need. You have your own bathroom, kitchen and dining area. It has also cabinets where you can store your belongings. The bed isn't the softest you could have but It dont bother much any way. The place is within the spitting distance from Jujo station.

The room was pretty big for 3 people, have 2 beds. Small kitchen, microwave, refrigerator and complete utensils. The bedroom's quite narrow, you have to move carefully. The cabinets and the futton on it was very dirty, looked like the room didn't cleaned enough. But the location is good, near small shops and Family Mart

Located in a quiet residential alley - a bid hard to locate at first. Close to subway station, shops & restaurants. The room was decent size with a dining table, but bathroom was small (that's typical of most Japanese B&B).

3min from station, good shopping area near apartment, quiet and cozy place but cold in the night in winter and no table for eating though there was kitchen except that compared to price it was so good to stay!
