A éviter
Thanintorn is the place for hotel”
WiFi worked and swimming pool was big, if a little dirty. Staff were lovely and delivered food to the pool and called us a taxi. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfy Room smell about fart but maybe me my stomach not OK
Very Quiet, enormous but unless you like walking.you need a car!”
Biggest hotel I've stayed in, in Thailand, Breakfast had good range of chow but as is the custom was served cold, the slow staff were unhelpful, uninformed and spoke poor English. An attitude adjustment required... All 4 reception staff too busy on cell phones to be concerned with hotel guests. I booked on basis of using the 25 m pool. Unfortunately the pool had large fugal growth and was dirty to swim in. The Ironic thing was a staff member actually appeared out of thin air wanting my room number. I said , " why? I can't use it! " The Hotel had huge car parks and their focus was on large conferencing, as a consequence the rooms were mostly unoccupied. TV mostly Thai channels, good spacious and clean bathroom. Rooms had wooden floors and good comfortable beds. However, First room I was given, stunk of cigarettes smoke! Which I could not understand becauset the hotel had many signs specifically stating a 5000 b fine was in place.Basically a nice hotel but forget about any service if you book here. A beautiful little city with nice water island park..great in the evening.
Staff clueless, dirtiest pool I've ever seen”
Terrible conference orientated hotel, owner is in dreamland DO NOT STAY HERE.Staff don't care and can't even organize a breakfast voucher while on their cell phones.... Don't know how to smile, hot food served cold. Not even any fresh milk for coffee..awful
Good location and value, but bad staff performance”
From the moment we checked in we thought the staff performance was bad. There were 6 clerks at the, we spoke Thai and they all fumbled over how to check is in via Ogoda. No one said welcome and hope that you enjoy your stay, no smiles. Not what I would expect from hotel staff. When we got to our room, the door was open and hadn't been cleaned yet. So had to return to the same group of 6 at the desk. Didn't no what was wrong and when they finally found another room, we were back to our room. When it came time to take a shower later that night the water was extremely hot with no control for the hot water shower. I was able to bypass the shower heater direct to the shower head so that we could take a shower. Tried to tell them what was wrong at the desk in the morning, and when we returned that evening it was still bypassed without a repair the shower heater. Sub-standard service.
really nice hotel”
i booked for 3 days but stayed for 1 night hotel is nice and clean when i was there it was cold no hot water for shower (heater was not working) other then it is nice hotel i can recommend anybody&farang with family with or without kids too.well worth of the money
Typical budget provincial Thai hotel”
Place is a typical Thai provincial hotel and as such service standards are not brilliant. On arrival greeted by three very young staff who spent the majority of the time playing with their mobile phones. Room was clean, but only about 65% of the light bulbs were working and couldn't get any hot water in the shower - not a disaster as June in Thailand can get a bit warm. Air con was excellent and quiet. Sadly, can't say the same for the other guests who had a shouted conversation at 3:30am in the corridor. Only had breakfast at the hotel, which was allegedly served from 6:00. In actuality, the staff - again very young - hadn't finished getting everything ready for 6:00, so had to make to with bread and coffee. Wouldn't use this hotel again as there are far cheaper places which offer a comparable standard of service.
Hotel is a conference hotel. they have nice room.”
this stay was okay ... good rooms, nice pool ... .the breakfast is thai style.. which i usually like.. but here all things are cold ... cannot eat at all ... even the boiled eggs are cold... so better eat in the city ..
Comfortable Provincial Hotel”
This is a provincial hotel, so forget the glitz of a Bangkok hotel!! It was clean, modern, reasonably priced and situated in a convenient location for major routes in and out. We did have a problem on the first night when there was no hot water in the room. It was late at night and no maintenance guy on duty but after a conversation with the front desk, we were moved to a new room. One nice surprise was the breakfast selection, better than some Bangkok hotels I've stayed in! Ultimately, I would stay here again as it is well suited to my needs in the Roi Et area.
it needs to be closed”
it looks like ghost hotel!!! no working hot water, no shower curtain, no swimming pool as advertised . staff are not helpful. it shouldn't have on AGoda, also, leaking sink we booked for 4nights but we stayed only 1 night then moved out.. so disappointed
Too vast for comfort”
I chose this hotel because it was near a hospital, where one of my relatives was warded. The rooms are located along very long corridors on both side of the One and Only elevator. The room and sheets were clean and breakfast had limited choices, but was simple and adequate. Located quite a distance from town, need to call for taxi as there was none during my 30 mins wait along the main road. Good location for making horror movies....
Seeing is believeing”
Driving at hotels, could not find my booking. In the room was good but very hot Air com was not good, I asked for a fan Never got one just got a man to play with the air, but no better. Shower over the bath but no shower curtain floor got very wet. Going down for breakfast the lift not work must use the stairs for all my stay Breakfast was ok but the same every day It was a lovely hotel but badly run.
This hotel should be closed!”
It's unfair to open Hotels under such conditions. Rooms are messy, smelly and all in bad repair. Floors are rotten laminate wooden floors from the condense water of the A/C. I booked this Hotel and after seeing three rooms I left for another Hotel in town.
our room 214. floor was broken. bathroom was broken. tv was broken. requested to move rooms for the safety of our 2 year old. said no because we had used the toilet already. Begs the question. a hotel with no customers. surely a cleaner would like to do something. All around pool dirty. broken seats. plastic drain covers all broken. And scum on the wall of the pool. dirt on the floor of the pool. no supervisors. And pumps weren't running. a year ago a little girl drowned in this pool. And it's so easy to see why. steer well clear of this disgrace of a hotel.
