2nd stay here! Just as good as first time!”
We stayed here again to our trip to Kep. Lovely rooms and clean as usual from our previous experience. Pool was good as before and just a place we would like to go back to for the great location. It's not as close to the restaurants and shops as the other places down the end of the road, but the walk there is a pleasant 5 min or so and why not, when you have a nice beach to walk along! The trade off for the location in relation to the shops/restaurants is the great view and a bit more quieter :) We must make note of the monkeys while staying here, they have a keen eye, so if you are on the balcony with food or other items, be ready to get back in your room asap and do not provoke them! this will only make them aggressive, be calm like they are not there and be quick about yourself getting away from them. Otherwise it's fun playing cat and mouse with them lol.

Awesome beach hotel location in Cambodia. Right across a small street to the lovely beach. Walked to the Crab Market in about 15 -20 minutes while enjoying the beach along the way. Wonderful, friendly, attentive staff. Complimentary breakfast is cooked to order. Awesome experience and I highly recommend this gem by the sea.

Perfect location”
If you come to Kep to enjoy the sea, then this hotel is your best choice. The rooms’ doors are windows so that you have an amazing view of the sea. We didn’t try their food but the pool was deep enough to have a nice swim in the evening.

Lovely place in Kep had the superior double room with seaview. Staff were nice and the pool was very nice. Great location can't go wrong, that is why I have just booked again for 2022! Can't wait to come back here!

Beautiful beach and mountain views”
Had corner room 14, with large terrace providing amazing views of the beach in front and the nearby mountain. Lovely designed pool. Staff is friendly and helpful. Beware of leaving food on the terrace because monkeys come for it and they can get aggressive. The room and the shower were spacious and clean.

Incredible Sunset Views”
Loved the pool and the views out to sea, amazing sunsets. Not a lot of restaurants close by, and the hotel only provides breakfast and dinner. Rooms are decorated in a lovely beachy décor and was nice and clean. Bed was comfy. Staff were very helpful.

Great Little Place”
Breakfast was good, with several good options. Adding on to included meal (extra eggs, for example) very cheap. View from balcony was unbeatable. Could sit and watch waves and passers by for hours while snacking and enjoying a cold beverage or morning coffee. Staff was very helpful booking tuk tuk for pepper farm tour and also arranged motor bike rental. Easy access to seafood markets in either direction by short walk. Super experience.

No wifi and ABA”
Nice hotel and good location. However, there was no wifi and they request additional commission when paid ABA...which is nonsense for Cambodia. If a hotel doesn't have an ABA account, any additional commission they are facing should be covered by hotel, not customers.

First time in Kep”
I think the location is brilliant. Easy to find, across from the beach, stunning views and welcoming staff. It has sent better days, but I found it slightly overpriced. However beach resorts I expect are overpriced.

All good except for 1 staff”
On checking in at 8pm, the receptionist was rude & unfriendly. He was throwing things around when we ask him something, he seem like he doesn't want to serve us. When we told him that our AC is not working, he seem upset & moved us to another room but when he entered the new room, he put the AC on 28°c & make our room uncomfortably hot. This was a bad start & it really irritated me. For a guest to have a good start to their holiday, the receptionist is their first & most important contact. This is the lack of training from most hotels in Cambodia regarding customer service.. But at breakfast the waiter & morning receptionist were great, polite & accommodating. We did talk to the manager regarding the night receptionist & he promised to talk to him about his attitude. If it wasn't for the manager & the 2 morning staff, I would've rated this hotel much lower. I have stayed in this hotel before & I will stay here again but hopefully that staff attitude will improve.

Stunning sunset and sea views”
Great settings with sea views and sunset ,trees and flowers around the back of the hotel.Good to watch butterflies and hear birdsong. Very quaint room large bathroom shame it water only warm.Hard bed.Decor needed a lick of paint which would really give it even more of a real seaside feel.Think the gap in the mesh door had invited in the rodents at some point(found droppings on windowsil). Staff helpful at getting you out prompt.Only here for 1 night never had a chance to try swimmin pool.

Lovely hotel in lovely location unfortunately unknown to us and not mentioned at check in or on booking websites the pool and pool area were closed for refurbishment. Also the WiFi wasn’t working. These were two facilities important to us especially as travelling and wanting internet to plan next part of journey. Water ran out but was fixed within minutes and power went off taking an hour before the generator was started. Staff very nice, good size room, only hotel safe not in room. Would be a great review if pool and WiFi were available.
