Great views & service”

Stayed in a standard sea-view room. Lovely view from my terrace, great breakfast, security on entrance. Had a problem with kettle and instantly replaced. Great position to explore the area.

Coming back to Kelway 's after some years, some rooms have been refurbished (nicely), nice terrace for drinks in the evening or breakfast, small pool, but nice. A little bit off the beach area in Summerstrand, but in walking distance good restaurants, safe area.

A very short, pleasant, but memorable stay. ”

We slept over for jyst 1 night, but the proffessional manner with which we were welcomed surpassed normal custoner service. We arrived very early, through reception ladies, Zoleka and her colleague, the hotel accomodated us to freshen up and keep our luggage safely. The service focuses on putting the customer at the centre of all activities. The beds were very comfortable with an amazing view and breakfast was a luxury considering the reasonable price we paid. We will definately be making our way back to Kelway soon. A memorable service and stay that makes a customer feel at home while enjoying the luxury of a hotel.

Nice room but room for improvement”

The room was of satisfactory standard and cleanliness but there was some niggling shortcomings: there was no bin for litter in the room; the air extractor outside the room on the balcony was off its hinges and stand; the balcony and chairs and table need to be dusted daily. Where there was supposed to be a refrigerator there was none; the fridge compartment was empty. Since my arrival, there were pigeon droppings and dust on wood rails of the balcony. I was greatly annoyed by the continuous problem with the card key which I had to go and re-set thrice and mind you there is no lift! Look at this problems and you will have a great place of first choice.

Bad wifi ruined the stay”

In 2016 wifi is necessity, hotel offered free WiFi, however it was of such poor quality that Internet connection dropped every 3 mins made any work impossible. And no it was not wifi problem wifi signal was good it's just their Internet access is so poor It ruined my holidays

This quaint hotel is well apointed though the bathrooms are a bit of a sqeeze. It does not offer much in way of ammenities and is not recommended as a holiday retreat but serves the purpose well of a one night stop over at affordable rates.
