Beautiful place
There's no negative things that i can say to this to this hotel. The facade was stunning, the lobby is elegant, everything looks splendid. The front desk staff is so friendly and he explained to me that the only available room at that time was on the far corner of the hotel so we need to walk more but he assured me that the view is excellent. He also check the note on my booking that my girlfriend is celebrating her birthday for this trip so he checked our passports and arrange the time for the delivery of the complementary chocolate cake which my girlfriend enjoy the lot because it's very elegant and yummy. The view from our room is truly amazing, we got a lot of windows, the view of the hotel on the side and the view of the eiffel tower as well. The view is so relaxing day and night. We have enough space inside the room and we feel comfortable. The toiletries are complete and elegant as well i love the body wash and the conditioner and the toothbrush. The iron and ironing board help me a lot as well. The hotel staffs are fast if there's any request from us like for ice or extra shower caps. We are unable to swim in the swimming pool because it's hot but the staff there are friendly and smiling. I will really recommend this hotel if you want to stay in macau because it's connected to venetian macau and londoner and there are free shuttle buses that made our tour affordable and easy. We will surely come back to Macau and stay again here in The Parisian Macau.
We stayed for one night and it was a good decision to choose this hotel. We have stated at other hotels in Macau strip over the years and with Venetian but this by far was the best for us. We got a room with the nice view of the Eiffel tower, pool and Londoner. Kudos to Nina the front desk officer who made our stay worth remebering. The room was spacious and had a separate in-suite bathroom and separate bath tub to soak after a long walk. Complimentary water was provided. I loved the Lanvin french toiletries and soft towels. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast at Le Buffet was so far the best. There were Asian,Western,Vegetarian, and Japanese choices. Very good dessert and fresh juices and smoothies. Nice to know 7am-1pm breakfast which is good. The pool is nice and picturesque. The Eiffel tower and the view is stunning on all sides. There's free shuttle service that helps you go around which is a big help. The have express check out and no need to line up. The scent of the hotel gives elegant French 5 star feel. Only that it was so huge and might get lost but still manageable. Lots of shopping around and itbis interconnected to teh Venetian and Londoner, just be ready for the walk. Highly recommended hotel and 5 star feel. Would love to come back again.
The Parisian is one of the more reasonably priced hotels along the Cotai Strip, although the absolute cost is still high. The hotel is huge, including its casino, & beautifully decorated, which itself is an attraction for the general public (i.e. not hotel guests), which can make parts of the hotel busy & congested at times. The Deluxe King room is a good size with high cleanliness, offering views in every direction - if you are lucky, you may be allocated a room facing the Eiffel Tower. As we were celebrating a birthday, we were also given a small birthday cake & cookies for free, which was a nice touch. As with all other guests, we also enjoyed free access to the lower level of the Eiffel Tower which offers nice views over the Cotai Strip. The hotel has free shuttle buses running to the airport, all 3 land border crossings & both ferry terminals. There are several public bus routes which stop a short distance away from the hotel along the main road & these run to the north side of Macau (~45 mins), although note that these can be very congested at times. The nearest LRT station is approx 10-15 mins walk away via Studio City, although all but 1 station along the LRT is on the south side of Macau.
I tried to submit the review but I’m not sure if it really did submit it. Therefore, I write this review again. I will try to be short because I really took my effort to write it to express the experience I had! I rarely write review but it is really worth to appreciate all the staff who had helped me from check-in, cleaning and baggage, particularly I would like to appreciate Jester and James. Parisian Macao is one of the child-friendly hotel. It was the reason I booked this hotel for the first time. I booked three rooms for my family and my 4 year old boy to stay for a short break. We were a bit late for the check in but we were informed by a staff that we had priority check in with a kid. I felt pleased because my boy and my parents were tired after the walk. Jester, part of the check in time was very polite, helpful and professional explaining the check in procedure to me. He understood that we had a big family with a kid and came for the first time, so we were lucky to get upgraded. My kid was so excited because of the space in the room. We were glad to see him so happy, he doesn’t even want to go for dinner. He wanted to chill and watch tv.. After checked out in the morning, we put our baggage in the hotel baggage room. In the afternoon, we realised my boy’s comforter was left in the hotel room. I was soo worry. When we finished the activities in the afternoon, we immediately went back to the hotel to check with the check in service. James, part of the check in team immediately checked with the cleaning team and confirmed to me that they had found the comforter but 15minutes was required to be delivered to us. I asked if there were anywhere we could sit as my boy fell asleep on my husband arms. Then, he checked with his colleague and arranged us to sit in the waiting room and my parents, uncle and brother could also sit inside to wait. I feel pleased that my family could sit down a bit as I know they were soo tired walking and waiting for us. In addition, the baggage team understood that we had 5 bags/ baggage and offered to take it down to the shuttle service for us. He also showed us where the shuttle was. I would like to say a big thank you for all the teams who had provided an excellent service for us! I will definitely come back ! The last thing, the set breakfast was great! I can choose either Asian style or Western style. It not only suited my parents but also suited the tastes of my British husband ! I don’t need to worry. I highly recommend this hotel!

Parisian Macao is one of the child- friendly hotels. This was the main reason I booked to stay with my family for a short break. I wanted my kid, my parents and my uncle to have a nice family time together with my 4 year old boy. We got to the hotel for check in between 5pm and 6pm, so I went for the queue by myself (while my kid and my husband were near me). We were approached by a staff that we had a priority for check in because we had a toddler. I felt a bit relieved because the queue was a bit long and my kid was tired already. When it was our turn, Jester was very polite, helpful and professional explaining the procedure for the check in. He understood I had a big family and booked three rooms so he upgraded us for a very nice suite. He also provided the wash kit set for my toddler. My kid was so excited when he went in the room due to the amount of space and the facilities in the room. After checked out, we left our baggage in the hotel. Then, we again went for some sightseeing. Then, we realised my boy’s comforter was left in the hotel room. Once we finished the activities, I immediately went back to the hotel to check if the comforter inside my baggage before checking with the check-in service. At the same time, my family were picking up the baggage. I spoke to the check-in service, a staff called James listened my concern and immediately called the team who cleaned the room and he confirmed that they found the comforter but 15 mins would be required for the comforter to be delivered back to us. I asked him whether there were anywhere we could wait, all my family were tired and there was nowhere to seat in the lobby while waiting, and also my kid fell asleep in my husband arm! He checked with his colleagues and let us wait in a waiting room. In addition, once we got the comforter, we were planning to get the shuttle to leave. The baggage team understood we had 5 bags altogether, offered to take it for us and showed us where to go for taking a shuttle. All of us really appreciated the services we got in Parisian Macao. Thank you for all the staff ( check in team, cleaning team and baggage team). We had an amazing time staying in the hotel. We would definitely come again. The last thing, the set breakfast was good, it provided Asian style or Western style. My husband comes from England, so the menu not only suited my parents and uncle’s tastes, but also my husband !
I don’t know how to express just how beautiful and opulent this hotel is, without posting videos of every corner of the hotel! Each and every corner is stunning and different in its own way. One enters through the reception which is made like an artist’s dream.. with paintings by Leonardo Da Vinci and Michael Angelo, one feels like they’ve entered a museum instead of a hotel! I have posted pictures but don’t feel they do justice to the beauty of the hotel. The rooms are extremely comfortable and well-sized. The consierge goes out of its way to take care of every need, and my son was given a special toilet kit called “Le Petit Prince” which was a lovely surprise. There is a food court, multiple restaurants, coffee shoots, bakeries and shopping plaza within the hotel. The hotel is connected to all other hotels and their shopping plazas via air conditioned routes and is one of the best areas to live in Macau. The casinos are also amazing! If you’re visiting Macau, this is the place to stay!
The Parisian in Macau is absolutely stunning and truly feels like a little slice of Paris in Asia. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with beautiful décor, high ceilings, and an atmosphere that’s both elegant and inviting. The Eiffel Tower replica is breathtaking—especially at night when it lights up—and offers amazing views of the Cotai Strip. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed with all the amenities you’d expect from a luxury resort. The service is top-notch, with staff who are friendly, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to make your stay special. There’s so much to do here—whether it’s relaxing by the pool, shopping at the many boutiques, enjoying world-class dining, or catching the nightly light show. It’s a perfect blend of luxury, entertainment, and charm. If you’re visiting Macau, The Parisian is a must-stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an unforgettable experience!
We recently stayed at The Parisian Macao, and I was truly impressed by how family-friendly the place is. The amenities for kids are thoughtful and well-designed, our room even came with a side bar on the bed for our child’s safety, which was such a relief as a parent. It’s those small but meaningful details that really make a difference when traveling with little ones. What also stood out was the professionalism of the staff. Every request we made was handled promptly and courteously, they were attentive without being intrusive, and most importantly, they never made us feel looked down on. Whether it was housekeeping, concierge, or front desk, everyone treated us with genuine respect and warmth. Overall, The Parisian Macao is not just a luxurious hotel but also a comfortable and considerate choice for families. Highly recommended for anyone traveling with kids and looking for a seamless, stress-free stay!

“Great for solo travel, better for duo”
Stayed there to treat myself to a nice hotel in Macao. The room was in the corner so amazing visibility and view on the Eiffel Tower. Amenities were great and the hotel as well as the bus services and access to the Venetian and the Londoner were definitely a plus. Honestly nothing negative to say, except that check in takes a good 30mins to 1hour. It is a 5* in China, but would be 4* in France in my opinion.
