Absolutely worthy”
Generally I don’t write reviews. I used to enjoy afternoon teas in HongKong Peninsula, it’s fancy but I never stayed in their hotel. Now we are resident in Japan, to celebrate thanksgiving glad we could be able to stay here for one night. We have a 4 months infant, it’s very sweet they sent baby bibs and skin cares kit for him, and he cried only one hour slept well(he used to cry until midnight in other hotels). To talk about the room, nice and clean, we love the bathroom so much! The staffs are very friendly and helpful, the food are so good! I bet the chefs cooked Chinese food are from HongKong. We will absolutely come back again!

A city hotel with unparalleled services ”
A busy city hotel in a very central location. Outstanding and exemplary service, in particular the concierge team and front desk team, from pre- arrival communications to during the stay. Despite last minute requests, the capable Concierge team diligently ploughed through my extensive list of restaurants and managed to secure bookings at some of the top restaurants in Tokyo (including some 3 Michelin stars). The Concierge team also managed to offer advice (such as which restaurants in my list did not measure up, which I appreciate). The team also offered “insider” knowledge, enabling me to visit Enoshima efficiently during the crowded Obon week. Room is very well appointed. Pool, spa and sauna facilities are great. Laundry services are impeccable. The hotel was very busy during my stay and it’s a wonder how they manage to maintain this level of personalised service. The front desk and concierge also appear to remember your names. What kind of sorcery is this ?

You want perfect?”
My wife and I stayed at the Peninsula for three nights, the first two separated by three days as we took a trip to Kyoto. Do you want perfect from the minute you arrive until you leave? Stay here. Great location, the room is spotless, the ability to separate the sleeping/ sitting area from closet and bath is terrific for two people reacting to jet lag differently. The staff is perfect. Completely attentive yet not over bearing. Engaging yet incredibly professional. They do everything well and make you feel like a guest. It’s a little expensive but if you want the best experience of your life, pay it.

Pros: Location, sitting at the middle of Ginza,all shops are just steps away. Cons: the size/facility of thier gym is just average,at thier price bracket,i will expect better gym than what they are having right now.hopefully they will improve it.

The overall service was very excellent. Room condition was perfect. Room size was also very spacious considering that the location of hotal is Tokyo. Breakfast was okay but considering the price, I would take other option for breakfast next time since there are so many good restaurants around the hotel. The only bad thing was that the extra bed they installed in my room was horrible. The bed spring was very bumpy and saggy. It would be much better to sleep on the sofa than the extra bed.

We found that the hair dryer is a bit too big and the buttons are too small and inconvenient to press, not to mention for older people. They should change it to Dyson for my opinion. The location, service, spa and food are the best.

Superbe hôtel à proximité de Ginza”
Nous sommes restés 3 nuits au Peninsula. Dès l'arrivée, on sent tout de suite la différence avec les autres 5 étoiles (Sheration, Marriott ou Shangri la) avec le personnel aux petits soins, très attentionné et soucieux du moindre détail. La chambre était très grande avec une multitude de commodités, et une belle vue sur le palais. Si je reviens à Tokyo, j'y retournerai sans hésitation!

The best concierge service in Japan”
The room is very clean but only the water temperate of shower was not stable and housekeeping doesn’t fill amenity(shower cap, etc.)daily as usual.
