ambiance joyeusement retro du hall d'entrée avec ses vitrines de robes de mariées...L'hôtel fait preuve d'une organisation très efficace. Le personnel fait des efforts pour comprendre l'anglais et se montre très attentif.La propreté des chambres est parfaite Même si les salles de bains sont un peu vieillottes, les chambres sont grandes et bien insonorisées. Un peu loin des divers centres touristiques de Tokyo, mais bien deservi par la gare et la ligne de métro Hanzomon. Le bus limousine de l'aeroport est un plus incontestable. L'ambiance du hall d'entrée fait penser à des vieux films retro!

Stayed here for approximately a week. Experienced a small drainage problem the first night of the stay. Went down to file a complaint with management early the following morning which happened to be a Saturday. A very competent and hospitable assistant to the front desk manager by the name of Mr. Niki reassured me that the problem will be resolved to my satisfaction. When O returned to the room that evening, my concern and problem had been expertly corrected. Very satisfied with the handling of my problem. A highly professional team of workers dedicated to the comfort of its guests. I highly recommend this hotel if you are seeking a value proposition in Tokyo. Guys, job well done. I intend to keep you in my list of potential accommodation providers for my stays in Tokyo.

Location perfect, 5 minutes walk to the Kinshicho station. If you purchase the JR rail card on line before you travel to Japan (which is excellent value for money) you can take the JR train from Narita airport to this hotel. Rooms are very well maintained, clean and quite spacious for Japan. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had an excellent view of the Skytree tower from our room. During our trip we stayed at the beginning and end of our trip. I would recommend this hotel.

My family of 4 recently traveled to Tokyo and stayed in a quadruple room (4 single beds). There was adequate space for us to move freely around the room. The shuttle to Tokyo Disney was convenient and you are able to buy tickets from the front desk - a major time saver! Unfortunately, Japan was hit by a typhoon during our stay. The staff were professional and helpful - answering all of our questions - likely the same ones every other guest asked. At no time was I made to feel a nuisance - just the opposite - the staff showed compassion and empathy. To add to all of this, my phone dropped down the elevator shaft the day after the typhoon. The hotel staff promptly brought in someone to look for it - something I wouldn't expect to happen the day after a natural disaster! I was so embarrassed, yet the hotel staff apologized to me for the stress caused by the crisis. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. The staff went over and beyond anything I could have imagined. Thank you!

Great Hotel, Staff and Location”
Very helpful staff from reception. I also commend the hotel’s staff for tourist information who helped us book our Mt Fuji tour and had been patient with all my inquiries. The room was spacious and always clean. I liked that this is a “Disney Good Neighbor Hotel”, saved us a lot in two-way transportation to Disneyland and Disney Sea. But best of all, the location is close to shops, food stalls and other tourist spots. Highly recommended.

Good Location and Value for Money”
The location is great and it is only require 5-8 mins to JR station. There is direct luminous buses and JR trains to Airports. Also there are two shopping malls with supermarket nearby and also some restaurants open till 2.00am. Besides, there is 7-eleven and Lawson shops opposite to the Hotel. It is very convenience. For the room, it is large and the facilities are so new and clean. The staffs would speak fluent English and are all friendly. Will stay again when go to Tokyo next time.

Excellent hotel. First time we traveled around Tokyo and we think that we were lucky with the hotel. Friendly staff, cleanliness in the room, excellent location, and Sky Three from the window is a fairy tale. The free mobile phone provided by the hotel helped to get around Tokyo and the surrounding area. In the next stay in Tokyo we will stay only in this hotel. We recommend. My family and I enjoyed our stay at Hotel Tobu Levant in Tokyo. The staff were extremely respectful, accommodating, and efficient. From the moment we woke up in the morning to the time we slept at night, we felt cared for by the staff and the excellent accommodations. The breakfast buffet was such a wonderful treat with so many selections to choose from. We had a lovely view of the Sky Tree from our hotel room. Our room was well maintained by their amazing staff. Our hotel room was neat at all times, thanks to their diligent crew. My family and I appreciate how very well we were treated throughout our stay. We would definitely book a room at Hotel Tobu during our next visit to Tokyo.

Excellent, especially for the skytree room”
The view of the Skytree Room was awesome! It is close to train station and metro station. Easily go from airport to the hotel. The room is larger than other hotels and is clean. The staff are very nice and friendly. There are many malls in the neighbourhood. Easy access to almost all location in Tokyo. Good value for money!

Convenient location with lots of convenient stores around. Subways and department stores are 3 minutes walk from the hotel. Although the room is a bit crowded, it is very clean and it has everything. Not to mention the view is incredible with Tokyo sky tree tower right in from of your face. This hotel offers free shuttle buses to Disney campus and airport!

Our stay at the hotel provided a great start and a sweet roundup to our trip. We were early for check-in both times but the hotel was able to accomodate our early arrivals, and arranged for a hotel room quickly each time. For the first time, we had to wait for about an hour before a room was available, but they were swift in handling the check-in procedures and luggage storage. It also helped that within the hotel's close vicinity, there are shopping malls and several dining options, so we could have a delicious lunch before enjoying the comfort of our well-furnished room. I like how the staff are very attentive and polite. Our little boy was given a kids' amenities pack even though he couldn't use most of the stuff yet. The staff simply told us to keep it for future use and we were more than happy with those adorable kid's slippers and toothbrush. On rainy days, we could easily borrow umbrellas and we were always greeted with a smile. Great place, with great people =)

Brilliant location brilliant stayed”
Stayed 8 nights. On main Sobu Chuo line in from airport. Two min walk from train and subway. Easy access within 30 mins to all Tokyo areas. Booked Skytree room. Great views day and night over Tokyo. Room was large 28sq m. Clean and everything we needed. Staff were great. Superb location in a quieter area of Tokyo (Sumida) but still plenty of buzz and options around it. Great value for money. Ps they also organised luggage forwarding to next hotel

The hotel blew my mind, pictures don’t do this place justice. The feel and service was as if you were staying at the most upscale hotel. We had travel toiletries but hardly used it because the hotel amenities provided everything that you needed. The location was great! Commuting to and from the train station was unexpectedly so easy. The view of Tokyo Solamachi was AMAZING! We walked from the hotel to the tower which took 20 minutes or a little more. But for us, we were there before we knew it. I would stay here every time we visit Japan!

This is our second time to stay in this hotel, last in 2018 and find the same excellent conditions we experienced before: friendly and accommodating staff; comfortable, clean and well appointed room; great location - walking distance to train/bus stations, restaurants and shopping stores; available airport bus from Haneda and back. Great location very close to Kinshicho Station, which is a smaller, commuter friendly station from which you connect to other parts of Tokyo . Hotel is close to Tokyo Sky Tree (only one stop away on the subway), and there is easy access to Tokyo Disney (free limo shuttle from the hotel). Great shopping and restaurants nearby. The breakfast Viking is also superb! I first stayed here for two nights while on a tour and liked it so much that I booked at Hotel Tobu on two subsequent trips to Tokyo this year.

From narita airport, limousine bus is convenient and comfortable. This location of hotel is surrounded by mall, food shop, convenient store, JR and subway station. Night view of Tokyo skytree (esp. Weekend) was spectacular!!!

Hotel was 5 mins away from a JR and subway station, staff spoke good english and were very friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean. Hotel was super convenient to travel to both Haneda and Narita airports with the airport limousine bus. Overall, a really nice place to stay at.
