Just needs to replace shower curtain”

This is a review for room 501. Ideal location and accommodations for a solo or a couple of travelers. Has a kitchenette and all you need for a cozy hotel. However, I can not ignore the filthy shower curtain covered with mold that spoiled what would otherwise have been a pleasant stay. Please replace the curtain or just soak it in bleach.

Decent stay”

Overall the place is quite conveniently located near the Kanda station. Have quite a lot of eateries nearby as well. The only bad experience is the staff is not informative, put the key in the locker where the clue is written in Japanese.

More like a rent-a-home”

Nothing wrong with here, but not your standard hotel. No real reception, there is an office but other than when we arrived and collected the keys from the member of staff (seemed to speak Chinese), we never saw anyone. Another couple had waited for over an hour for someone and had no reply from the details on the office door, luckily I'd had an odd email saying about keys being in the postbox and so it was for them. The room, though small had a fridge freezer, single electric hob, microwave, sink and some cooking bits, besides the normal bathroom and tv.

Pros: Big room with kitchen and balcony. Have microwave and big refrigerator, easy check in and check out policy. Cons: No Television, no english instruction for electrical appliances, broken washing machine, room located at fifth floor but no elevator, receptionist not always available and hard to reached out for any inquiry.

Comfy”

The service apartment is close to Kanda Station (about 5 minutes of walking). The air conditioner and heater in the bathroom were functioning well. There were cooking/eating utensils, microwave and fridge: quite complete for a small accommodation. We had a nice stay. The apartment does not have an elevator, so if you are travelling with heavy baggages, please avoid this accommodation.

價格偏高 EMAIL寄了幾乎沒在回 房間室內空間小到不把床墊收起來行李箱就打不開 住了6天中間沒有來收過一次垃圾也沒有垃圾集中的地方也不准放到房外 最後只好集中在陽台 住了6天卻被排在5樓(沒有電梯)最小間的房間 樓梯不寬 28吋左右的行李箱如果有點重量就會很難拿 洗澡水溫不穩定 應該是冷水的部分會與同棟搶水 洗衣機使用時間在早上8點到晚上9點 對於自由行的人來說不太友善 員工會說中文 不過也沒什麼實質上的幫助 唯一的優點只有距離神田車站很近 要去東京哪個地方都很方便 秋葉原步行也大約只需十分鐘左右就可以到達

房型兩個人睡剛好，要開行李箱的時候會有點卡但不要同時打開就還好 除了沒有電梯搬行李比較辛苦一點除此之外住的很舒服，環境很好去哪都方便

位置很好，性价比极高，很干净，设施齐全，服务好，到达当天很晩，专门都有人等待接待，非常感谢，在东京过得非常好，下次还住在这里。再次感谢。

神田駅からとても近くてよかったです。 部屋までエレベーターがないため大きめのカートの方は注意。 トイレットペーパーが1つしかないため3ロールほど置いてあるといいなと思いました。

電話に出ない。”

事前に質問があり、表示されている電話番号に何度も電話したが、一度も電話に出なかった。 その割に、宿からはアゴダを通して質問してくる。 また、「ホテル」と名前に書いてあるが、ホテルではない。 ５Fの部屋が割り当てられたが、エレベーターは無く、大きな荷物を持って上がるのは大変だった。 また、事前に荷物が届いていたのに、チェックインの時に何も言ってくれなかった。受付を通った時になんとなく「自分の荷物に似てるな～」と思い、再度受付まで確認に行き、届いていることが分かった。 部屋に洗濯機と物干し竿・洗濯ばさみもあったが、洗濯ばさみは劣化してバキバキ。使い物にならない。洗濯機は直射日光が当たっている場所にあるので、どこにランプがついているのか分かりにくかった。（日本人なら使えると思う） 場所は良いし、シャワーは狭いが、他は困らない程度の設備でまあまあ悪くはない。 不親切ではあるが、日本の一般的なビジネスホテルのサービスレベルを求めないなら、こんなもんかと思う。 東南アジアのホテルと比べたらキレイで設備も整っているが、日本のホテルと比べると、特にきれいでも素晴らしくもない。
