luxuary resort, but far from city center”
Have been in the Loong Palace for 4 years now. In general, hotel is still in quite a good shape (10 years old), though some minor thinks could be done (e.g. equipment in the gym is still ok, but could be renewed soon in a five star hotel). Friendly and caring staff, but english is limited in case of non-standard services required. Hotel is wonderful location to visit Great Wall and Ming Tombes.

A international standard five star local hotel”
The room appear very new and is clean. The service attitude of the staff and room cleaning mates are great and warm even at the Chinese new year eve when staff are hard to find in every way in the city. The room has a leaking window and the room is cold. After fixing the aircond and it did not work well. Then they change the room and after that everything else is ok. The response to the problem is good.

the second floor of the hotel has plenty of recreational facilities like 50m lap pool, tennis court, table tennis, gym and bowling ally for a family relax time with older children. no young kids playground though. there is plenty of sofa chair at the second floor of the lobby area to spend the whole afternoon reading and enjoy the sun and the sunset.

Nice hotel and lots of options for things”
This was a nice place to stay for work as there are many restaurants and activities to do at night. Problem is that barely anybody speaks English besides the front staff. Also some of the places (like the bowling area) offer drinks for the price of X. When you order it they charge you Y because they had to go get the drink from a different location.

Nice hotel if you go to Changping”
The room was nice, but the rest of the hotel was great. Excellent food, both Chinese and Western restaurants. The shops have any thing a traveler might need. It's far from the city center but if you are going to Summer Palace or great wall its ok. Not far from Life Science subway, but no signs. If you need to go to Changping area, its a great place to stay.

5 Star experience”
If you stay in Changping as we did, you will learn there are not many restaurants or attractions outside the great wall to see but for us it didn't matter. Changping hotel is a gorgeous all inclusive hotel with a billiard room, bowling which we took advantage of, and 4 pretty good restaurants particularly the sushi (excellent quality fish)and a new head chef who comes to the hotel from being an understudy at Nobu. Point is we didnt need to leave. Everything about this hotel was 5 stars!! Only negative is it was over priced and most wines we selected on the wine list were out.

Check out the lounge at night. Pleasant staff, great rooms and great food. Big hotel rooms and quiet. Clean and neat. Helpful staff at the hotel front. Very attentive employees. The cleaning of hotel rooms are done early in the morning. The room temperature are kept comfortable with the right temperature. Easy check out and check in services. I am happy staying there.

We stayed here for the 2011 International Triathlon Championship. It is the American Host hotel. The hotel was very well prepared to suit the needs for all athletes and their family. We enjoyed the facilities of the hotel. Also, very easy to get into the downtown with a subway ride.

Excellent facility but a long way form city center”
our stay was for the world triathlon championship. for this purpose it was located very nicely. the staff, food, and facility were indeed 5 star quality. transportation and exercise facilities were top quality. the check in proceedure went fairly well. some of the staff speak english. during check-out we were going to be billed a second time and it took a few minutes to establish the fact that we had already paid through a voucher which we had provided upon check-in. overall, it was a very ggod stay.

First stay at Loong Palace Hotel”
The check in was great and it is always a pleasure to be greeted by the hotel manager. Check in was quick and easy and the service is unique. Would recommend this hotel to my friends. I stayed at the Beijing Hotel and the Long Palace wins hands down over Beijing Hotel

O.k. Auschecken war mühsam nachts. Nicht alle Angestellten sprechen Englisch. Teilweise unmotiviertes Servicepersonal. Insgesamt ein schönes Hotel abseits des Zentrums. Restaurants gut. Kontinentales Essen eher unterdurchschnittlich. Nettes Kaffee.

离北京中欧很近，学校活动统一订在了这里，设施比较老旧，要的无烟房，但是房间里面还是有烟味。 服务很不错，员工都能够做到笑脸迎人，有需要尽快解决。
