Restauration correcte (mais un peu chère). Comptabilité 'intelligente' mais impossibilité de payer par carte Amex = gros handicap. Service majoritairement 'gentil'.

Hotel moyen pour le prix”

Nous avons passe 1 nuit dans cette hotel, ya vraiment rien de spécial, un petit déjeune correct et un acceuil sans plus. Les chanvres sont moyenne pour 50€ la nuit en Tunisie, Franchement je m attendais a un palace...pas du tout et loin de l être.

-ayant reservé notre hotel par internet, cet hotel presentait le meilleur rapport prix/service. tout a joué impeccablement...un accueil très simpa, une chambre tranquille et confortable malgré notre arrivée tardive du au vol retardé (les tapis ne sont pas de mon gout du à mon allergie à la poussière) de matin, notre surprise était grande a trouver un buffet aussi abondant en delicatesses typiquement tunesienne. le service etait impeccable. je recommande cet hotel a qui veut connaitre la tunesie!

A fine hotel but wifi sometimes doesn't work. Don't let Hatim at reception fool you and ask for tax as it's already paid when you book with Agoda. It's a20 minute walk into the centre, right where the old city is. A supermarket is 150 metres away from the hotel. The hotel bar is very smoky. The breakfast buffet is fine.

Less than good but not bad for just one night ”

a very modest, simple, old hotel in need of renovation . The sheets on the bed are old and uncomfortable . There is no shampoo or towels in the bathroom . Food quality is below standard and restaurant timings are late . too close to the airport . They must make more improvements to move up .

Needs improvement ”

They put only one pillow like WTF. I can’t charge my electronics such us phone no USB for American travelers no blower very old building very nice looking on the lobby but when u get into your room its like very not proud to post over at social media NEEDS IMPROVEMENT!!!

One of the worst hotels ”

It is a good hotel but the room is too small no view no air The staff was polite but passif Compared to its price it is not worth it at all

Uncomfortable ”

Rubbish hotel some crazy faces around the reception hall the guy on reception tried to convince me that I didn’t pay online he started by asking me haw much was the booking, I said why u asking me, do I have a paid booking, he said yes he gave me the room key then he said did u pay me, I said is paid already isn’t it and I showed hem again then he was like ah ok? I went to buy something from the shop opposite people sitting outside looking to who comes in and out didn’t feel very safe I wouldn’t recommend this hotel lucky I’m only here for a night

It's a nice hotel located within the city centre.”

This nice hotel is surrounded by many shops,stores, restuarants and cofes. I have enjoyed walking in the streets nearby. The guest room is large enough and clean. In short, the services, in general, are good. I highly recommend it to other visitors. I will certainly return to this same hotel very soon.

Good location ”

It is around 10 mins walk to Metro station. There is wifi service on 1F. I also found out there are wifi AP in 4F that I stay at 4F (It maybe in every floor as well), this is convience when you want to use your own laptop. It is poor service attitude in front desk, they just tried to avoid to do any service to you.

Convenient location ”

It's a good hotel in a 20-min walk from city centre location. Not bad or impressive. Nice to have free wifi to plan the trip ahead. Helpful staff
