Best location and value”
- The location is very near subway/metro, easy to catch up. Having the local shop near the hotel that you can get what you want, price is cheap and food is fresh. - Having washing machine with coin fee. Wifi is very good and fast. - The bathroom can’t lock the door when we use (not safe). There is only one bathroom, you need to wait while somebody use.

No room slippers No tissue No warm water in washbasin (Only separate hot water and cool water, while the sink does not have a stopper to store and mix water) No cups for brushing and drinking water The quilt is very thin and very cold (Even with air conditioner) No chairs with a backrest, while the high and low beds are too low to sit No washing machine No electric toilet seat No air conditioning in the toilet, bathroom and washbasin (cold in winter)

Cheap but unfriendly ”
you cannot leave your luggage after checkout. there was only 1 shower area, moreover, it is together with the laundry, when someone doing laundry you cannot bath. So the shower area is always occupied and it cannot be locked properly. As there is no washing facilities in the room, I wash face in the sink in the corridor, but somebody blame me of doing that, I guess that was the long stay resident, but I am just doing something normal. Feeling bad to stay in this hotel.

Not good with big luggage or winter traveller”
The location is good, and I believe good for backpackers and summer travelers. I didn't expect I have to climb up a narrow stairs with my big luggage, if I know, I will not book this. And also there is no carpet inside the room, and no slippers supply and no boilers, can't boil hot water, no drinking water supply as well. it's so cool in the winter. I don't suggest winter travelers n the one with luggage to stay in this hotel. And actually it's not a hotel, or inn.

All good except for 3 points. 1, The address that shows on map when clicking directly is on a nearby street, but when copying and pasting the address into the map it is showing the right one. 2, The host only works from 9am to 9pm and it is hard to contact them outside those hours. 3, When I arrived, the host was nice and he went through everything with me. Shortly after, a tall host replaced him and was impatient when I pressed the wrong button trying to lock and unlock the doors. After he showed me how to use, he went back to the seat and said the F word. I assume it was not to me, but I still felt unconformable. I hope these were only isolated cases.

fantastic guesthouse”
Loved the location of this place! A two minute walk away from two different JR lines, just one stop out of Shinjuku central. About a ten minute walk to all the fun stuff in Shinkjuku but thankfully located on a very quiet backstreet. The guys that ran the place were lovely and kept the place very clean. Room was spacious for japan standards. Great value.

Disapointing ”
İt' s cheap but you can find much better for the same price, in the kitche there s no utensiles for cookibg just one small pan... the room it s next to the reception, so you are not going to sleep or they will wake you up at 8 am because you can hear everything from the reception..Check out really early at 10am , wherever İ have been else was always at 11..then you can not keep your staff at the luggage store after the check out even for a couple of hours...they told it was full, despite İ had the book confirmation, then they showed me a room, then they said there was a mistake so I had to change it..toilet wasn t so clean, but the rest of the property was ok. the location should be good but actually it s not so easy to find it..no common area, even if on the picture it seems to be one..no common fridge just for private room..I don t reccomend it at all. For every door there a different code and they don't give you even a paper with all codes like others do, so you have to memorize them, it would be easier with just one code for all doors..

Yoko Hotel, Shinjuku”
Yoko is the small hotel that looklike a house with the housing complex surrounding. May be better to ask how to get there before with mention the nearer station, nearer building poin, etc. Its quite difficult for the foreigner to find the location. But actually the location very convinient because near the station and shinjuku area. The fasilities are complete with our needs, the kitchen, microwave, washing machine, etc...

Great location and clean/comfortable.”
The staff was extremely friendly, providing us with restaurant recommendations and carrying our bags in and out for us. The facilities were very clean and safe. The lounge has good vibes. The location was great! It was only a two minute walk to the nearest rail station.

a comfortable and friendly place”
I stayed there for a long time, but the staff were really helpful, the rooms, the shared space was clean, and everything I needed was there, so I enjoyed it very much!Convenience stores and stations are also nearby, and it is also attractive to be able to go out into the city (toward Shinjuku) right away.I would definitely like to use it again if it is so good.

背包客旅行、位置很好”
位置在巷子裡面，所以比較安靜，其他設施都蠻一應俱全的，適合喜歡安靜的人，惟廁所大小真的很剛剛好(有點擠)，住宿服務人員蠻客氣的。

早上烏鴉很吵，老闆很客氣還免費幫我們升級房間在三樓，房間有電動可以玩，但是要到2樓才能洗澡，而且洗澡間非常小，連放衣服都有點困難，熱水也很不穩定，只有超熱水跟冷水

上下舖溫差太大”
雖然老闆服務很好，我們check in check out時還幫我們搬很重的行李，不過我們這間房暖氣怪怪的，睡上鋪很熱（需要穿短褲短袖的那種）、睡下舖又超冷（需要穿褲子、襪子、長袖），我和我朋友輪流睡下舖，都因為下舖太冷而感冒，後面幾天的行程都提不起勁，希望暖氣位置可以改變。還有洗澡水前兩天忽冷忽熱，冷水真的是超冰的那種冷水、熱水又是超燙會被燙傷的熱水，洗澡時心很累，不過後面兩天有好一點。

地理位置不錯五分鐘到地鐵，員工人也很好還幫忙扛行李上樓，但缺點是房間太冷了，冰箱還有蟑螂，上下舖還有上個房客留下的垃圾，洗澡時水溫不定一下冷一下熱，冬天還洗到冷水澡，因為是青年旅社浴室是共用的，有天比較晚回去，洗澡的時候還被其他韓國住戶罵還被敲門敲到浴室拉門開了，重點是還連罵兩天，付錢使用公共區域還被罵，超傻眼，而且沒有限制洗澡時間，洗澡時也沒說話。全部都只有員工人很好這個優點！！！

隔音非常差!!其他房客在外面走動.洗澡都聽的一清二楚，根本沒有辦法好好休息。我們住上下鋪，被子是夏天涼被，睡下鋪的人完全吹不到暖氣，她必須穿兩件衣服外加蓋兩家超厚羽絨外套才能入眠! 總而言之，我們度過了兩個很痛苦的晚上，完全不推這家

屋主是韓國人，所以在韓國讀書的我交流沒問題，不過感覺他的英文也是蠻ok的！這次住在2樓，樓梯很斜，所以他們都會幫忙搬行李，這點不錯。房隔音雖然差了點，但平價單人房來說也是不錯了。共用浴室衛生情況也不錯，離jr又近，有機會再來！
