Deep China resort ”
I can’t possibly say enough good things in this space. It was amazing. The property is gorgeous. The food is authentic Chinese. Delicious local Tuja cuisine. There are two dogs on the property you can pet. Summer and Csong-Csong. Red and cream golden retrievers. Good pals. It is close to the national park and they will provide transport and a choice of itinerary. The best part was our host Rain. He was amazing. Kind, smart, friendly. His English was perfect and he helped us with everything we needed. The service and warmth was unbelievable. Ask for Rain as your host! This is the way to do China! Enjoy the park and local activities and then return to the resort to relax and eat. You won’t regret it. The pictures are amazing. This is one in a life time experience.

The staff is amazing !!!They make me feel so special it was awesome. Local food served at the hotel is amazing!!! Easy access to the park, they organise shuttle to drop you off and to take you back to the hotel. Super nice infinity pool with a stunning view on the mountains. Thank you for everything again. You want to impress your friends. This place had the killer outdoor pool looking down the mountainous valley. Hotel closed to the Yangjiajie entrance that will lead you to the Avatar Hallelujah scenic area where the movie AVATAR was filmed. The reception was excellent. Yes, this hotel does speak English. It is a good place to explore the beautiful of Zhangjiajie. We also provide free shuttle to and from Yangjiajie ticket station everyday. Our valley is also a nice place to relax. We have 2 mountain spring water swimming pool and one of them is infinity pool. They are all free open to our guests. They will arrange airport pickup at very reasonable price. Met at gate by manager ‘Rain’ one of the several English speakers. Rooms are spread out over many buildings each building had own common area. Rooms where clean well cared for with wonderful mattress. Different views depending on which house you are in but all are magnificent They offer free transport to National Park entrance and walked us through all our options for the days we were there. We had one day where it never stopped raining but we loved staying at the inn visiting the tea room a wonderful lunch and few afternoon beverages.

The Best resort ”
Its such a beautiful resort in term of architecture of the building as well as the natural view of the valley. The best customer service ever , the staff Danke was go above and beyond. She was very attentive and super lovely. Gave us private tour on the valley as well as became our photographer of the day and arrange all of activities at the resort. Did I mention the food are amazing too? Highly recommended for everyone from solo, couple or family traveler even for corporate outing.

Words cannot express how wonderful it was to stay in this hotel. After almost a week in Beijing, this charming and peaceful mountain resort was just what we needed! Amber and all of the other staff were so accommodating to every request--from taxi transfers to arranging meals to quick rides on the golf cart to the park entrance. After a long day of hiking, dinners were offered at a time of our choosing and always included five entrees with tea and rice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie or travelers to China that want an experience off the beaten path.

Exceptional resort style hotel”
The hotel has simply unbelievable scenery. Set on the top of the hill it overlooks a valley. The rustic look makes it blend so well with the environment. Service is excellent. Only draw back is the access road - it’s unpaved for about 10 km. Once you are there you are completely cut off from civilization. It’s fine while you stay there but it’s a concern if you need to rush to the airport

Great property and amazing staff. Everyone is super friendly and accommodating. Amber was exceptional. She took care of everything from recommendations to the national forest park to food and transportation. The food was incredible and portions were great. Opportunities for improvement: 1. Close the bar early so that the music and singing doesn’t affect guests who want to sleep early. 2. The drive sucks since the road is under construction. You take a beating coming to and from the property.
