The experience was great. Staffs were very accommodating. Location is very accessible. They have a pool area where you can relax after a very tiring day. We once had a problem with our door lock. We were unable to enter the room. But we were given options to either move to a different room or stay in our room and they are going to open it for us instead if we decide to go out again that night. We chose the latter because it'd be fixed the following morning. Aside from that everything is perfect. They change towels, clean the room and replenish the tea, coffee, bottled water and sugar every day. If I'm gonna go back I'll surely choose it again.

Well, this was my first time in Singapore and I will be back for sure. And I will be coming back to the same hotel again! The location: Absolutely fantastic location. The area is beautiful, calm and very peaceful. The MRT station is literally 5 min walk from the hotel. There's a bunch of options for food nearby including a burger king, subway and mcdonalds. You can find a money exchange too. There's a 7/11 that's open 24/7 and a fairprice too. The room: considering the price and limited space in singapore, the room size is perfectly adequate. It's not huge but they specify the room size so, be sure to check it out if you require larger rooms. The amenities: the staff are so amazing. Always ready to help, fast to take action and ready to help at all times. The check in and check out process is so hassle free. If you are planning to travel around using the MRT, this is the place to stay. You can buy/return tourist passes at the Lavender MRT

Staff are friendly, they are cleaning the room everyday. Lavander MRT station is just 200m away, supermarket, restaurants, bus station is just street away from the hotel. I should give them a perfect score but there is one thing that I asked and they did not respond to my request, that is when I reported that our sink in the toilet is blocked (not totally) but the water is not going down easily, they took my room number but unfortunately they did not fix it. But overall our stay is great and I will come come back again in this hotel.🥰🥰🥰

The location of this hotel is a big plus point. It closes to mrt, bus stations and super market. Hawker center is also near there so you don't need to worry to find a place to have your meal at midnight or early morning. The room was clean and included basic things like refrigerator, hair dryer,... that meeted my needs. However, the soundproofing was not really good. I could hear the sound when the next room owner opening/closing the door, or when I was in the bathroom, I also heard the sound of water from another room.

Value for money budget hotel ”
Booked a superior room with double bed for a one night stay on a whim as I had expiring Agoda credits. Location is pretty good as there’s MRT station and Aperia Mall nearby. The hotel also has a private carpark. Although it’s a budget hotel, room amenities are well-equipped with all the basic necessities such as shampoo and shower gel, toothbrush set, towels, bottled water, coffee and tea, instant kettle, mini bar and hanger. Room is spotless upon checking in but there was no toilet paper, which was quickly resolved after approaching the reception. Our stay includes breakfast at Our Dining Place which is the hotel’s tenant. Buffet selection is not wide but has the basics such as stir fried Maggie mee (which tastes awesome), steamed egg, toasts, hotdog etc. Our only and major complaint would be about the soundproofing of the hotel. We were woken up by loud banging of doors and blasting of music early in the morning.
