The location was perfect. We were able to walk to Fisherman’s Wharf, Ghirardelli Square, and transportation was easy to access. Since Covid most hotels don’t do Housekeeping on a daily basis but this hotel did without it being requested. Parking was included and was able to get a spot every day. There are a couple of restaurants near by. There’s a small market across the street that was very handy. Front desk clerk was very kind!

Great location just walking distance to Pier 39 and local sight seeing places. The staffs are very friendly and courteous. Me and my wife had enjoyed our stay. Our room is on the top floor we can see the Golden gate bridge from our window.

Older room but very spacious, clean and complete with refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker. Had a good night sleep. Loved that there is available free parking onsite.

The staff is super friendly. Room was clean. Good location. Loud cars sometimes pass by but I had no trouble with sleep. No washing machine, closest coin laundry is 2 blocks away. Would stay again if on budget.

There are a lot of dumps in this price range. This one at least feels like a cleaner motel that one would go to when they aren't in SF. Most of the other places in this price range have many compromises, this one seems the most fair.

Exactly what I needed ”
If you are looking for a cheap, no frills, free parking, clean hotel in San Fran. This is it. The building is very old and not updated but it was clean, the ac blew cold and it had free parking. It was all I needed.

Hidden gem of San Francisco”
This is a low price hotel, and it shows. If you know what you're doing when you get here, though. it's an excellent way to be close to the heart of the city without breaking the bank. There's a second parking lot around back. Great handicap accessibility. Guests and staff are quiet, peaceful, and friendly. I arrived in the middle of my second gender-related transition phase, displaced from home and looking like a total mess. I have not been disappointed.

We stayed only for 2 nights, however we had a really good stay. Yes as others have said it is a bit dated and could do with a freshen up. However the room was a good size, comfy bed and good location. Had no issues in terms of noise like other reviews have said. Would stay here again if we visit San Fran again

Depending on what floor your room is ”
Stayed for 6 nights . The first 4 nights I was assigned to stay in a room on 3rd floor , noise coming down from upstairs quite often , nasty carpet , room looks old and filthy ,over all not recommend! BUT the management was kind , gave me a room on 4th floor as soon as they have available one after I requested ,everything went very well during last 2 nights. I would say , this inn is not that bad , if you stay on 4th floor.

Free Parking ”
We booked one night , it was a very loud corner street, I kept waking up from all the street noise . The room does have air conditioning it was nice to have because it was really hot and the Ac worked very well, the fridge was very good kept our drinks and food cold. we ordered takeout the microwave was handy too! The room is old , and dated had a funny smell. 3 stars out 5

Outdated room and amenities. The towels were worn and used. I even found hairs on the towels after housekeeping. Loud and old AC. If you want a short stay with limited budget, this hotel is a deal with free parking in downtown area. Othe than that, I would not recommend.

One of the cheapest option in San Francisco, including free parking and pet friendly without extra charge, but the motel doesn’t have any kind of door at the property and that doesn’t let me feel safe, and is too basic, old and outdated, dirty carpets, if you can afford something else , do it

Old Motel for short stay only”
I would not recommend this place for a long stay as it's old and unmaintain. But it was just okay as it was cheap. Location wasn't really good but at least it's in the big road, but far away from lots of places like cafes, bars, etc. The staff are just okay, not very helpful. The elevator is very small and scary, horrible. Please beware of that. I won't be coming back to this motel.

So unclean and worn down. Wallpaper has been there since 1980 and the grime shows it. Stains and water damage and peeling and broken furniture. A/C unit didn't help. Had to fix the TV ourselves to get it to work. NO complimentary breakfast. Walking distance to fisherman's wharf at least but not worth the skeeviness. Literal voucher hotel.

Even with the windows close the noise is non stop and coming from everywhere: heavy traffic, next & above rooms, constant dogs barking from the dog care across the street, guess passing by & talking in the balcony. All of that plus WiFi doesn’t work & shady characters in other rooms or rooming around. Housekeeping staff are very nice
