Lovely hotel with nice breakfast”
The hotel is well located close to central amenities. The breakfast is a nice selection of continental and Asian food. Staff could be a little more forthcoming but in the end we always got the help we needed. Extremely happy with their capacity to arrange for tuck tucks at reasonable prices even though we were there during khmer new year! Kids had great time in the swimming pool, which is delightfully surrounded by heavenly scented frangipani.
Everything about the Frangipani Villa was excellent! Staff were courteous and always available, the room was spotless and very comfortable, the breakfast was wonderful, and the pool and other facilities were spectacular.
Nice pool and great breakfast selection”
Pool is nice but a little warm. Villa and rooms are spacious, very good atmosphere. Beer at the pool costs a stunning 5USD, thus everybody brings cans from outside. Good location, parking available. Would come again!
Nice cozy hotel, just as good as two years ago”
As a return guest for the third time over... obviously my choice says it all.. it's cozy, comfortable, clean, close to the town but in a serene strip with lots of restaurants and convenience shops with walking distance... breakfast as usual was good and the whole set up gave it the home away from home feel... my friends travelling with me were first timers in Siem Reap and they also said that the next time they come to Siem Reap, they'd definitely stay here again...the rooms were spacious and the view of the pool from the balcony is perfect....
Would not recomend this hotel at all. Rooms in very bad and dirty used condition.”
This Hotel has definitely never 4 Stars. The roam we received first was unacceptable. Dirty used and broken furniture. Cleanness of the toilet and the entire bathroom was not acceptable at all. There was no view from the window at all. The breakfast was the worst I ever had. Even no kind of cold cuts available! The Staff seems to be overloaded with easy Hotellerie basics. Sorry but for this high price definitely NOT acceptable at all. Better search for another Hotel
Friendly, cozy hotel near Wat Bo”
I have been staying with Frangipani Villa Hotel in Siem Reap since 2013. It a good value for the price, I especially love their pool surrounded by frangipani trees. The frangipani flowers fall into the pool and make a beautiful natural decoration. More importantly, they have the friendliest staff devoted to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as it can be. Last time I was traveling with my mom and asked for a room update (if available). They happily did so at no additional charge. This going extra mile for a regular customer really means a lot! My mom and I loved out stay. Thank you the staff of Frangipani Villa <3!
My favorite hotel in siem reap”
I stayed here the last time and knew that I would always choose to stay here when in Siem Reap. The staff are helpful especially Viyo and the rest of the crew at the front desk. Perfect location away from the mad crowd yet near enough to everything. Comfortable bed. Good water pressure, fantastic balcony... what can I say, feels like home away from home.
Great swimming pool and garden, The batheroom is a bit Old, Breakfast arround the swimming pool is a very good point even if the buffet is not Always at it top every day. The front desk is a bit less smily regarding cambodian standards, but it is still okay. For the price its a very good place.
Wonderful, friendly, immensely helpful staff. Great location (short walk or tuktuk ride to the bustling city centre). Comfortable room, but AC could have been more powerful and would be nice to have a safety deposit box in it (although there is one by reception).
Nice, quiet, cosy hotel 10mins away from the heart of town”
Well, I actually made a mistake with my booking. Was supposed to check out on 25th Januray but booked till 24th. So I booked again for an extra day and asked to remain in the same room. Decided to check with the front dest again if that request could be granted and the guy said it has been noted since the day I arrived. Haha... I was so impressed with the efficiency and service. Definitely will stay here again for sure... Special mention goes to the spa. Its professionally run and each one of the therapists are truly skilled in almost every aspect of massage therapy.
Nice quiet homely hotel with warm staff close to town”
I checked out the map before booking this hotel and am glad I chose this one... Its was close to town yet on the outskirts. Atm, groceries store, drink shop, cafes and restaurants all on the same street... Was the perfect location to stay for those who want to be close to town yet not in the heart of the noise and buzz of town... I chose the deluxe room with balcony facing the street. Best bet ever. I could watch Khmer life pass by from my balcony perch. Room was clean, good enough facilities. I loved the large bed n the good sized bathtub. Swimming pool is small but nice enough to soak in after a long day on the road. Now for the staff... 110% thumbs up. Everyone from the front desk to the restaurant, porters, spa and housekeeping were warm, friendly and just made anyone feel at home. Only one thing though. If you're not a nature person or are afraid of insects then don't bother booking. I was completely fine with having small grasshoppers and lizards in my room for company... I don't know about how the other guests might feel. It is close to trees and the rivers so it is normal that you get interesting little resisdents in your room that seek refuge from the weather... I loved it so its fine by me..
Lovely boutique hotel villa style”
2nd time there, 1st time was Fantastic stay. Booked 10 nights in all but spread out - 6 nights & 4nights. Checked in and pre-booked a room before the 2nd check-in. Nothing is too troublesome for the hotel staff. Wonderful salt-water pool. Very relaxed vibe. Good location as walking distance to main action area - King's Road & Pub Street (10-15min) or less than 5 min by tuk-tuk.
Extreme relax stay”
Spend last 2 day at Frangipani Villa Hotel for Seam Reap visit. We ask for early check in and the room was ready with local perfume. The bath tub is spacious, the bed was confortable. Because of Seap Reap town building where limited below 6 floor(not higher then Angkor Wat) , so not much view you can have from window. However, this hotel have all you need and all you can enjoy during night time. Just in front of the hotel, you can have bar and bicycle service, or you can walk to pub street and night market just 700m away from this hotel. Will return for this hotel for next Seam Reap trip.
Great value hotel”
This was my first stay at this lovely hotel. It is clean, good rooms, nice pool and good wi-fi. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. It is in a convenient position not far from the night market. The rooms are decorated nicely and the bathroom is well equipped.
Excellent hotel with friendly staff”
We stayed for 6 nights with our baby in a "Deluxe Balcony Pool View". We are very satisfied with the rooms standard. The breakfast was excellent with asian and "western" choices. Pool was very good, but perhaps a little cramped around the edges. Location was good with markets and restaurants within walking distance. Several local restaurants just around the corner if Pub Street is not your thing.
great value, superb location, friendly staff ”
there are many things i would like to say about this property: 1. super friendly staff - they aren't just friendly, they are amazingly helpful & converse very fluently in english. that saves all the hassle. 2. room is adequately equipped. looks pretty and cosy. only one down side - the air cond's fan wouldn't swing, so the person sleeping directly under the air cond (our room was twin sharing - and one of the beds are directly under the air cond) - probably has to suffer the night shivering. haha... 3. breakfast buffet - whatever you paid for this hotel, it is of great value. the breakfast spread isn't lavish, but it is good enough to fill you up before you go explore temple ruins, or do other activities. the noodle soup is particularly good :d 4. the pool - one word: awesome. it isn't big, but it isn't that small either. water's a bit salty (i'm not sure why), but it is nice and quiet. spent at least about 5hours lounging by the pool (being asian, i prefer the shady side) and there are adequate 'sun-kissed' lounge chairs, as well as 'shaded' lounge chairs. haha... great ambience to just hang and do nothing. 5. the location - not in the heart of old market / pub street - but only a 5-8min walk away. staying at this area is better, as it is quieter - and that short walk to old market & pub street brings you through the siem reap river and it is a very lovely walk. good photo opps too. plus, the tuk tuk to old market / pub street is only usd1, or usd2 past midnight. loved every bit of my stay in this hotel, and would definitely recommend everyone to stay there while in siem reap. and i will definitely return when i am there too :)
great service.. great breakfast... nice hotel...the staff are kind.. and always with a smile... even in the midst of problems they try to solve and make you confortabale ..we had a power outage for almost a week but they set up service for all the guest... great place..
Well maintained and cosy rooms”
this is my 2nd time at frangipani villa and the hotel still maintained a very high standard in term of service and comfort. i will recommend to any travelers to siem reap to give frangipani a try. i am sure you will not regret staying in such a wonderful cosy hotel.
Friendly staff who will greet u will smiles. There is no elevator, hence going up and down the stairs is a warm up for the temple trips. The landscape, lobby and breakfast spaces is lovely. Within walking distance to the main areas. Breakfast decent but not fantastic. Will definitely recommend
Great value for money”
If you are on a budget but want a clean and comfortable place then look no further. This place has it all. It is great value for money and is clean and comfortable...plus in a central location. You won't go far wrong with this place. Staff are knowlegeable as well.
