Great getaway with fantastic pool”
Our studio room was quiet, spacious and the bed was so so comfortable, soft and bouncy not hard. The location is a little far away from the main town, 20 mins drive, but the pool makes up for that. It's beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. It's definitely suited for those who want to get away, not be in the hustle and bustle. I personally dont think the beach is that nice in Hua Hin or in the area so glad we had a great pool. Get a motobike hire, plently of local places that do it and you won't have to worry about being stuck. Selection of good restaurants within walking distance, family mart and 7 eleven also walking distance. Recommended.

Comfort Resort”
This is my 1st trip to hua hin and 1st visit to the resort. The resort is nice as per deco, swimming pool and very holiday relaxing feel. But the location maybe some distance to town area and you might need a tutu or own transport to the town area example market village, grand night market etc. Maybe due to my visit is during peak hours (Christmas eve) the pricing is high compare to normal season. However, overall i am recommended his resort. The resort is just actual as per photo we can view from agoda.

Nice resort in a quiet place nearby the beach, far from noise”
We had to beg for the wifi code, what was not good in the room, but at the pool it was okay. The pool was nice, and the room too, breakfast was the same almost every day, it was tasty tho'. Hua hin about 200 bath away with a tuk-tuk - approx 4 km, 20 minutes - the nearest beach is 5 mins by walk, but there was no umbrellas and sunbeds, only a few - good restaurants around. The bus took us from the airport to Hua hin centre - it was a 3,5 hours ride - so it is easy to go to. from there you need to go to the nearest shopping mall - approx 10 mins by walk - to find a tuk-tuk, although there are a few in the bus station too, but not enough, we missed the last available one.

Nice price, for nice hotel”
The hotel is located off the main drag in Hua Hin, in a place called Khao Takiab, which is charming. It is about a ten minute walk from the beach but most people would probably just hang out by the long pool. The rooms are more like condos (in fact I think some people own some rooms or rent them out long-term) so expect spacious rooms. The vibe is chilled out. The breakfast is sub-par but passable and the service was reasonably prompt though check out was needlessly 5 minutes too long. Overall good hotel at the price but could use more landscaping.

Nice quirky rooms--great pool”
We received a good rate from Agoda, and we're pleased with the hotel and especially the pool which is huge! Breakfast was not included however was provided at a small cost (150B). The rooms are large with beds positioned against the wall or in the middle of the room, and showers open to the rest of the room or with a screen. Possibly the rooms we had were more appropriate to couples travelling. The rooms overlooking the pool on the ground floor have a terrace and direct access to the pool. The hotel is 5-10 minutes by car from the centre of Hua Hin. You can walk to a nearby beach in less than 10 minutes. Overall good value for money. Loved the pool!

Beware: I booked one room for two on Agoda, and the voucher I received was for the same room at plus a New Year's Eve banquet that I had already been charged for!! Bait and switch!! The New Year's Eve banquet was far from good value. We had communications problems. We stayed 6 days: it was not until the next to last day that, by bringing a Thai-speaking friend from town with us, we were able to get someone to show us how to turn on the hot water in the shower. The delightful and willing staff when asked did not send an English-speaking staff person to show us how to turn on the hot water. The room was certainly worth; it was new and fresh, with nice design features. Breakfast was not up to the standard at which this hotel aims. The hotel is far from downtown Hua Hin, but a short walk to a very nice beach in a quiet part of town. There are nice beach restaurants nearby.

great pool, quiet location”
I originally booked a frond suite, it was a horrid room that was misrepresented with better photos online. That room was a concrete box with a bed placed in middle of floor and no other furnishings. No wardrobe and not even a door on the bathroom, just a shower curtain to pull. There was no hot water or internet signal. And light shined through all night. There was no garden view as advertised, just view of carpark. We upgraded to a supior suite and paid difference of bht 900 per night. This suite was large, stylish with a terrace overlooking the pool. Everything in this suite was excellent. The beds are thai style, matress on a wood platform on floor. I think all suites and rooms are different here, so dont pay in advance, see your room before paying. The restaurant only does in house breakfast at this time. The 80m pool must be one of the best in hua hin! Downtown hua hin is 20 min drive so you do need a car or motorbike if you stay here, there are only a few small local restaurants you can walk to. The Katiab beach is a 5 min walk from hotel, and you can rent sunbeds here and make pony rides on the beach. There is also a lovely golf club next to the hotel snd beach.

Good Value, spacious rooms but basic”
we stayed at the franjipani resort for just one night on our way back to bangkok from phuket, but the room was nice and clean, plenty of space for the 4 of us. lovely long pool and garden area for relaxing. facilities were minimal, only one temporary looking restaurant that served average food, the breakfast was limited. overall we were quite satified and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. good value!

This place would normally be out of budget for me but there was a promotion on Agoda of 3 nights for the price of 2 so I went for it. The room was as described by other reviewers interestingly designed, very clean, good hotel standard. Small fridge, a/c unit, outdoor kitchenette, washing machine (pay extra to switch it on). The pool was great and so was the sauna (sauna!!) - a tiny electric sauna room they keep in the main building. They say it takes 15 minutes to heat up but it was more like 45 :) worth the wait! The beach is a short walk from the hotel but I wouldn't consider it "beachfront".

This is a good hotel for a family vacation. You can enjoy the salted pool and its quite great for relaxation. Also its location is not too far from a night market, so you can enjoy a nice seafood at hua-hin night market.

Frangipani (the flower not the cake)”
We received an immediate room upgrade on arrival and were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff who were most helpful throughout our stay. The beach is 400 meters away with ample eating opportunities and is reached in three minutes on bikes or ten on foot down very quiet streets. We also rode around the local area and found a fishing village as well as Takiab Mountain adjacent to the waterfront and many other eating places.

Slice of Heaven”
This is a beautiful resort on the outskirts of town. There are many taxis to get into town but if you want to get away from the city life, this is the place. 150 meters from the beach. There are lots of seafood restaurants withing 5 minutes walking distance. The rooms are beautiful, like mini apartments, beautiful pool and the staff are lovely.

It was good overall. Breakfast was standard but can be improved. Interior decors could be improved as well. Service was good and fast when requested. Franjipani offers buggy rides to outside the main road, so ask for it if you don't drive. Many things can be improved in order to match the prices other hotels/resorts are offering.

good hotel, value for money”
The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Cons : we had a hard time trying to get wine glasses from the hotel staff, they almost didn't have any, though we did get them the next morning. Location is ok, a bicycle ride from the beach. They have bikes for borrowing. Food not so good. Overall , the hotel is quite new so it's a pretty good hotel (furnishings are according to the price though, don't expect 4 star materials)
